I likes the lead management that you get with this software. The campaign ROI monitoring is great as well. Most of all the customer success has been tremendous.

I've been using thia tool for over 15 years and I think is the best tool for sales management.

My first experience with Sales Force was when I worked for international call center companies and it was an insdispensable tool. Now that I work at a small business I realize most features do not apply to out business and the cost is too high for what we can really take advantage of.

Salesforce Experience Review
I am relatively in love with this platform. I found it straightforward to learn and navigate. This is important because it allows me to perform my job efficiently.
Avantages
I love the new dashboard. It's beautiful, and I especially love that you can have different graphs to display and show during meetings to impress management.
Inconvénients
We have an automated process that sometimes fails and gives us inaccurate data. When this happens, we have to spend time troubleshooting to figure out what went wrong.

Reporting and Data Gold
Avantages
I enjoy the reporting aspects of Salesforce and the ease of building reports.
Inconvénients
Our specific Salesforce instance has a TON of outdated information within it, and if I wasn't comfortable with the platform, I could get very confused.

Salesforce is EASY and holds a LOT of info
I have found it a much more manageable program than other sales and lead programs I have used. I do wish it did not time out, and that it was not so easy to duplicate leads
Avantages
The ease in entering information relating to leads. It is also VERY easy to track your leads and their status.
Inconvénients
It times out. It also often does not properly convert leads to sales. There are almost TOO many options , but that also may work for a lot of organizations.

Salesforce is a Critical tool in retail
My personal overall experience seems to be more positive then negative, it is a very crucial tool to have and use in a sales environment.
Avantages
The best thing i realised during my time using salesforce, i feel the best thing about is the ease of access to, as well as the convenience of hasving an automatic lead generation, contact management, and CRM all in one, plus more
Inconvénients
I find the that salesforce tends to be relatively unstable, and seems to have connection issues often, which can affect productivity.
