Nous avons identifié plusieurs points forts lors de l'utilisation d'Hubspot : La plateforme offre des fonctionnalités de gestion de la base de clients, y compris la segmentation, la notation des leads, la création de listes et la gestion des contacts, pour permettre une relance plus efficace des clients existants. C'est donc une solution complète et nécessaire à toutes les étapes de transformation client
Inconvénients
C'est certes un logiciel tout-en-un, mais il nécessite d'avoir des ressources techniques dans l'entreprise, ne serait-ce que pour la personnalisation du logiciel et de ses fonctionnalités, mais également pour la mise en place d'un tracking avancé

Much easier to manage sales!
The best part about this has been the activity tracker so multiple users can manage a deal without having to waste time with comms and can provide an upgraded user experience during their sales timeline.
Avantages
The ability to manage deals clearly through the sales funnel in a relatively simple UI.
Inconvénients
A lot of default fields that need whittling down to ensure no duplications when setting up custom properties etc.

Excellent contact management tool
Very good product that offers interesting features in the free version. Great opportunity to try it before investing in it.
Gmail extension could be improved.
Avantages
I have used the free version of HubSpot Sales Hub to create a client database.
I am impressed by its quality and features. Even if the usage is quite basic, because I always want to try products before committing to a paid subscription, I was able to create a comprehensive database and to cusomise some fields. This is extremely helpful. Even if the number of customisations is limited in the free version, it is enough to allow you to tune the contact list according to your personal needs. I am sure the paid version is very impressive. I will compare it to other products but so far I am very satisfied.
Inconvénients
One thing that was very disappointing was the extension for Gmail. Hubspot offers to possibility to add an extension to Gmail so that each email you send to or receive from a contact on your list is automatically copied to the HubSpot database. You can also send emails directly from the platform. This is incredibly helpful instead of having to copy and paste all the emails to keep track of them for each client. I have my professional email with Google Workspace, so it would have been perfect.
However, it does not work well. I had to reinstall the extension several times, it started to work and then it stopped. This has limited my possible usage of the database.

Positive impact on the business
Up to now, I may say that I'm super gratified with HubSpot Sales Hub. It has increased my productivity and facilitated my day-to-day.
Avantages
I really enjoy its intuitive interface which makes my management job pretty easy.

I would say that it could be less expensive.

Amazing!
We have been using it for just over 6 months now and like it so much better than other CRMs we've tried. Worth it for the price!
Avantages
Hubspot keeps all of our customers and leads organized in a way the whole company can understand. Super easy to go in and see who still needs an appointment, who isn't interested anymore, who has signed a contract, etc
Inconvénients
It is pricier than most other CRMs, but it is capable of handling much more!

L'app ha una interfaccia intuibile ed è facile da usare, la uso per gestire le liste di clienti da contattare e posso aggiornare giornalmente l'andamento delle vendite e dei lavori.

Ogni tanto ha dei piccoli bug, tipo la modifica delle note, che in alcuni casi non è possibile.

Good CRM, Good support team
Overall, happy with Hubspot. We can interact with each other within the CRM as to not step on each others toes. We came from a different CRM and it turned out to be a great choice.
Avantages
I like the ease of the program. It helps me stay on track, I love the daily sales task reminders. The email integration is nice so that I can track emails outside of the CRM as 90%^ of my day-to-day is done through my business email. Lots of good attributes to keep a sales person on task.
Inconvénients
It can be a little confusing at times when setting a sales flow. There are a lot of steps not required in my industry so they can kind of get jumbled, and dont always relate to the steps that I need to take for freight allocation with new customers.

Great Product
Hubspot really gave our team a structured way of keeping our deals organized, and gave our leadership team a 30,000 level view of the deals that are in the pipeline. Concrete steps lead to concrete results.
Avantages
I like many things about hubspot. One of them is being able to schedule email outreach days and sometimes weeks in advance gives a lot of time back for the rest of the week.The reporting and analytics are also great because i have an easy way to track outreach numbers and the deals that are in the pipeline with their associated progress
Inconvénients
One of my teammates schedules his email outreach, but has been experiencing issues with the emails actually going out.

HubSpot Fits Most Organizations
From the sales process, to onboarding, to continued support and assistance - HubSpot has been excellent!
Avantages
Many CRMs available, including SalesForce, are huge and complex. Most of the features are never implemented or require a tremendous amount of custom development to work for your organization/workflow. HubSpot provides what is needed with a lot of flexibility to customize it to your needs without requiring a huge development investment. Plus, it's just easier to use overall. Pricing is 1/3 of what we paid with SalesForce, and we have gained more efficiency because we are now using the same product as our marketing team. Information flows naturally between Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, providing better visibility and collaboration between the departments.
Inconvénients
Nothing. It's a great tool that has been an excellent investment for us.

O Hubspot transformou minha agência para sempre. Fiz mais e melhores vendas com o Hubspot Sales, com um jeito fácil e intuitivo de criar negócios, entrar em contato com o cliente, enviar orçamentos, etc. Não só gosto do software como sou fã número um e recomendo para todo mundo, mesmo que ainda não tenham um negócio. O software é perfeito e vem evoluindo cada dia mais. Sou impressionado com ele.
Avantages
Facilidade, otimização, integração fácil com telefonia, software all-in-one, sem precisar ficar buscando dados de um software para outro para fazer atendimento, vendas e marketing. Além disso, tem o CRM mais completo que já vi na minha vida, com propriedades infinitas para cada um dos contatos, o que permite que segmentemos nossos clientes melhor e nos faça atendê-los de uma forma mais humana e completa.
Inconvénients
A única coisa ruim do Hubspot para alguém que tem empresa no Brasil são as cobranças feitas em dólar e não em reais. Apesar de ainda sim o software ser bem acessível mesmo pagando em dólar, com as flutuações da moeda as vezes acaba ficando bem caro. Espero que um dia eles possam cobrar em reais, mas essa seria a única crítica

HubSpot has increased our close rate, sales volume, and contact database. It has been a huge value add to our organization and we have much more accurate and usable data.

Wish we had started using Hubspot earlier
I wish I had moved from our previous tool (Streak) before. Hubspot is intuitive, just works and it generates good results.
Avantages
1) Grows with you
Although it offers a gazillion features and possibilities, just like Facebook, it just grows with you and how you use it. I tend to discover some additional possibilities along the way, even after +6 months of using it, but it always gets better for my use cases.
2) Easy sequences & follow-up
The sequences in Hubspot just work. Once set up - which is easy - I can add users one by one, tailor the message a bit and send out. Every mail sent is a mail I otherwise would have not gotten the time for to send it and just gives back results. It's more a sequence praise than Hubspot per se, but Hubspot's approach just works for me.
3) All-in-one
The fact that the landing pages can be created very easily, that you can send marketing emails, have chat on your website etc is a major plus.
4) Community
The fact they are big makes for a slew of Fiverr guys ready to help me out when in need.
Inconvénients
1) Only community
Although I consider the fact they have a large community as a plus, the fact that you sometimes have to rely on the community to upvote features makes that my 'personal' impact on the roadmap is low. Even with a lot of upvotes there is no guarantee that Hubspot will alter the product.
2) Constant changes in pricing & feature lists
I have recommended others to use Hubspot for their features in a specific pack I use. However, pricing & features change so I sometimes mistakenly try to get people on board whilst pricing has gone up or features are missing for the acceptable pricing.
3) The neverending upsell
It makes sense that with more needs, more tools can be of assitance. But in Hubspot's case, there is a lot where we can still grow and where they can still charge me more. An acceptable all-in-one pricing would be welcome, because for now I do not use some features because of the big pricing gap.

Great CRM for a small business
We’ve had a great experience, with no complaints. I’ve contacted support only once and got a quick response.
Avantages
The software is very intuitive to use and really doesn’t require much training for those who have used a CRM before. In general the reporting and functions meet all of our needs as a small company.
Inconvénients
At points it seems like we haven’t grown into all the available features. We’d like to use every bit of it but are still working towards that goal.

Great software for sales
Analyzing what is the problem for those leads who don't complete the pipeline and creating new strategies to increase the closures
Avantages
It requires to invest time and patient to understand each feature of the software but with a good training is like a magic key to increase sales

Some features are quite difficult to understand and use and there are too many fields for a lead to fill in

Best software for Sales tracking!!!
Overall, it's a great tool for keeping tabs on the sales department within your organization. It is very effective and helpful tool for both management as well as individual level. It's a must have tool for every organization!!! Suggestion - An introduction of a reminder or a follow-up notification can be an added advantage.
Avantages
Its categorization is really impressive as it allows to classify every stage of the sales process in detail - from lead generation to closed deal/gone cold. It also helps to keep track of all the prospects, deals, and sales performance of the employees within an organization.
Inconvénients
It doesn't have the duplicate entry removal feature. Its database for companies' list should be updated from time to time along with the company's logo.

It does what it should - unfortunately Im just not a fan.
Its great because everything is in one place but its also not the best user experience because everything is in one place. It gives the feeling of a puzzle where all the pieces sort of fit together but not quite.
Avantages
It works great in terms of keeping track of opportunities, leads, customers etc.
I also like that you can log (and track) your emails, notes, calls, and the like. Pretty much everything, which is super valuable. It creates a contact and company/account overview that is visible to colleagues which makes communication easier and ensures that everyone is on the same page. This is particularly great if an account is passed from one person to the other or a colleague is not available to give you the run-down.
Inconvénients
- There is this general issue I have (or struggle with) when it comes to Hubspot is all the different tools that they have and how they all sort of work together but also maybe not. And its sometimes hard to know which "hub" you are in and whether that communicates with other places.
- Relevant to the previous point, the pricing structure that comes with it is also not seamless, definitely not a nice user experience. It's like buying fruit at the market but you get a pear and an apple but there's also a larger apple, but have you also considered taking a look at our melon offer? and so on...

Very easy to get up and get going quickly. Very easy to manage the vast majority of small and medium-sized companies sales needs.
Avantages
HubSpot has made simple what Salesforce has complicated. For companies such as ours, Salesforce is overkill. HubSpot gives you everything you need to keep track of sales.
Inconvénients
I think there could be some improvements in the business intelligence arena. I am not expecting Tableau or Domo, but there could be some work done here.

I use this daily with two of my clients for Account-Based Marketing Campaigns.
Great for Lead-to-Account tracking as well as ongoing account management.
Ties into HubSpot's CRM solutions well, so it's very convenient for the whole client management lifecycle.
Also love that it's free to start out with, so I can test it with a client so they can see if they like it or not before committing to the paid version (which also isn't really necessary until it has demonstrated value in the free model. This platform can act as the central operations center of any sales and marketing strategy.
Avantages
HubSpot is a great solution for managing most sales and marketing campaigns, and the Sales Hub is no exception. The ease of setting up pipelines, tracking contacts, logging notes, and especially scheduling follow-ups for each contact makes this an ideal platform for lead generation and account closing processes.
One killer feature is that when you're setting up a Company in the system, you simply enter their website and it auto-populates all the essential contact data - making it so easy to quickly get your cold-calling lists setup so you can get to work reaching out to individuals within the Companies.
Inconvénients
I feel there are some redundancies in the way 'Deals' and 'Lead Status' pipelines are managed, but easy enough to work around them and set them up as you see fit.

Has been very beneficial to organize everything, give me reminders and communicate with other team members. It creates efficiencies.

Only admin can customize. I would like to be able to customize my contacts to fit my sales style but iverall I do like this software
