Really supportive team
My overall experience is positive, I never encountered major problems and they provided all the support when I needed it.
Avantages
The support is really fast and friendly, they even replied during the last holiday season.

So much Potential and Folks who Genuinely Care
I think Oyster is still young and there is a LOT of room for growth, most of our struggles tie to support not "Supporting" or a feature/need we have that is not quite there yet. BUT that being said we stick with them because our Service team is phenomenal and you can see they are working to being where we need them to be.
Avantages
We came to Oyster with a heap of issues with international set up outside the US where we are headquartered. Oyster was a great option to not only address our employees we moved all our contractors over as well. The number one thing about Oyster is the Customer Service teams, Our Account Manger [sensitive content hidden] went ABOVE and beyond to help during set up, and we have had 2 CSMs that are beyond incredible. All the kudos to [sensitive content hidden], WE LOVE YOU!!!
Inconvénients
Generic support is lacking, most of the time I have to involve my CSM which is hard on me and unfair to them. Especially when it seems like a simple ask, this can cause frustration as the pace can be slower than it feels like it should be.

I am not sure it is siting the correct vendor as who we swapped from. But we left the EOR Remote.com as we had a very hard time with compliance, their billing practices, and being given often incorrect information that led to costly issues.Pourquoi passer à Oyster

Do not use Oyster
Never recommend to anyone. Worst experience ever.
Avantages
Nothing I can mention which I like about oyster.
Inconvénients
They overpromise and under deliver. They claim to onboard people globally. APAC region they work with multiple sub vendors.. which create lot of issue. They don’t have local presence. For APAC region better use other platforms. Oyster not doing well at all.

Enabling Global Hires
Avantages
I have been in post as CPO for 11 months now, and I have been pleased with the service provided by Oyster, especially our Customer Success and Account Managers. Oyster are always on hand to provide advice, guidance and support, and this often extends to matters that might impact our own employees; they are a true partner. The platform is easy to navigate and integrates with our HR systems seamlessly.
Inconvénients
Whilst the country spread is good, there are some relationships that are tripartite i.e. Oyster use another provider in that country to hire the individual, which can delay comms. From a commerciality perspective, there are some circumstances whereby termination is justified, however, we have to factor in that the business case isn't justifiable as the individual is employed by Oyster, as opposed to ourselves. This means that mutual terminations are generally the only option to proceed with ending a relationship and there is additional cost.

A service orientated platform
The Oyster team have really stepped up in terms of what I expect out of a partnership and service levels. The platform is easy to use from a UX lens and the UI is clear. Our employees and people leaders have positive feedback overall.

The level of service really stands out compared to other players in the market.

I'd love it to integrate with our current HRIS to enable one platform for all people managers.

Great solution for remote employees
Good experience so far. Would definitely recommend to use.

Good Product, Not Great
My overall experience is that Oyster is a good product with potential to be great. We've used competitors and this is more user friendly. The interface was the reason we primarily chose. Pricing is a little high for lack of certain features. I intend to stick with Oyster as they grow and improve.
Avantages
I like how Oyster does the basics. Whatever you need from HR they do it.
Inconvénients
I wish that their were more options to manually send payments to Oyster. A real time chat option would also be great.

Avantages
The oyster support is outstanding, they are quick, efficient and always very friendly and helpful. The platform is well-organized and the onboarding was easy and well-organized as well.
Inconvénients
Basically, there is nothing to complain about. But to mention one point: the onboarding tutorial about work safety was mandatory I understand that, yet too long and not necessary for my position.

Utilize Oyster for employee's payment
We used this service because we needed to pay and manage the payroll of an employee in Portugal, a country very far from our base (Japan).We were very anxious, but by using Oyster, we were able to pay our employees without any major problems.
Avantages
The ease of use of the platform and the quick and clear feedback when asking questions when you don't understand are very positive.
Inconvénients
The payment term seems somewhat short. Especially in our case, it was shorter than other companies and we had a hard time with that.

Oyster is very simple and intuitive to use. Support is reactive and everything works smooth since I got enrolled in my new job

Very efficient and reliable
Avantages
Oyster does exactly what you want it to. Payroll and Benefits are handled easily and efficiently. With this sort of service, you only notice when it is not working and you just hope that everything functions as it should. I have had no problems with Oyster as a user since I began working in my current company, and would recommend it to my network

a mobile app would be nice as a way to submit expenses etc. support could be a little quicker

I have had an overall good experience. Once we got past implementation, it has been smooth sailing.

The world and all it's workers can be your Oyster!
Oyster is a phenomenal platform and they truly are outshining the competition. Take it from me. We switched from another PEO and I truly did my due diligence when selecting a new platform. I researched everyone on the market and had so many demo calls my head still hurts! It was all worth it because we made the right choice.
Avantages
One stop shop that truly does it all. Excellent implementation and customer success team that makes the transition seamless. Excellent benefits in every country! The cost calculator is my favorite! If you go with Oyster, the world and all it's workers will be your Oyster as well!

That I can't amend a contract once I hit submit!

Great Program
Avantages
It's a very intuitive interface. Very helpful to have all the documents easily accessible across employees, contractors. The customer support is pretty great too.
Inconvénients
I don't know if this is an Oyster specific problem or a general challenge with the niche they along with others serve in... but it is painful how much fluctuation there is every month in what is required to pay to our employees overseas, and the tracking of it is very difficult as well. This is likely just due to the fact that they're trying to solve a difficult problem, but I'd say there's still room for improvement there.
