Do More With Less
Significantly less manual work to manage a large pipeline of leads and opportunities. My team can focus on getting people on the phone and turning a No into a Yes while Groove takes care of all the pipeline management and messaging in the background. The integration into SalesForce and Gmail is also incredible too and we really leverage the tools like the message and link tracking to have the best timing on when we call customers. It's a great feeling to get the customer on the phone at the perfect time because we were able to see when they were engaging with our messages.
Avantages
With Groove, leads are automatically put into the correct lines of custom messaging that makes guiding a customer through the buyer's journey easy. Before integrating the tool, my team had an extremely difficult time juggling 150+ leads/month coming from various industries and requiring custom lines of messaging. It seemed we were always playing catch-up and never playing from ahead. Now our team can cover significantly more ground and make more sales because Groove has finally automated manual work that should have been gone years ago.
Inconvénients
I run into formatting issues with my templates that can cause major headaches. I'll spend 15 minutes touching up a flow after reviewing the analytics tab. Often times towards the end, I'll adjust one thing, like italisize a sentence, and some crazy formatting bug will ruin the whole thing and change all the spacing and formatting. And it won't let me undo it. It's difficult to describe, but basically, your formatting occasionally goes haywire all the sudden and 1 little adjustment screws up the whole thing. So then I do all the edits over from scratch...

Great Software, Salesforce Integration, Lead Engagement
I have had a great overall experience with Groove! Their customer service is impeccable and my user base enjoys the program.
Avantages
I like that Groove provides an optional dialer with their license package. It provides a dialer within Salesforce so that calls, texts, and emails are all integrated into Salesforce. This makes prospect management a lot easier for my user base and grants transparency for management to see the activities of their reps.
Inconvénients
Implementation was a hurdle, but it was less Groove and more my user base and general growing pains when implementing a new program to a big user base.

Groove is great for small start ups
Avantages
It's great if you're looking for a cheaper sales engagement tool as it has all the basic necessities to streamline sequences for sales reps. Analytics aren't too bad and you're able to slice it by time period, teams, specific user, etc.
Inconvénients
Because it's cheaper, it definitely has its negatives in the functionality aspect as some of the integrations stop working frequently which ends up impacting seller productivity. It lacks some functionalities that other tools have, such as SalesLoft and Outreach. The biggest negative is the lack of urgency by their support team whenever we need issues resolved. It may be because they're a small team but it can take weeks for them to solve a minor issue.

Getting Groovy with Groove
Overall it works well for our sales and customer experience teams but the ongoing maintenance and setup were tough.
Avantages
Groove is native to Salesforce and we love this aspect. It allows us to update information directly from Salesforce. Their Support team is great and our CSM is very responsive at answering questions. The Flows are also very practical so that makes day to day outreach easier.
Inconvénients
The implementation process was complicated and there were a lot of unknowns during setup. Groove has been pretty receptive to product feedback but they are still pretty early on in their building so you need to be ok with them not being able to do things.

Avantages
I like how affordable it is and the lifetime plan option. and how Groove constantly trying to add a new features into their product along with their roadmap.
Inconvénients
I think it's more clunky compared to a lot more other options in the market. Sometimes there are bugs when I m trying to update the site. It's solvable but takes time.

Great platform for oral and verbal communication
Don't have to rely on too many software for communicating with colleagues in various modes. One software acting for too many solutions which makes my life lot easier

The detailed statistics which it produces showing our timelines we spend on meeting. This feature is unique and fascinating.

Improveing the some bug fixes and lags in the software it would be the best experience

Groove is the best sales representation tool
We set up Groove to receive and send emails, integrate with Salesforce, schedule meetings and more from our sales team, CS and AM. We needed Groove to keep our trusted CRM in line with being the best team we could put together, eliminating admin time and being as accurate as possible with all our reps. Groove allowed us to save a lot of time with simple tasks and administrative tasks.
Avantages
Groove has allowed us to measure the interest of each potential client so that we can filter it to the area it should go through the email tracker it has. It has helped us a lot to organize the space in one place without having to resort to external software. Client organization is paramount with Groove as it also allowed us to organize conversation tracks, email templates and automate them right away. Groove as a streaming feature is amazing. We were able to efficiently and automatically send many emails, as well as forward emails so that potential customers can be aware of the original emails being sent. Groove saved us a lot of time and money by making it easy for any rep to use campaigns within Groove without having to have extensive knowledge of Groove.
Inconvénients
At first it is quite confusing to configure Groove, there is a need for tutorials or some instructions that are clear enough at the time of initial configuration. It is also necessary to automate the sending of SMS and to add a voice command to activate voice messages within the platform.

Easy Quick Scheduling
Very good.
Avantages
I use the "Book A Meeting WIth Me" features daily to eliminate the typical back and forth associated with trying to find a demo time with my prospects. Rather than "what day and time will be best for you to have a call" followed by "is 10:30 am or 1:30 pm better", etc. Instead, I simply use groove to add a link to my email where they can see my availability and book an appointment when it's convenient for both of us. In addition, if I need another team member on the call I can add them to the invite and Groove will coordinate our schedules and only offer my prospect times where both of us are available. It eliminates all the back and worth and as a software company helps us look even more cutting edge.
Inconvénients
The only complaint I would have is when I have it turned on in my gmail it covers up a portion of my email window where attachement typically show up. This leaves me guessing whether the attachement is there or requires me to close the Groove tool bar so i can see the attachment.

Groove offers many functionalities
Avantages
Groove allows my entire organization to log and track emails coming in and out. Since most users do not have a full Salesforce licencse in our organization and rarely even login to the databse, Groove offers an inexpensive solution for those several hundred users to still engage our constituents right from their email accounts. It's easy to use and set up.
It also offers a lot more functionality than my organization currently takes advantage of, like click-to-call straight from gmail, scheduling email flows (with just the right amount of human intervention), and a simple user-management.
Inconvénients
Groove updates a lot (as Gmail and Salesforce update) so it is necessary to refresh your page several times a week. I don't personally see this as much of a hindrance but non tech-savvy users can sometimes get frustrated by this "inconvenience."

I used Groove as an intern in the pharmaceutical product development and research department to manage the team's activities, and I found it to be a very useful tool. Inconvénients
An aspect that can be improved is the navigation of automated emails. I found myself having a hard time figuring out how to stop a flow that has already started but the support team helped me navigate as the send was going out. It didn't stop all the emails but a good majority of them.

An easy way to connect email to Salesforce, but does have some bugs and fixes needed
This is a simple way to quickly add contacts and leads into CRMs and track their engagements with our sales team. With the exception of the simple bugs above, it is a fairly easy platform to use and works as a "set it and forget it."
Avantages
This software provides a fairly simple way to both integrate new leads and contacts into Salesforce and other CRMs. It also has simple email tracking which allows users to see engagements from clients and customers.
Inconvénients
Groove sometimes looses connection with Gmail as a platform and needs to be reinstalled in order to work correctly. In addition, the software has trouble sometimes figuring out leads vs. contacts and occassionally will not integrate with Google Calendar correctly either. With a few simple bug fixes, I believe these issues could be corrected.

Amazing Customer Service
Overall great experience- the customer success/support team is amazing- they answer questions same day and are always willing to do an ad-hoc training or quickly jump in to diagnose a problem.
Avantages
This software is pretty basic for email tracking- we mostly purchased it to make sure our sales reps were logging all of their activity and for the "Flows" feature. The flows feature is great and allows sales reps to set up pre-defined cadences an emails, overall it allows for more organization and time management from our sales reps.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the admin features can be a little weird- it can be difficult to login as another user if you are trying to diagnose a problem since groove tries to login through gmail.

Great tool for streamlining customer onboarding
Groove has been awesome for us! Great customer service as well.
Avantages
Groove has simplified scheduling with a high volume of customers. Plus it's awesome that it integrates with many of the other tools we use for automation and CRM. Cuts out the hassle of back-and-forth communication with customers in order to find a time that works for everyone.
Inconvénients
There are some current scheduling limitations/design flaws when it comes to creating buffers between meetings-- it is difficult to schedule calls that start at the top or middle of an hour while allowing for a 10+ minute buffer.

We are better able to see everyday email effectiveness and productivity across our team.
Avantages
Groove allows you to calendar emails and time delivery that works best for your recipient. No more sending emails at with improper timing because you and your recipient are in different time zones.
Groove also allows you to see who is opening, clicking, and responding to your emails.
Inconvénients
Groove does not allow you to see when an email has been forwarded. This can lead to inaccurate data for opens & clicks.

Great for Salesforce Integration and Template Sharing
Overall, it has been pretty good! I believe most are happy with it and now that I have more usage with it, it is a pretty powerful tool.
Avantages
Groove makes it really easy to craft email templates for GTM features. This allows our teams to collaborate and keep a cohesive voice. Additionally, it is really easy to create email campaigns to engage our customers.
Inconvénients
Formatting can be a tad difficult and learning how to use the platform wasn't as easy I thought it would be. Additionally (and this could be our own Salesforce Integration), when we switched to Groove from just a straight Gmail integration, I lost all of my previous emailing syncing. So that was not ideal!

Avantages
I like the ease of use, its very intuitive and helpful to have the on line for quick questions. I also love that it integrates with Gmail and Salesforce and that you easily add someone to a Groove Flow from Salesforce or use a Groove template while creating an email in Gmail.
Inconvénients
If I have access to many folders of templates I have to scroll through to find the one I want.

Essential sales automation tool from a young company who is quick to adapt
Groove overall is a well thought out piece of software that has a bright future. The pricing is great for the value that you receive from the tool.
Avantages
Groove Flow is the best automation tool that our company has used - it is intuitive with a friendly UI and strong integration with SalesForce. Groove's support team is amazing and quick, and willing to put in user requests for new features.
Inconvénients
There are still some features missing but more are being added everyday. I would love for more customized emails to be able to be created (some that could include image templates, etc.).

Ease of Groove:
My overall experience with Groove has been great! It has really helped my team out a lot.
Avantages
Groove is such a great feature that really helps my team track prospects better and really helps us with our follow up strategy. It is also a great tool of organization for keeping all of our canned emails in one place.
Inconvénients
The only thing I do not like is if an email has the same subject line they are clumped together in a thread and then I can't tell which prospect actually opened the email.

Avantages
The connection with Gmail is really robust, including the analytics (tracking) of emails opened. The Salesforce integration helped a lot with reporting and tracking activity, as well as adding users. The omnibar was easy configure and add fields we needed from Salesforce.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it can be a little glitchy. However, the product is usually fixed quickly. If you have a large team (80+ users) using it, I think there are some other programs that are more scalable. User management was sometimes confusing.

Groove filled in the gaps where Sales Force lapsed
Very positive. I have had at least 4 or 5 calls with Sage and he is always helpful and open to our feedback about how their features work with our dual sided market
Avantages
Groove helped our dual sided market place connect our data with our 2 different types of clients and allow us to use merge fields and email tracking. I dont know what I would do with out the live updates of our sales outreach.
Inconvénients
CVC import is difficult to use. The Flow interface is not always intuitive. I also wish the sales force reports were dynamic with flows. For example if the the report changes, the flow recipients' should change with the update.

Great sales engagement platform for growing sales orgs
We are really enjoying Groove as our sales engagement tool. We are hoping to see more powerful integrations built with auto dialers (like Orum) and conversation intelligence tools.
Avantages
Really easy implementation and great onboarding/customer support. Data and analytics are helpful and not overwhelming. Love the Omnibar Chrome Extension as well. Scheduling tool and email/calendar syncing has been great.
Inconvénients
Our team has experienced quite a few bugs while using Groove, but most have been fixed quickly. Integrations with other systems seem somewhat limited. The team has also highlighted that the Groove dialer can be glitchy and is not the most efficient.
