This online time keeping system for UKG is incredible
Paper-based or outmoded systems are being phased out in favor of a unified digital hub governed by uniform guidelines. Because of this, we have been able to push for the automation and uniformity of time-keeping.
Avantages
Employee timekeeping for hourly and salaried workers alike. Time and work order information for hourly workers is recorded. Time worked by salaried personnel is recorded, but only for the purposes of allocating allowances and matching task orders.
Inconvénients
It's possible that you'll hit a roadblock if your restrictions are very intricate. For instance, if your company is subject to CBA regulations, you may need to get inventive with your method or setup.

UKG is a Great Compensatory Alternative for Your Organization!
When I utilized UKG Ready, we had no problems and found it very user friendly. Once staff were acclimated to using it, they liked it too. It was an overall plus.
Avantages
Employees find it very easy to work with and log hours. Employers like it for the same reasons. It is very straight forward.
Inconvénients
The only con I can honestly say is that the program was a little more pricy than others that I have worked with. When working with Organizations, price is always a key factor.

My UKG Ready review
Other than the difficulties logging in to UKG Ready the program was easily accessible when tracking login information of hours worked and keeping track of work hours. The software did not have a lot of bug or glitches.
Avantages
When using this software when I worked as a Customer Service Representative years back the feature, I liked most was its Security function. It really guarded others to prevent them from accessing Employer and Employee accounts.
Inconvénients
What I liked least about UKG Ready was its difficulty logging in at times. I constantly had to change passwords and had to ask for help at times in order to login.

Best app to use
I use this daily to clock in and out. It truly makes it so simple. Instead of trying to keep up with clocking in and out.
Avantages
This is the most easiest app to navigate. There are so many different features.
Inconvénients
I think the only thing I don’t like is sometimes I have to double click to get clock out.

User friendly system
Excellent system to manage time, vacation time, and pay stubs.
Avantages
The way it integrates punch system with pay stubs, pay dates, W-2s. It also has all my employee info organized and able to edit/update.
Inconvénients
Probably not much of a con for employers but the precision of the clock in system makes it hard to manage/avoid overtime.

Love UKG, great system

Good platform
Its been great and has made payroll easier than other platforms I have used.
Avantages
I find it really helpful for payroll and have used a lot but this is one of the more simple.
Inconvénients
I don't love how there are not templates for use.

Sales manager who uses UKG daily, all day.
I love being able to view payroll, schedules, compliance, and of course, new candidates!
Avantages
Well, I’m a sales manager, and UKG allows my boss to be able to upload new candidates into the portal, and in return, I can view those candidates, and interview them.
Inconvénients
I don’t dislike anything, but I’ve had multiple issues with my employees being able to authenticate their work emails, when setting up their UKG profile.

UKG for the Win
As I mention before my job uses this and it is very convent
Avantages
I love this software because you the freedom to view your schedule, request time off, and check your schedule from the comfort of your home. My job uses this, and I absolutely think that it is wonderful.
Inconvénients
The only con that I have is that it can be difficult to fix your timecard if you miss a punch in or out.

Helpful tool for timekeeping

Easy to find functionalities including personal timecards and department schedules

Not a fan of the Inbox messaging- I wish the messages would take you directly to the shift switch request from the inbox vs having to click to the Location Schedule tab

I love the software, I used while working at a call center, it’s not the easiest site to use but once you play around with it for a bit, you get the hang of it. I loved being able to access all my paystubs & direct deposit information in one place.

Great all in one software choice for payroll and time management.
Overall useful software for payroll and time tracking. Sometimes there can be issues when punching for breaks but very easy to double check and correct any errors for payroll.

It's easy to use, intuitive and great for time tracking.

Sometimes clocking in and punching in and out for breaks can be difficult.

Warning - 2 Years in and still no working product!
Avantages
NOTHING! Hard to say what works best when nothing works at all.
Inconvénients
The contact and implementation team. We have had to pull the pin and give up on implementing Kronos as we have spent tens of thousands of $ and hundred and hundreds of hours trying to get the system up and running and have gotten no where.

UKG review
I joined a organization. They used UKG to keep track of hours we worked, shifts that are available, track of my PTO. It made so easy for me to see everything and track everything.

I liked the way it kept track of my every shifts and hours I had worked and many more

It has been very easy and organized. A lot better than other apps that I've had to use in the past.

Great timekeeping for emplyees
