Great tool for companies tracking sales goals!
Overall I had a great experience I was trained on the tool properly so I have become somewhat of an expert utilizing Salesforce cloud.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has been good but it comes with some challenges. I really like how it helps me keep track of my leads and sales making my work more organized. The automation features save me time which I appreciate but it can be hard to learn at first because there are so many options and sometimes the interface is confusing and it can run slowly.

What I really like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to track my leads and deals, the dashboard gives me a clear view of my sales which helps me stay organized and the automation features saves my time on tasks like sending follow up emails and the reporting tools are also helpful as they let me see how I'm performing and identify areas for improvement that makes managing my sales process much simpler and more efficient.
Inconvénients
There are so many features that it takes time to learn how to use everything properly, sometimes the interface can be confusing and I find myself searching for things and it is also very pricey especially for smaller businesses, I have also noticed that it can run slowly at times which can be frustrating during busy workdays.

Overall, it's been a great experience. Salesforce is much more costly than some other options out there, but the issue is once you have it set up. It is difficult and pricey to go to another alternative. That's how they get you hooked, as soon as you're set up. Even if you have headaches with the system, you'll have more headaches trying to leave.

Salesforce can do absolutely everything. If you can get an intelligent salesforce administrator, you can customize Salesforce in any way you like to work exactly how you need for your organization.
Inconvénients
Making organizational changes to the system is sometimes needlessly difficult. To have an efficiently run Salesforce database, you must employ or hire an administrator to make major changes for you. If you're looking to alter major things within the system, oftentimes, you must rely on Salesforce's help, and often that takes a long time and is sometimes difficult to understand their service reps.

Great for Large CRM Systems
I think its a must have tool for large enterprises to send regular CRM campaigns.
Avantages
I can see historic CRM data and with filters I can play with it and make it more granular data to be used.
Inconvénients
I do not think this is good for small scale businesses because it's too costly.

Very Secure, Restricted and Fast !!
Useful and super fast. So my overall experience is cool.
Avantages
Its security and customer service are what I like most, because when I face any issue, the customer support team is very active and gives fast responses to my team.
Inconvénients
I think they can make their interface easier. The first time, it was a little bit hard to understand the interface, but after some use, it was easy now. So if it is a little bit easy, then the first impression will be more clear for the audience.
