The best CRM for Microsoft Outlook.
Overall we are very happy with the experience and of course also with the service of this Czech company. The people are always nice, friendly and very fast in answering any questions.
Avantages
eWay is by far the best CRM integrated in Microsoft Outlook. We were really screening the market for a CRM who is truly integrated into Microsoft Outlook, and the one that does it all right is eWay-CRM.
One of the best features is the possibility to design the forms and the fields that you need by yourself without any coding. And this also includes automated actions.
Inconvénients
There's nothing that we don't like. We have a server license that we host by ourselves with around 110 users. Sometimes the speed of the software is a bit slow for my opinion, but this could also rely on our server capacity and not on the software.

Best CRM from my experience
eWay is great. After evaluating all the best CRM products found in popular CRM product reviews, eWay came out on top for us and we are not looking back or missing any functionality either.
Avantages
It's seamless integration into Outlook and working with attached documents.
Inconvénients
Not much negative to talk about. I'll have to think hard. Maybe the development that now mostly focuses on Outlook Online instead of Desktop. The table editing would have been great to have on desktop.

Very intuitive. Could be modified to adapt into the different solutions even by knowledgeable users. Price competitive solution. Easy to implement.

eWay-CRM has completely revolutionized virtually every element of our business. It has allowed us to substantially scale our infrastructure while creating time savings and new efficiencies at every turn. It's also allowed us to leverage the assistance of virtual assistants in a way that never would have been possible without eWay. We have systemized all aspects of our company to be better and faster.
Avantages
The modules are almost limitless in their customization options which allows us to design module types that perfectly support the most efficient workflows.
Inconvénients
That some feature changes still require the old admin settings. Though I am now comfortable navigating the old settings, it makes it more difficult to allocate responsibility to others sense it's a different dashboard that is designed differently than the new admin portal.

eWay is the only Contact Management Software to Consider for a Law Practice
With the loss of business contact manager via outlook, eWay has been the only software we have found that will do what a small and very busy law practice will need to use!
Avantages
The way you can seamlessly sync all contacts, tasks, emails and anything else going on with a specific case. This is really important for a small law firm as I (the paralegal) can keep our clients up to date on the status of their case by seeing what I or the Attorney I work for have completed (tasks) and what has been done as far as communication with clients and opposing parties (emails) all in one easy to use system. Cannot recommend them enough. After dealing with QuickBooks support for 6 months, I truly appreciate the level of customer service eWay provides and does not stop until all issues have been resolved. Even when the issue is on our end they attempt to fix or point out potential problems with our system.
Inconvénients
The only Con I had was knowing when eWay had a new update, but I expressed a desire to be emailed when new updates are released and within a release or two I started getting emails to inform me of a new update! So no more Cons with eWay.

Great useful CRM
Happy with it, we don't feel need to change.
Avantages
Functionality: it just does what it says it does. For us it's a customizable CRM where we have tens of custom fields suited for our needs. Layout of fields is also customizable. We have all information about our customers in one place. And I also appreciate that it is (also) a desktop app which integrates to Outlook - I am not a fan of Online Outlook.
Inconvénients
Although it is currently understandable possibly due to technical impossibilities, I don't like, that the most useful new features are available only in online version of the app. I like, I want and I need the desktop version.

Value for money CRM with helpful staff
I found eWay from online reviews and have found the software value for money with some really helpful colleagues who always do their best to support.
Avantages
Easy to use and quite logical to pick up for a small business owner who doesn't have much time to be able to 'play' to learn. The eWay colleagues are always so helpful if you have an issue.
Inconvénients
I would like more interconnectivity with LinkedIn and also standard apps - for example Xero, and Sales Navigator

Streamlined Customer Management Made Easy
eWay-CRM allows for easy management of documents and smooth Outlook integration. But, its plug in panel is functional somehow, it causes some rare complications for not always freshing the database and so it discourages some users in the process. In spite of this, as time goes on, it will be a much more effective tool.

One of the primary attractions of eWay-CRM is its high level of flexibility. It can be easily customized by the buyers to suit their own requirements, for example, it can be used for order management and communicate with clients. It is a vital tool for insurance brokers and remote workers.

New features in online eway are great
Avantages
I was already happy with this product, but eway online is growing with new features like views sharing / email history sync and that was also a big help. I am also excited with the latest AI features like email summary or task suggestions - this will be a huge time saver. I had a chance to try it out and it looks correct, hopefully these AI features will grow even more over time.
Inconvénients
Lately I sometimes had to login every week to use the preview panel, which is a bit frustrating. But no other issues.

Marketing Manager
We chose e-Way because of its integration into MS Outlook, we did not want to use a separate application. We were very impressed by the plug-in panel, thanks to which the user can always see whether the contact is registered in the database or not and is able to add it to the database with one click.
We regret that for us the key plug-in panel is also e-Way's biggest pain point. Supposedly, Outlook itself is to blame. User-wise, however, we find it very inconvenient.
Other than the above, we have no objections to e-Way. However, user willingness to filling the database is quite poor due to the problems with the panel.

The plug-in panel often shuts down, logs out, etc. This is supposedly not the fault of e-Way, but of Outlook itself. However, it doesn't change the fact that it is very inconvenient.

Implementation of eWay-CRM was the right choice for our company. It made order in all active and possible projects, internal projects included. Everyone in company uses it daily.

Forcing a respondent to write at least XY characters in a voluntary questionnaire seems silly to me

Data searching is problematic. For example: If the column with the document ID is not displayed, but I need to search by document ID, the system will not find the document.

Great for Emails, Limited Integration Options
Our overall experience with eWay is good; we primarily use it for storing emails. Since we don’t have an ERP system that can be easily integrated, we don’t utilize most of its features.

The All in One CRM for Modern Business Needs
A simple CRM that is stable and integrates nicely with Outlook. Automation tools reduce the workload and help IT staff answer the questions faster.
Avantages
eWay-CRM, with its integration of Outlook and features throughout different devices, is an excellent tool for remote teams. The ability to trace inquiries, see relevant files, and keep the conversation clear is a great advantage.

eWay Review
The bad - the web interface has no integration with emails, Outlook for Mac is unfamiliar and I can't use it, nor can current modern Outlook for Windows. Moreover, I find the philosophy of the whole system unclear.
Avantages
Probably nothing worth mentioning (and minimum of 40 charactest here - are you crazy?)
Inconvénients
It forces me to use the outdated, unfashionable and ugly classic Outlook or the web interface, which in turn lacks integration with email. In addition, when one would be willing to use the old Outlook (why, for God's sake!) and has a modern Copilot+ laptop with AArch64 architecture, everything is disgustingly slow and by the time Outlook boots up, I can make coffee. It's 2024, not the noughties where x86 is the only platform in the world.
So I use eWay out of necessity, not pleasure...
