Avantages

Over the years, we have tested every ASO tool on the market but we haven’t found a better platform for research, intelligence and reporting. No other ASO platform on the market today is adding new features as quickly as AppTweak. Our team relies heavily on market intelligence data for analysis and reports.

Inconvénients

We would like to see more paid search tools for Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns. Not a deal-breaker but “white-labeled” reporting would be helpful for our enterprise clients.

Avantages

It is fast, has a very big database of keywords, has great feature for keyword research in all the markets that we need

Inconvénients

As a portfolio company, for us it is hard to use a tool for tracking

Avantages

I was Subscribed to AppTweak since Feb 2020 and really enjoyed the ASO features but most recently they have downgraded all the previous subscribers to a lower plan with less features. This is a classic bait and switch and not sure how people are letting them get away with this.

Inconvénients

The Support is pathetic and won't respond to you for days. My query remain unanswered for days and AppTweak team kept on trying to avoid my questions when i asked them why my current plan suddenly has changed limits. It's as if i was downgraded while paying the same amount of money as before. AppTweak treat their customers really bad and I would never in a million years recommend them to any App company.

Avantages

I use AppTweak on a daily basis to do ASO. Their support is first class and being able to compare competitor data such as keywords and backlinks save me a lot of time.

Inconvénients

I wish I could see more stats while the app is in Beta, but I do realise that Google might not have all the data available.

Avantages

Getting to the information that I am most interested in is easy to do and there is a wealth of features to help me ascertain the nuances in the data.

Inconvénients

The breakdown between the iPad and the iPhone is annoying. There should be a way to switch easily from one platform to another for a single app. Also, the competitors and keywords should be shared between the two so I don't have to set them up separately if I don't want to.

Avantages

The interface is quite intuitive and easy to get around. The stats for the Android and iOS apps are displayed separately. AppTweak is also great for ASO optimisation thanks to the recommendations and optimisation scores it offers, as well as the extensive keyword research functionality both through keyword search and through analysing competitors.

Inconvénients

This tool is on the pricier side, especially for a startup like us. Another problem we faced is that the keyword research for stats in languages other than English doesn't yield results that are as fruitful as in the case of English keywords. It's understandable that the search volume is lower than with English, but we think that in that case other languages should have a different benchmark instead of displaying minimal volume, etc. across the board.

Avantages

We really appreciate the features related to finding and analyzing keywords. The tool helps us identify important keywords, as well as understanding what keywords that are not important to focus on. We can easily track changes and monitor impact.

Inconvénients

We experienced some challenges understanding parts of the user interface, however our contact quickly helped us and explained, and also implemented some changes to the UI based on our feedback.

Avantages

It takes me no time to compare competitor data such as keywords and backlinks using AppTweak. The customer service is excellent, and I appreciate being able to compare competitor data such as keywords and backlinks.

Inconvénients

While the app is in beta, I would like to see more statistics, but I realize it might not have all Google's data at its disposal.

The tool in its whole is great ! The keyword tool that gives you an estimate on search volume and competition level has always been one of the best. The ads insights module provides very useful information on when one should use promoted search VS. organic search.

Inconvénients

Not much to be honest, since it's one of the best tools on the market.

Avantages

- Multiple options for analytics across the whole app ecosystem
- Great user interface
- Includes ASO, App, and market intelligence
- Provides top charts for trending(growth & rank) apps with even option to filter by country

Inconvénients

- When searching for an app and landing on its analytics page the search bar defaults back to the default country. It makes it difficult when analyzing other countries as you have to keep changing the filter.
- In a specific app analytics page when switching between tabs like from downloads to reviews/ratings you have to change the date range each time to your stipulated date range.

Avantages

It is very good that it is fast, easy to use, distinguishes according to languages, not countries.

Inconvénients

11 search volume is very bad. so apptweak doesn't know exactly how many search volumes a word has.

The free report option in App Tweak has helped us no end take a very high level look at how our app is performing in the App Store. It has delivered genuinely really good advise that we have implemented and has helped a lot.

Inconvénients

We tried a free trial of App Tweak for the fully featured reports however I don't think it was for us. It was overkill of information and a lot of the useful information you can get from App Annie for free such as keyword rankings.

For beginners, this was an essential and very simple way to learn the tricks of the trade!

Inconvénients

On the more expensive side for a start up - but you do get what you pay for.

Due to the huge amount of data, sometimes it doesn't run very smoothly and it has long loading times
