FCEDA Platform Experience Review

It was a great learning experience, and has cool features that elevated our events. However, we had a few issues with communications with our Project Manager. There were also a few glitches that really dissapointed us during the designing of the websites phase. It would be great to see vFairs expand the graphic designs, and templates implemented on the event websites for event administrators.

Avantages

The customization capabilities, and control for email communication customizations pre, during, and post event. It's a nice elevated event experience for attendees.

Inconvénients

The production turnaround time for certain features and graphic modifications. We were dissapointed to find out that a vFairs developer had to do the graphic updates/changes. We had to wait 1-2 days for that to get done. We were hoping to be able to control that, so it's a quicker turnaround update for our attendees, which really impacts the event outcome.

V-Fair at Food Centric Beachside

I went from concerned about implementation to satisfaction with the overall experience. Look forward to next year.

Avantages

First time around with V-Fair and the entire process went perfect. From initial set up of allowances to actual staff being present for registration of our customers. Each V-Fair associate was professional and attentive to our needs.

Inconvénients

More training for our associates and vendors. When something is new, there is hesitation. Must create a user-friendly approach to this new technology.

If you know, you know!

From the very beginning we were given focused support with plenty of training and assistance to pull off a major event in a short period of time. The platform and service are solid but, what sets vFairs apart are knowledgeable support team members and individualized handholding. Truly bar none!

Avantages

To say the support received is the best would be a gross understatement. Many products and platforms offer exciting and engaging virtual experiences but the individualized and immediate support we receive with vFairs has left us totally impressed.

Inconvénients

We are able to customize several aspects of the platform but there are a few minor items that would help ensure a flawless event. Nothing critical but as an example, a hybrid admin/attendee persona would be helpful for us.

Thank you vFairs for a GREAT conference experience

The vFairs app and project management team far surpassed our expectations. We recommend this app to anyone in the market. You will not be disappointed!

Avantages

Our association has wanted to utilize a conference app for several years. However, the financial costs and time needed to effectively manage an app kept us from moving forward. That all changed when we were introduced to vFairs. They worked with us on securing a price that we could afford and offered a dedicated team to assist with app construction, organization, and deployment. Ammemah was WONDERFUL to work with. She had a great team that was highly attentive to our needs, provided clear and timely feedback/responses, and met with our planning team on a regular basis. The app was a big hit with our conference attendees and we look forward to making it even better next year!

Inconvénients

The only con to vFairs was that we didn't find it sooner

Our experience with vFairs

Avantages

The platform was appreciated greatly by our audience, and we received positive feedback throughout a consequent survey sent to everyone. In the setup phase the team from vFairs and especially [sensitive content hidden] our PM was very responsive and welcoming to any of our requests. When we requested a new feature it was seen as a new feature to develop for the platform, which we felt was a very fair way to work.

Virtual Conference with vFAIRS

Avantages

We are planning a first year conference in a virtual environment. vFAIRS has been there every step of the way with us, even though we've been working out a lot of logistical details on our end. Their professionalism and patience has been invaluable in bringing this event to life. Our account rep [sensitive content hidden] has been extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Inconvénients

As someone with a web development background, I am more comfortable with a lot more backend control, but for the average user I think the platform is perfectly suited.

The vFairs team is amazing, and the platform is a lot of fun!

It was fantastic, and our event went off without a hitch! The platform has the ability to do email sends, surveys, and more, which saved my marketing team from having to do those themselves. Our whole team, and even our customer speakers raved about the support from the vfairs team, and how well the event ran.

Avantages

The support provided by the vFairs project team was phenomenal. They were incredibly responsive and very helpful with setting up our event. The day of, they were with us every step of the way, including in the sessions.

Inconvénients

Some things were really only configurable on the back end, but because their team was so capable, they were able to get whatever we needed done.

The overall experience was phenomenal!! The service provided by vFairs was exceptional. Our program area will certainly be encouraging our organization's leadership to continue using the services provided by vFairs for large in-person events.

Avantages

I very much appreciated that the attentiveness given to our organization as we prepared for our event. The quick turnaround time on requests made regarding the landing page and website was incredible. The project managers assigned to us were insightful and creative. I loved how the vFairs team made themselves available to us to ensure we met our goals. The scheduled check-in meetings were great. This allowed our team to ask questions and for the vFrairs team to demonstrate different features on the landing page and app, as well as on the backend. Thanks to vFairs we were able to elevate our annual in-person event. As an organization we received positive feedback from attendees on the vFairs experience from registration to using the app onsite.

Inconvénients

There was a minor glitch with the evaluation feature. It auto populated from previous evaluations that were completed. The vFairs team resolved the issue right away. Our team should have done testing prior to the event to sure that everything was working properly in advance of the event.

Top Notch Virtual Conference Creators

Avantages

Vfairs created a beautiful and easy to use platform for our virtual fundraising event. I am pleased with their entire team!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about VFairs. They were professional, kind, courteous, on-time and created exactly what we needed. They were able to take what was in my head and put it into a lovely platform and virtual conference center.

vFairs: First Time User

Overall I liked using vFairs from the Admin perspective. It was very easy to set up booths and get exhibitors started on the process. Our customer support representatives [sensitive content hidden]made everything easy, they answered questions, provided post-event reporting that we couldn't find, and expertly lead three training sessions for our exhibitors.

Avantages

Ease of setting up booths, rapid response of account representatives [sensitive content hidden], and the look and feel of the Lobby and booths.

Inconvénients

Difficulty navigating the report section and finding the reports we needed; at times it was difficult to find information and "how-to" on the website

vFairs provides accessible events that are easy to set up

We met with many vendors before choosing vFairs. They were the most cost effective and had great examples of accessible events they had already hosted on the platform.

vFairs - a great experience

Our overall experience was very positive. The customer support made a big difference and sets vFairs apart from their competitors. We didn't just pay for use of the platform, we got a dedicated project manager and customer support staff member who made sure we were set up and ready, with continuous support throughout our virtual event.

The customer support and project manager that were provided to us went the extra mile and made sure we were ready for our event.

Great platform, good customer service, very responsive and helpful.

Lot's of very useful features both for the attendees and the admins doing the event. Great help in registration, emailing reminders, survey option and more.

vFairs is an innovative platform to host virtual events

Avantages

vFairs is a platform unlike any I have seen. The platform is able to host virtual events with ease, acting as a tangible way for attendees to get a sense of an in-person event but online. The customer service team is impeccable, by replying in a timely manner. [sensitive content hidden] has gone above my expectation in terms of customer services, as well as the other team members including[sensitive content hidden] .

Inconvénients

From my limited understanding, all outgoing communications to attendees is done by vFairs. I wish there was a better way to integrate this.

A very easy and tailord platform for virtual event

Through the VFairs platform's feature, we had the opportunity to create an easy and engaging virtual environment that facilitates interactions and networking opportunities between our partners and our members. Working with the VFairs Team was very inspiring. Their attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving have been invaluable assets in overcoming any challenges that arise during the planning and execution phases. There was constant support from her, and thanks to her, the event was tailored based on all our needs in every easy and fast way.

Great Customer Service

Avantages

My favorite part about vFairs is customer support when building the app. I handed off all my materials to my Project Manager, [sensitive content hidden], and her team took care of the rest. The team is prompt in answering all my questions and assisting me.

Inconvénients

I wish the app were more customizable. The structure of the main app does not have the adaptability of other apps.
