Must have to run a business, especially for sole proprietors and small sized companies
It makes my life much easier without having to worry about integrations and such.
I don't use all of their apps. But the few I use on a daily basis make their mark to save my time without breaking my finances.
Avantages
A great ecosystem of apps centered around Zoho CRM.
It covers most of what a business needs to manage/automate.
It doesn't require much to make apps share/use each component's data.
Inconvénients
Zoho One doesn't include all Zoho's apps... the team is pushing more, but still, we are missing Zoho Commerce and Zoho Connect (external community) as part of the package.

Zoho One offers a very comprehensive suite of tools that can cover all your needs!
Zoho One has been a great change for our company. We went from Google Suite and Spreadsheets to primarily using everything in Zoho One and it has been 10000% better than the way we did it before.
Avantages
So many great options in Zoho one. They have a tool for everything. Having everything in one software channel simplifies a lot.
Inconvénients
Not all of the tools work super well, so we pick and choose which ones we'll use.

ZOHO One - Is Past Its Prime
Zoho itself is just old and tired. It was OK when I started to use it years ago but it hasn't improved and there are much better alternatives available now.
Avantages
By the time I left there was little left to like. Campaigns had restricted me from sending emails to a lot of my subscribers because they had accounts@ in their email address (I provide credit management services to the accounts teams and most of my clients use this as their email address).
Inconvénients
The Customer Services Is Poor.
The forms had very limited options for editing.
The annual subscription model.
The lack of access by support people( I had to by another zoho one licence for my accountant to access books FFS)

Zoho One - the underrated app platform from CRM to anything
Rolled it out to 200+ users from marketing to sales, operations, IT and a lot more. Happy users are the biggest reward for all those in IT - we achieved it!
Avantages
Amazing range of apps, functions, integration possibilities at top cost/benefit ratio. We use CRM, Projects, Sign, Vault, Assist and others. For any SME the true operating platform with adequate customization options. For large enterprise some of the products are adequate and also provide top in cost/benefit ratio, e.g. CRM. Support is quick and most often helpful. Other highlights include integration between apps, analytics capabilities, AI integration from OpenAI and the like.
Inconvénients
Some non-core apps are not fully mature in their functionality. A few apps also are copy-but-do-not-improve from other well known brands. This is a missed opportunity. In general, the UX is up-to-date but only in the top products reach top-notch UX. Compared to other app environments I hope the UX will be more tailored to the specific need of the users of those apps (versus trying to apply one UX concept accross all apps). The range of features is great, nothing to complain there!

Documents Activities with Limitations
Overall, my experience is a frustrating one. Does the crm allow you to track and log all of the information you want to during sales processes? Yes. However, the amount of clicks needed to document activity is inefficient and time-consuming. Duplicate identification is also lacking and as a result, data is filled with duplicates and triplicates.
I believe the system has its pros and cons and depending on how your internal team sets of the workflows, determines how efficient you can be with the crm.
I think the software would be better for smaller organizations using a tech stack that natively integrates with the platform for the best experience.
Avantages
There is not too much I like about Zoho. Not entirely sure if this is the fault of the software or how our team initially set up the software. I do like how easily you can put together dashboards for activity and other metrics for sales teams. I do like the timeline of actions that have taken place to an account, lead, or contact.
Inconvénients
The software itself feels old and outdated. Unfortunately, some of our current tech stack and tech stack we have been evaluating doesnt seamlessly integrate with Zoho.
When looking at all of your tasks on the tasks tab, when you want to select multiple tasks for batch updates, the click box is small and will open the task if you dont click precisely in the right spot.
In global organizations, adjusting denominations has its limitations in certain areas of the crm particularly with dashboards.

I would give it an 8/10 because i have some crm admin knowledge and amateur coding knowledge. Enough to get me by and make it a good experience for my business and worth the cost.

Fantastic value for money as a complete business OS
Zoho One has been at the core of our business for quite some time due to the amount of capabilities the software suite has and the value it offers. Have experienced good customer support when needed also.

The amount of software included which covers so many different business tasks, the different pricing structures to suit all sized businesses, the value and efficiency in managing so much software in one place.
Inconvénients
Pricing has recently gone up however the value for money is still brilliant compared to the alternatives and there is constant software development and support available.

Zoho One is a Contender
Overall, Zoho One hasn't been a bad experience, but it's becoming a little frustrating with the amount of time it takes to configure the various apps to fit our business. It feels like everything we need is available but the time it's taking is becoming prohibitive.
Avantages
Zoho One packs a lot of bang for the price. With over 40 apps, you could effectively run your entire business with it. We've tried all of the significant all-in-one CRM systems, and I've yet to see another solution rivaling Zoho One regarding the number of apps you get with your subscription starting at just $45 per month.
Inconvénients
The thing that makes Zoho One attractive may also be its weakness. With so many apps to learn, it can be a bit overwhelming, The UI is not as well designed as some of the other solutions available. There is also a huge learning curve and I find myself spending lots of my time watching how-to videos and reading Zoho documentation. It's not a bad solution by far, but you will have to dedicate a significant amount of time, to wrapping your arms around how the different apps work together.

Zoho One - the Leatherman for entrepreneurs
I don´t want to miss it. I use it every day: CRM, SalesIQ, campaigns are my main apps. Books and work drive the next. You don´t have to think about: ahh...I need this app/function, where can I get it? Because you already HAVE it in Zoho One.
Avantages
Everything (and I mean: everything!) you can imagine that you need for your business is integrated into ZOHO One. For every use case there is an app.
Inconvénients
First: the greatest pro is the biggest con. In the beginning you don´t know where to start because there are some many possibilities. You have to get a structured plan for yourself. Otherwise you will resign. Second: It´s not "the" ZOHO One App. There are about 50 apps you can use. You have to learn what apps are useful and what apps can be connected. Start with CRM as center of ZOHO one.

The perfect software suite for small business
Incredibly positive allowibg us to benefit from a range of software tools rather buying them all separately.
Avantages
The cost compared to all other solutions ade this a no-brainer. The fact that all enterprise level tools were made available at teh cost of most other CRMs was perfect.
Inconvénients
The configuration of the HR portal was a little more complicated but not mission critical for us.

It is great if you start from scratch and develop your business processes in Zoho one.
There are tools in place for many departments and functionality is enormous, many tools and environments overlap and can be instantly synced.
Inconvénients
If you have to go out of the way of the Zoho structure then the environment is tough to manipulate and requires things to go manual in many cases or creates necessity for a lot of background scripts.

Packed with apps and possibilities
Overwhelming. For a single user like me, it is difficult to get the most out of it without spending a whole month setting it up calmly, very calmly. You should have a 6 month trial just to configure it and then be able to use it calmly.
Avantages
Zoho One is one of those products that can be overwhelming the first time you see it. Packed with apps and possibilities. You have apps to perform almost any task within a company. EVERYTHING. If you're going to use it or three of the apps it has, you'll get your money's worth.
Inconvénients
Integration between apps, while possible, is not as automatic as one would expect as they are all from the same developer. It takes time and effort to set everything up and there are some really complex tasks. The price for a single user like me is excessive. For large companies it is multiplied by the number of users, but their large number of apps can justify it.

I really like the fact there are much different software within Zoho one. You have 1 software for your every need and it will cost you less to take Zoho one than taking all those software individually. Every piece of software can integrate with one another.

Customer service is terrible. I cancelled the support because I wasnt going to pay for something I wasnt getting. If yu have an issue, you are best trying to sort it out yourself as the people who are (not) there to assist you, have no clue whatsoever. There is a chat on the app, but when you use it, you get the reply that they are unable to assist and that you should send an email to . . . .Only buy this if you are prepared to handle the issues yourself.Service should take 3 hours, but getting a "non" reply in a week would be good. e.g. "I cannot log in", a week later - [sensitive content hidden]

Its great for the price for a single user. If you have alot of employees costs adds up. Comes with alot of features and products
Inconvénients
105/month for flexible plan is steep. Reg is 45/mo if adding all users, so flexible would be better around 75. Accounting package needs to manage multiple companies. This is the biggest bit fall. The regular paid version allows it so why not the one included with One?

A really unique offering of middle-tier applications and services.
Zoho One offers an incredible range of mid-tier business applications and hosting. I selected Zoho at the beginning of setting up my firm because I had previously used some of Zoho's applications and could see a big advantage (both financial and technical) in using the Zoho ecosystem.
I use Zoho Sites for my website, Zoho Forms for online forms, Zoho Meeting for all video conferences, Zoho Booking for schedules, Zoho Mail for email hosting, Zoho Writer for all document processing, Zoho Sales IQ for marketing and social media management, Zoho Notebook for legal research, Zoho Drive for cloud storage.
I don't use Zoho CRM or Zoho Projects, but that's only because my industry (lawyer) really does demand a specialist practice management application for clients and tasks. The CRM and Projects are excellent and would be great for other business industries.
I see Zoho One really only being useful for new businesses or during a major restructure or rebranding. To get the most out of it, you need to really design an ecosystem and utilise Zoho apps wherever possible. This can be frustrating as some may not work as well as their alternatives, but this is the compromise you have to make for such a good price.
I really do recommend Zoho for any new business - the apps may seem a little strange at first, but you can literally run your entire business on this one service and that could potentially save a considerable amount of time and money.

A real fan
We are a consultant agency and consult 360 on Business Software, CRM, E-Commerce, Process Automation and Online Marketing. Based on our excellent experience with ZOHO One we use ZOHO extensively in our own company and have realized a great number of projects.
Avantages
Great functionalities, comparably easy and thus, fast to set up. Everything in one platform under one transparent license. Perfect as a single all-in-one software for small and mid-size companies and organizations.
Availability super high, hosting and updates very smoothely.
Inconvénients
As ZOHO develops fast, sometimes there are overlappings between apps.

Lots of Features, but takes some work to fully integrate
I have used Zoho for my own business and also implemented it for several clients. 4 years ago, I loved everything about the platform and loved the integrated nature of apps (books, expense, inventory, CRM), however, the more I had to push the customisation of Zoho, the more barriers I found and cracks started to appear in their polished promises.
I still believe that Zoho has a big offering for small businesses as long as they do not need customised process flows or integrations.
I have decided to move my business away from using Zoho and have actually downgraded in functionality to another "business platform" provider on a lifetime deal. I will be fully evaluating Zoho for future clients as I have spent far too many weeks pushing out project deadlines due to poor inter-Zoho integrations.

Apps are not as integrated as they could be. I spent a long time when consulting for several companies trying to customise their integrations between Zoho apps (that really should be there out of the box). Zoho Flow (Zoho's answer to Zapier) goes someway to help integrate their apps, but still some apps just cannot be integrated as needed (Bookings and CRM, Bookings and Inventory, for example). Zoho's integrations with 3rd party services and apps sometimes are way better than their own apps.
Their all-in-one platform approach often means that the main competitors offer much better features and functionality (e.g. Meetings vs Zoom, Bookings vs Calendly, Campaigns vs Active Campaign). Their strong point is definitely CRM, Books, and Inventory, which are all very strong products.
Support is hit and miss. I have had responses within minutes and then other tickets I have had to chase for nearly a week to get a response. Sometimes I had to explain the issue several times before I got more than a canned response.

The Ultimate Choice for Small Businesses
Zoho One has helped us stay on top of all the things that are important in our business. From managing customers and leads to staying on top of our finances. It has been very useful in streamlining a lot of the processes we had in our company and finding new and meaningful ways to improve upon them in both time and cost.
For certain processes that we weren't really sure about how to do it right (like HR) - it made these things much easier for us and gave us a system to keep all our challenges in sight rather than being overwhelmed by them.
Avantages
We have tried many, many, many programs in our history. Zoho One was the one that answered all of our problems.
Imagine every single thing your business needs to operate and I'm pretty confident that Zoho One includes that. It has everything including a CRM, accounting, analytics, automated marketing, social management, HR, and even custom apps. And it does all of this extremely well. Even on the CRM side - you can customize it to your heart's content, including creating your own tables and interactions between them.
All of this is great. If you are a micro-business, then you can handle a lot of normally complicated tasks and processes much easier in Zoho One. On the other hand, if you are a small or medium-sized business with many people controlling different aspects of your business - they can all collaborate and do their jobs here too.
And the pricing? It is amazing. I was shocked when they announced this. We were subscribing to four or five of their products at a much higher rate per month. We were actually considering building our own system internally to save money and then they announced Zoho One. It gave us nearly everything in their catalog of programs - at a much lower rate than we were already paying. I mean the value is phenominal.

The only complaint I have is that some of the programs don't talk to each other as well as I would like. For instance, their Connect program has a lot of features that work well with project management and job tasks. However, it wasn't possible to attach the data in our Kanban lists to data in our CRM. I think if they could fully open each app so that its data was interchangable with all other apps - that would take Zoho One to a whole different level.

There is no better value in the business app world- Zoho One is outstanding
Honestly, there is no better value than Zoho One. It has changed the way I do business by giving me a whole suite of apps that integrate together and play well with outside apps. I completely rebuilt my entire sales process and business workflow around Zoho One, and I'm in it for the long haul.

Honestly, where do I start? You literally get access to around 40 enterprise level versions of applications from a company that has been around for 20 years There is the saying that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. But this isn't too good to be true. It's actually true. I wanted to switch to Zoho Books and Zoho CRM, and found that for the same cost, I could get ALL the Zoho apps. It blew my mind and was an instant buy.
You get a super-powered CRM, bookkeeping, email campaign management, social media management, live chat, help desk, website builder, website testing tool, Zoho Flow (a superior alternative to Zapier), a full project management app, the best invoicing I've seen, and on and on and on. Zoho One has everything. There is no way I can give all the pros in this space. It's absolutely amazing.
Inconvénients
The one con I do see with Zoho One is that since it is one user, you do get restricted on some things like Zoho Mail. You get a full mail account for that one user, but can't combine it with other free Zoho Mail accounts. So every once in a while, it would be nice to be able to do that. But otherwise, Zoho One is mindblowing.
I will say also that if you have a large team, it MIGHT be cheaper for you to buy the apps individually since some of the higher levels include more users. If you only need a couple of the apps for some users, it might be cheaper to buy an enterprise bundle. But if you are a single person or have a small team that needs more than a couple apps for each person, Zoho One is perfect.

Everything all in (Zoho)One
It is so nice to have everything in one place and connected. It has increased our efficiency by automating some processes and integrating with some of our existing software. Plus, the mobile apps let us have access to it all no matter where our business takes us!!
Avantages
I really like that you have access to so many different apps. You can do just about anything you need from hosting an online meeting to conducting a marketing campaign to managing your client/lead relationships to surveys. It really does have everything in ONE place!! You name it... Sales, Marketing, Collaboration, Analytics etc. No matter what comes up, we have found a way to handle it efficiently and effectively with ZohoOne.
Inconvénients
It did take a little time getting used to how the Zoho system works. I wished things were a little more intuitive initially but once you grasp the logic behind how the different apps work together it can truly improve you experience.

Not for Most Users
First off, let me see that I am a huge Zoho evangelist. I am a Zoho User Group Leader, I have two companies on Zoho One and have been a user for almost 5 years now. That said, I would caution most users from using Zoho for many of the same reasons that many other people here have noted, namely weak or non-existent customer service, increasing prices with a reduction of functionality, and buggy/flawed designs on new applications and enhancements to existing applications. Just look at the fact that they went from 1 TB/user on Zoho Mail to 50 GB/user to get an idea of how drastic their cuts have been.
I am sad to say that I would not recommend Zoho to anyone without the stomach to deal with their terrible service and without an internal team member that can develop around their design flaws.

I love that Zoho is constantly evolving and adding new functionality to its software.
Inconvénients
The customer support is horrible. Most people you speak with have no experience with the software and cannot answer the most basic questions. Sometimes they even make up answers to get off the phone. It is actually absurd how bad the service is.

Me encanta que puedas cubrir todas las necesidades de tu empresa con un mismo software, es decir, que dispone de una herramienta específica para todo lo que puedas necesitar. Desde mi punto de vista, creo que no hay otra herramienta de este estilo que la supere.
Inconvénients
No es barato, pero si quieres que tu empresa tenga éxito, saber cuáles son tus puntos fuertes y en lo que estás fallando, merece la pena. La variedad que ofrece es tal que al principio puedes encontrarte un poco perdido y saturado. Lo ideal es que alguien con conocimientos globales analice tu empresa y te implemente aquellas herramientas que crea que te van a ser de más utilidad.

The integration of the apps are wonderful!
Avantages
I use Zoho as the platform to support ALL our clients. Depending on how we are supporting them, we may use one or several Zoho applications for one client. Zoho One is great for the clients we use several applications to support because it is EXTREMELY cost effective. In some cases we can save hundreds of dollars. When they rolled out Zoho One this past summer, I could not believe what I read!
Inconvénients
The only down side is Zoho One doesn't allow several different logins for the same user seat. They track the IP address. I can understand the reason because of the low price, why they want every user to have their own login. For us, we may have several team members servicing one client. It is not cost effective for us to purchase several seats to service one client. Also, customer service is not always the greatest.

40 products in one!
I was impressed. It was very easy to setup compared to the competitors, had excellent training videos and manuals, plus excellent customer support (but only 5 days a week 24 hours a day, not 7 days). I would call the software second best in almost all categories, but when you add in how they all integrate together, this is awesome software. I think the software it best compares to is SalesForce, which I haven't ever used due to the price.

It seems they have everything in one, and all integrated. When I was looking for each piece, their name kept popping up as in the top choices for each product... especially social media.
Inconvénients
Reporting for accounting was not up to what I am used to. They have a lot of reports, but they aren't very customizable. You basically get what they provide, which is still a lot! I also kept running into a few bugs. And many people have feature suggestions. So it seems like their low price is reflective of this.

A bargain based on all the tools you get
I use Zoho One and the tools to keep track of spent time on various projects, save all expenses, invoicing, CRM, some custom workflows and much more. I haven't had time to explore all options yet.
Ah, Zoho Social is also a tool I use reguarly.
Avantages
With Zoho One you really receives everything to run a company. It's very nice to have everything at the same place. And the integration between the various tools they have are superb. If you're like me, a bit technical, it's really nice that you can customise you company's workflow (Zoho Flow) and even develop internal applications easily (Zoho Creator).
Inconvénients
It can be a bit overwelming with att tools and options in the beginning.

Lo que mas me ha gustado es que se pueden incluir hasta más de 40 aplicaciones de Zoho.Es accesible desde cualquier dispositivo con conexión a Internet, lo que permite a los empleados trabajar desde cualquier lugar.Y muchas tareas y procesos pueden ser automatizados, lo que ahorra tiempo y esfuerzo.
Inconvénients
De momento no tengo ninguna queja de la herramienta, ya que el manejo de la misma me parece fácil.

Good Value and It Simplfies My Work
I wanted an integrated system which Zoho One provides.
Avantages
I get more "bang for my buck" by using Zoho One than if I subscribed individually to the various Zoho Apps that I use. It is also useful to go to one dashboard for these apps, which I can arrange in a way that suits me, to manage the apps.
Inconvénients
Nothing that I can think of at this time.

Avantages
applications capabilities, functionalities and technical support are second to none! They always follow-up when required.
Inconvénients
Too many tools and all are very valuable!! If you enticed or want to become an expert in one their applications, they make it too easy which can become a time distraction.

Great product & more importantly Great customer service!!!
Avantages
Really flexible and easy to use, the streamlining capabilities and customizations are unlimited! One thing I really like the most is typically offshore companies are hard to communicate and get quick fast support. Zoho has I have to say one of the best support teams I've ever worked with. I've called them in the middle of the nite all the way to a Sunday evening and they are always right on top of it and are even willing to remote into my machine to debug issues i created in the configurations. Any tech who has dealt with large support teams knows this is usually the most frustrating issues dealing with third parties. Wonderful company and great products!
Inconvénients
Some of the functions are limited but you can always customize it using they're scripting tools and api. Not really a issue but if i have to say what i like least it would be this.

I wish I could give 100 stars review with ZOHO One
WOW! We saved so much money in subscription costs when we rolled everything to ZOHO One. We had 11 different companies we were paying money to. When we switched, we saved $480,000 is subscription costs. We love paying one low rate for all our employees rather than using separate vendors. As a huge bonus, our internal data is much more organized since all ZOHO apps communicate with each other. This keeps all of our team members on the same footing.

The capabilities of the suite of products is unmatched! The price is what really blew me away.

no cons. Its great software for a super affordable price.

ZOHO ONE - Why, Why use anything else when starting your company?
The entire business is run exclusively on this platform. With a partner program in place at Zoho we can actually go and preach this as a solution to our own customers.
Avantages
The Swiss Army knife for any business - they understand and want to help the SMB market play like Fortune 100 company. From CRM, Web sites, Email marketing, Chat, Accounting, Business Expenses tracking the list goes on and for only $30/user (note everyone in the company needs to be enrolled) - there is no way in this industry can compete. There may be better products when compared on a one-to-one basis but the suite? Impossible to compete.
Inconvénients
It's evolving and sometimes the interfaces may not be as sweet as other competing SaaS players in the marketplace.

It's ultimate goal is to streamline everything for you so you don't have to use multiple vendors/softwares/subscriptions to perform your daily business tasks. It has so many apps and features, we're still learning and experimenting with it even after over a year of use!

The best all-in-one tool for SMEs.
I have been trying to launch my legal services business since before COVID-19 and I have experimented and used free trials for all of the major service providers including Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipe Drive etc. I keep returning to Zoho One due to the impressive range of applications that whilst may not be the best on the market, offer everything I could need and more. I can run my business according to a simple monthly fee and still offer clients everything from virtual meetings and online bookings to client portals.
