Helps me so much
Makes my life easier and I don't have to worry about figuring out a password

I really like this software. It made my life so much easier because it stores all of my passwords and I all I have to do is to sign into my account and click what website I needed to sign into
Inconvénients
Everything works great. No cons. I don't have to sign into it each time to be able to sign into my individual accounts

The thing I like the most is the ease of use and how simple it is to organize all your applications and navigate from one to another.

Great password management and access management tool
We use it as the SSO tool to get access to all the applications we need like Workday, Yammer, Slack etc.
Avantages
It is a great tool for the password management and for the identity management, access management etc. It is easy to perform integration and deploy applications. The SSO feature is incredibly great and it helps in the password management.
Inconvénients
It is a little bit on the expensive side for the personal use and for small companies. Logging is not elaborated.

Working Well So Far
Avantages
We use this to manage all of our different portals and it's super convenient. Gives us a single sign on and keeps everything in one spot.
Inconvénients
I have some issues with the verify thing on occasion but that might just be an issue with my phone. Still, would be nice to be able to do something for help within the verify app.

Works Exactly as Expected
Easy implementation, have used it for around a year so far and have had no complaints

-Does exactly what we need (previous access manager had card based 2-factor authentication which was less secure, and risked a user losing their card)

Avantages
I use OKTA for multi-factor authentication and know just how safe my information is. I never worry with OKTA on my team and have never experienced any issue using this tool.
Inconvénients

Single sign on useful app
Avantages
Single sign on and can be used across a variety of apps. Usually supports all apps an organisation would like to add in for its employees. Straightforward and functional.
Inconvénients
Sometimes even after logging in through okta, you are directed to enter your password on the app. This seems counterintuitive and defeats the purpose.

Our company has us verify our identity with every program we use, it makes helps make it quick and easy.
Avantages
I liked that I am able to easy verify for multiple different programs at the ease of a scanning tool on my phone.
Inconvénients
There is nothing that I do not like about Okta so far. The app so far, seems to what is needed, when it is needed.

Okta is great to hold all your passwords for applications that you use and signs into the app
Avantages
The password generator, going to one place to get into all your obscure applications so that you don't have to memorise a large number of unique passwords
Inconvénients
Challenging to use and get comfortable with. There are a number of applications that are not integrated into Okta yet or the direct sign in does not work.

Just started using - a bit of a learning curve
Avantages
My company recently implemented Okta as a security measure. It is definitely slightly confusing to use at first, but once you are set up and compile all your apps into the interface it begins to be seamless.
Inconvénients
Onboarding process was not seamless. Definitely need detailed instructions to get up and running.

Okta creating a work desktop per job
Avantages
Okta is wonderful for businesses like ours that use freelancers a lot as you can have their own desktop for when they are working on your tasks and you can manage access here.
Inconvénients
I think Okta has been well structured and so far I have nothing but praise for it especially on how we deal with our freelancers.

Okta provides additional cyber security for those that work from home
Very pleased with our experience so far. No real issues to address.
Avantages
Okta is very easy to use and set up. It provides that additional security barrier which is especially helpful in our business as many staff members are still working remotely. Once you set up your additional device for confirmation, it's a one click option and you are on your way!
Inconvénients
Sometimes the "push" to the device does not go through and you have to open the app (in my case, my phone) and try several times.

So far having Okta has made signing into multiple programs super easy!
Avantages
Okta has been great as it allows me to keep all of my business programs and websites in one spot keeping them easy to access.
Inconvénients
So far I haven't run into any issues yet with Okta but the design of the site isn't as professional looking as I would like.

Fantastic SSO Solution for Cloud Services
Don't want to remember 1000 passwords? Don't want to use the same insecure password across all your external cloud services? Okta seems like the solution.
Avantages
Integrates into all common browsers. Works with external applications and websites.
Inconvénients
The only thing missing is a password manager to easily manage all your saved passwords (rather than digging deep in the web UI).

We needed more security for remote worker and Okta has provided that.
Avantages
The set up was easy and the app is very small. IT was able to get it up and running in no time for me.
Inconvénients
Every once in a while, the program takes longer than usual to register my input. I think its because I am remote from the office right now.

Helps Keep Passwords in One Place & Secure
Avantages
I am the worst at remembering passwords. Thank god for Okta! I only need to remember one and I'm able to log in and enter the fields. User interface is very clean.
Inconvénients
It can be annoying. There is a pop up everytime I enter a password. Overall, the software is great and not much to complain about!

Makes life easy
We have used Okta for over 2 years, we originally were looking at ADFS and man am I glad we went the okta route instead. Bringing on SaaS applications is a breeze and they are always innovating new ways to secure your environment.

Great service for Authentication and Authorization
Avantages
Okta provides many tools to manage Authentication and Authorization also for large and complex systems. I use Okta Verify for MFA and also I signup for a developer account. I've configured some Identity Providers to serve Service providers like Cvent and some custom Node App.
Inconvénients
Cannot really find a point of weakness. All the functionalities are simple to set up and use.

Okta saves me time from having to login to all my different applications at the start of my day.
Avantages
Okta is really helpful as a single sign-on (SSO) into all my work applications. No longer need to individually sign into my email and other apps.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it occasionally does not sync to some applications and I have to re-sync them from time to time.

Get Okta and never have to remember a password again
IT set this up. I was wary at first but SSO is awesome. I use my work laptop to do personal stuff (caught!) and it remembers all my passwords so I never have to scrummage through notebooks, etc.

Morning Ritual
So far its great. It is fast and easy verification.
Avantages
Okta makes it super easy to get logged into your entire tech stack quickly and easily. Only takes a few seconds and a text.
Inconvénients
So far I haven't had any problems except the very occassional lag in receiving texts. Then resent multiple times.

With Okta I only have to remember one password, how cool is that?
I also feel more secure with my data because without my Okta password no one can access any of my accounts.

Makes accessing my work apps simple
Okta helps our team access work apps within a minute or less.
Avantages
Being able to access all the apps I need for in one place helps me focus on work instead of having to go to many different website and logging in individually into each app.

I would like to see the apps grouped in category. At the moment, all apps are in the ordered by the date when they were added.

Reliable Product
This product is simply amazing. No clutter, mobile app, and a smooth integration that if you know what you're doing can be done very easily.
Avantages
This product is very easy to use and to configure when integrating the Single Sign On use with another system. The user interface is very clean and easy on the eyes. You cannot get any simpler than this. Okta also has a mobile app.
Inconvénients
I don't really have anything that I don't like about this product. If I had to be picky is that if you don't know the product then it's not as easy to configure.

Easy to use and push the code needed to get into certain sites for my work. Good integration with our Active Directory.
Inconvénients
Some of the configurations could be better but it is not bad. The app itself could use better documentation.

Avantages
I like that it is fairly straightforward in how to log in to the platform so it is not confusing.
Inconvénients
I do not like the fact that it has a two factor identification for security every time I sign in and makes me put in a security code from a text.

Does what is says it will do
Avantages
Nothing beats convenience and having all your sign-in stuff one place is great. Okta is my home base, first place I go at the start of the day.
Inconvénients
Nothing I've noticed. Adding more sites or apps can be a tad irritating, but this is a minor gripe. Overall this is a good tool.

Avantages
I had never used this software before, and once I was setup, it was very simple to use. I especially like the Okta mobile app which has the push notifications for logging in to your applications. This is much easier than typing a code from an SMS message, and also feels more secure. The interface is clean and simple, with drag and drop features.
Inconvénients
I have no cons that I have found so far. However, I am just an end user .

When connecting to the VPN the notification is received in my cellphone app immediately and after approval I'm inside my company's network. Very easy and real-time sign on
Works through internet. Doesn't depend on cellphone line/sms.
Inconvénients
As the response using the data network can be delayed, there could be a time out when approving the connection in my cellphone. Therefore, it is needed to close the VPN software and reconnect again which sometimes takes too much time.

We've been using OKTA for identity management. It saves so much time and avoids having to use Keepass or someother such password manager as it's all accessible on the web using a single signon

Simple and clear
Avantages
The SSO form Okta works very well. When permissions are added to an account access appears right away on user.

It is easy to use through the phone app and Apple Face ID. Add a nice extra layer of protection. Also works immediately.

Bad contracting process
Avantages
Okta does what it says it does. It allows for centralized oversight and administration. Beyond that, I don't have many positive things to say.
Inconvénients
I didn't like the way we were treated in the contracting process, and as a result would not choose to work with them again.
