This product is truly useful and versatile. We are using it in software that requires users to respond to complex and customized surveys. Despite the numerous complexities, SurveyJS manages to meet all our needs. For the few features not covered, it was enough to open a ticket, and customer support resolved the issue in no time. Their efficiency and responsiveness are truly remarkable.

Inconvénients

I find it difficult to answer this question. If I have to point out a flaw, it would be the documentation. Although it is well-structured and offers many demos to try directly on the site, I have sometimes struggled to find information on more specific aspects and had to rely on the help desk. However, considering the breadth of features offered, it might be appropriate for the documentation not to be overly detailed to maintain a balance and not overwhelm the user with too much information.

Avantages

The support team is excellent. You can expect to receive a response to your ticket within an hour or two, and problems are resolved quickly.
The product is user-friendly for those who do not require extensive customization or complex logic.

Inconvénients

Due to its rapid development, there have been numerous bugs over the past year.
Customization can be difficult, particularly when complex logic is required.
The platform also experiences performance limitations with very large forms.

Thankfully, the support team is actively working to address these drawbacks.

Its easy too use and it feels like there is solution for everything, its smooth and probably smoother if you dont have so much special needs as we do

Inconvénients

I would like to have more support for Typescript, and maybe redux. There has been a lot of testning and the documentation is usually based on more basic JavaScript

It is easy to use and has all the features you could want!

Nothing serious yet, sometimes things don't work 100%, but they are very fast to fix everything that you bring up!

The assistance they provide with their customers and the way SurveyJS can be modified to be adapted everywhere.

Inconvénients

There is nothing concrete apart from styling & customize the appearance of the survey, which is a bit limited as it only let you change some components but not all html, ihave had to go into the dom from the explorer and check by myself the classes and ids to force a custom interface. I would also need to go deeper into this library to learn more about the usage.

I really like its flexibility and and how easy it is for my non-dev-workmates to use the Survey Creator with custom components i created for them.

Inconvénients

The usage of peggy.js as expression engine could be better. The documentation of this lib is no longer available, the domain is gone.

In quiz view where you can answer to questions, you cannot see questions type by default. And not pc users don't understant something questions. Example: it is single answer question or multiple. In every question must be small desc about question type
