overall i am using this software from last 6 months, we opted for 10 users licenses, previously we were not using any other crm systems, now after using Salesforce we auotmated the task and sales automation also able to gather all our leads and contact information at one place which is helping us tracking all our contacts. also lead management is quiet easier it gave you notification when any new lead came to system from digital campaigns etc. by using this crm our business is reaching new heights and able to increase our sales conversion ratio by 60%. definitely its a very good crm system

learning curve is very high, due to more number of features and customizations.

New User of SalesForce Review
I was a new user and I caught on very quickly. It is not hard to navigate the database. However, when you left out of Salesforce the list would put you back to the beginning which was not great at all.
Avantages
I can store information shared by clients, making it easier to maintain context across conversations, such as ongoing projects, or details for future reference. Also, it made it easy to share content with colleagues.
Inconvénients
I did not like that I could not change the pertinent information myself, the administrator of the team could only do that, and it sometime delayed my work process.

This CRM is incredibly versatile
I regret not discovering its capabilities sooner, as we would have transitioned to it for onboarding much earlier. I wasn't aware that you could create custom objects that link to an account record and set up as many fields as needed.

Our onboarding team relies on Salesforce for ushering in new customers. It helps us monitor communications, activities, and task completion statuses, while also facilitating the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize account progress during onboarding. Salesforce stands out as the top-notch choice for customization and trackability. We're able to configure fields and gather data as per specific workflows, and even automate tasks for smoother operations.
Inconvénients
Salesforce can be a bit sluggish and cumbersome on occasion. We had to undergo training from a Salesforce expert to implement the systems we required, indicating that it may not be the most user-friendly option out there. However, this complexity is often inherent in such a robust system.

I used Salesforce daily for the last two years and it was a game changer for tracking and documentation for Signet Jewelers. We have much clearer picture of the guest interaction as well as tracking escalations, services and purchase history.
Avantages
I like that Salesforce is user friendly. I was able add information and modify entries rapidly. It was a very reliable source that my company used for guest contact information as well as for logging calls or sending emails.
Inconvénients
We frequently had difficulty syncing repair information so we often had to rely on other systems for repair status. And upon occasion, the sound quality for calls was an issue.

Absolutely wonderful but there's always room for improvement!

I like that it is detail oriented and has all information needed to allow you to work at ease and accomplish so many tasks at once or access so many files at once. It allows you to make calls, mute calls, call a third party at the same time, it also is very organized and it's so easy to navigate.
Inconvénients
It glitches at times, it goes down for several reasons, so it's frustrating especially if you are in the middle of critical tasks.

I loved the distribution of menus and screen view of tools for sales purposes., everything was accessible and easy to find, very user-friendly, as a sales team lead it was perfect to keep track of sales and opportunities of the sales agents as well as great to track progress and forecasts.
Inconvénients
I would probably have the option to customize it according to the employee role in the company because as a salesman it has too many charts and options that are not beneficial for a salesman but for management, as well as some of the features visualized on the screen would be necessary for a team lead and not a customer support agent, so having it customize accordingly would be better.

The product also most definitely helps me and tailors to my specific needs, especially utilizing their dashboards and reports.
Inconvénients
Things I didn’t like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the fact that it’s very complex when you’re first using the product and it’s features, especially navigating throughout. I wish it would’ve offered its customers some type of training to use the product. It was just overall complex and a lot to learn.

I have nothing but good things to say about Salesforce Sales Cloud. This tool allows me to maintain clean records for all of my customers and allows me to track sales cycles and stay in the loop so that I don't leave anything behind. Highly recommend this!

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a game changing CRM platform!
It's a powerful tool that has allowed our organization to do away with our older mainframe systems and begin to use cloud based computing which had not always been the case. Even though we were slow to adopt, it has been worth every penny switching over. Our employees absolutely love it. No more toggling between multiple tools.
Avantages
I like the fact that it's a great CRM tool regardless of whether you're in Customer Care, Sales, or Sales Support (don't let the name Salesforce lead you to believe it's only for sales anymore). It has customizable reporting features that allow for greater insights into customer activity and history. Great software!
Inconvénients
From my understanding it is quite expensive. As a project manager we've had to limit user licenses to customer and sales support teams as well as web marketing. Eventually we would love for the folks in location operations to have the capability but from a cost standpoint we're not there yet.

Just made the switch for the better,
We just switched to this program in my office. Like I said learning curve. But we are all starting from scratch and we are taking training and also learning from Trial and error.
Avantages
The ability to keep everything you need in once software program. Inventory, work orders, job assignments, etc.

There is a learning curve but with proper training it’s easy peezy

The Salesforce Sales Cloud come with both web and cloud that offers some amazing feature like to generate leads, interact with customer via chat, emails, call in software itself. Dashboard is fully automated which help real time data quickly and more accurately.
Avantages
Salesforce Sales provies the great Dashboard and Customizer for User. Its offer some most usefull feature like track leads and forcast revenues. It provides ticketing system which is quite intuitive and make most of task automatic and save for future use. Also it has chat functionality that make sure our customer should in touch for any updates.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the reminders of call failed to operate correctly and leads remained in pipeline. Product documentation should improve and updates on time because in most of case need to connect with Support team which is much time consuming. The Pricing is high compared to other alternatives in market.

Salesforce is a wonderful customer relationship management program. I used it in my previous job for contact maintenance and used it as a tool for teaching in training of sales specialists. It’s functionality is unmatched.
Avantages
I love that there is a mobile app on my cell phone that I can use to enter information on the go. In 2024 we are all attached to our cell phone so this makes it super convenient.
Inconvénients
Sometimes there are too many options to select from I wonder, if perhaps there is a functionality to allow the end-user to customize the options that are available to them maybe hide certain functions that they don’t use?
