Satisfactory

My overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is great as it gives us more excitement to use daily in our work and also Sales Force is very friendly to use even new hires can easily understand the function.

Set it and Forget it

Very easy to use though there are some areas for improvement. It does the work of maintaining contact with customers for us.

Avantages

Easy to use and does the work of customer retention for us. Automated emails have generated lots of new invoices.

Inconvénients

The 2FA is a little much for this project in my opinion.

Best sales management software I have ever used

For our team, Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a success. It resembles a contact organizer on steroids with incredible power. All in one location, we are able to handle deals, track leads, and communicate easily. Salesforce even assists us in projecting future sales and pinpointing areas in need of development. Although there was some initial setup required, the increased productivity and favorable effect on our sales pipeline made the effort worthwhile.

Avantages

Salesforce's Sales Cloud is revolutionary. With all of our customer data and pipelines in one location, it helps keep my sales team focused and organized. Because of the simple tracking and automated tools, we've closed more business. Strongly advised!

Inconvénients

For our sales team, Salesforce Sales Cloud has been an excellent CRM. Everything is kept arranged and readily available, including contacts and deal stages. The mobile app allows us to stay on top of things while on the go, and the automated tools save a ton of time. Getting the team used to the UI was the only minor learning curve, but other than that, it was very easy to take up.

I prefer Salesforce for my CRM. It is easy to navigate and has a polished look.

Sometimes sending emails from it. Attachment / formatting glitches, few but it happens

Useful as a CRM and much more

Avantages

Once you get the hang of it, it is the most valuable tool in what concerns CRM.
As a ticketing system, it is neat and quite intuitive - most of it is automatic, according to your settings.
All the functionalities (send emails, leave comments, store contacts and more) are there. It might include a chat functionality that if automatized, can make your customers in touch with you in some clicks.
As a knowledge base it is complete, everything that happens on Salesforce remains there for everyone to consult - not only articles but also past tickets

Inconvénients

Getting the hang of it , especially for new users can be not exactly beginner friendly.
As a CRM it stores all data: this means that if you are looking for something specific without choosing carefully your searchwords, you might get too many results to manually look through - even if they are organised by typology.

A functioning Sales force

its a great system and from others i have used i will want to continue to use this system

I like how when if a customer calls the account gets pulled up right away as well as it keeps things very consistent.

Inconvénients

when removing emails or phone numbers the system has you do it a VERY Specific way that it sometimes doesn't understand it and gives you 1200 error messages

Salesforce is the CRM King

To me, Salesforce Sales Cloud is an ESSENTIAL tool for any sales department. It may be costly, but it's the best for a reason.

Avantages

I like that the sales process is laid out in an easy-to-understand "roadmap" of sorts. This visualization make the process more fun than other CRM's, almost gamified, even.

Inconvénients

I didn't dislike anything about using the product, but apparently, it was very expensive for the company to afford because they ended up scaling back on many "objects" to make it more affordable.

If the initial deployment goes awry, there can be a cost risk.
If you don't have an employee who can handle Salesforce skillfully, I recommend you build with outsourcing or receive supported training from Salesforce

Great platform

Very happy, the customer service was very helpful, the help desk is also very helpful. I would recommend this product.

Avantages

Usability, the UI is straight forward and easy to learn. The back end is customizable to your needs.

Inconvénients

Certain limitations with customization, the help desk will say to make a post or upvote a post and you’ll see some common requests that have thousands of upvotes over many years and it’s still not a feature.

Technical help desk

Rock solid for our uses, only one technical problem that was dealt with very promptly.

Avantages

The ability to reassign cases and keep track of who's working on what. Also the detailed case history of technician actions and solutions is useful for RCPS as well.

Inconvénients

A lot of the fields are not used in our case, could probably get away with a much simpler and streamlined approach,

Powerful tool for sales managers

I used Salesforce in my previous roles, as a sales rep. I understand the power of the tool for sales forecasting and reporting, but didn't enjoy it as a user.

Salesforce Sales Cloud - Likes and Cons

My experience using Sales cloud bends towards positive side only. It's Automations , Customizations , Efficiency , Insights are the some of the liked things in Sales Cloud.

Avantages

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers good features like Automations , Analytics and Data management. As it is a cloud based platform so On-premises server maintenance are not required. It's Mobile accessibility is one of the best compared to competitors. As Salesforce has the one of the largest active community the support is very impressive.

Inconvénients

Pricing structure and complexity is one of the considering thing in Salesforce sales cloud. Mobile accessibility is good but it's functionalities are very limited in my opinion.

It is not just a tool, it is a system that you can rely on. It is very effective especially for business.

Navigating the tool is very easy. As a supervisor I can easily manage my team by looking at the omni supervisor and you can see everything

For my own preference, the color, we can make it more lively or have a dark mode for others who prefer but other than that I would say it is perfect.

Great for Consumer Database

Salesforce- my preferred CRM system

Overall, Salesforce is a good, quality system that delivers strong with my CRM and sales pipeline needs to help grow the business, and maintain existing relationships with customers.

Salesforce is good at several things, it actually has more functions that I use. My main likes are the CRM capabilities of it and helping with my sales pipeline.

A complete but challenging CRM

Avantages

I think the customization of the platform is its strongest point, a large number of plugins and other software can be integrated to achieve almost any task. Dashboards and reporting tools provide all your valuable information in one place.

Inconvénients

The part we have had the most problems with are the filters, they are somewhat difficult to create. The graphical interface does not seem to us to have the best design and in parts it is not intuitive. The implementation has a learning curve, an important point for those who value implementing it, it is complex because it can be highly customized. You must have someone expert on the team

Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful CRM solution that has helped me in scaling business and adapt needs .The high cost and complexity of implementation can be significant considerations but the benefits far outweigh these concerns.

Avantages

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a comprehensive suite of tools and features to empower sales teams. It helps me to enhance sales processes and customer relationship management. It has a very easy user interface and good customer support. The analytic tools in sales cloud are superb . Also a thing that i like about sales cloud is that it integrates seamlessly with other salesforce products which allows us to connect various systems and centralize our data.

Inconvénients

So far, I don't have any dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud as I got all I need from this software but a thing which i think should be looked on is that pricing can be expensive for startups especially as it includes extra charges for integration and customization. One more thing is that implementation process can take weeks or even months so this can be a challenge for businesses looking for a quick setup.
