Powerful Marketing Automation. A bit complex. Great Customer Service.
Generally very good. I like the product. It is one of the few good marketing automation platforms with a decent CRM.

Great customer service and marketing automation capability. Also, it integrates with almost anything.
Inconvénients
I was using an industry-specific version of the platform, which was not a good fit for my needs. Learning how to get the most out of the marketing automation was rather complex.

Premetto che non amo scrivere recensioni negative, ma questa volta è davvero inevitabile.
Utilizzo ActiveCampaign da circa 4 anni e, purtroppo, devo constatare che la piattaforma sta peggiorando progressivamente. Vi spiego cosa mi è accaduto di recente.
Avevo deciso di eliminare l’account, ma il sistema mi ha suggerito insistentemente di metterlo in pausa. Quello che non mi è stato chiarito è che avrei avuto l’obbligo di riattivarlo e pagare la mensilità successiva. Una scoperta che ho fatto solo dopo, a mie spese. Per evitare che il costo ricadesse sul mio cliente, ho aggiornato i dati inserendo la mia carta.
Qui nasce il vero problema: la sospensione dell’account doveva terminare il 10 febbraio, ma avendo caricato la mia carta il 3 febbraio, hanno ben pensato di anticipare tutto e prelevare i soldi immediatamente, senza il mio consenso.
Ho tentato di contattare l’assistenza, ma è stato impossibile. Il supporto si riduce a un chatbot totalmente inutile, senza alcun modo di parlare con un operatore umano.
Gestisco svariati clienti su questa piattaforma, ma alla luce di tutto ciò, credo proprio che li sposterò altrove. Pensavo che investire in un servizio costoso garantisse la qualità, ma mi sbagliavo.
Aggiungo inoltre che hanno alzato i costi di continuo in questi ultimi anni e che ogni volta che implementano funzioni sono piene di bug e problemi che compromettono il lavoro... Veramente un servizio da cui girare al largo.

Inconvénients
Gli svantaggi principali che ho riscontrato in ActiveCampaign sono:
1.Aumento dei costi continuo: Negli ultimi anni, il prezzo è salito più volte senza un miglioramento significativo del servizio.
2.Nuove funzionalità instabili: Ogni volta che vengono introdotte nuove funzioni, risultano spesso piene di bug, causando rallentamenti e problemi operativi.
3.Assistenza clienti insufficiente: Il supporto è limitato a un chatbot che non risolve i problemi. Non è possibile contattare facilmente un operatore umano, cosa inaccettabile per una piattaforma di questo livello.
4.Politiche di fatturazione poco trasparenti: Mi è capitato di subire addebiti non autorizzati solo per aver aggiornato il metodo di pagamento, senza aver riattivato volutamente l’account.
Questi problemi hanno influenzato negativamente la mia esperienza e mi hanno portato a valutare altre piattaforme più affidabili.

This software is great if you only need marketing automation software with limited Sales CRM
Avantages
Great for marketing features, landing pages, forms, and other things to build my marketing channels.
Inconvénients
Not much of a sales CRM, I need something more robust like Hubspot. One option is to use both which we did and it make it worth it more

AC ci ha risolto moltissimi problemi a livello operativo e gestionale, riducendo i tempi per lo sviluppo delle campagne mktg.
Avantages
Buona gestione delle liste di contatti/lead e maggiori risultati grazie alle possibilità di mktg automation. Facile da installare, plugin per Wordpress. Marketing automation facile da realizzare e gestire anche senza esperienza, e molto intuitivo il drag & drop. Ottima la schedulazione delle mail.Facile la personalizzazione dei template già presenti nella piattaforma
Inconvénients
Deve essere migliorata e curata la user friendly, a volte i passaggi sono molto macchinosi.Il prezzo base permette la gestione solo di 500 contatti, poi bisogna passare a un piano superiore e sale il prezzo.

My ActiveCampaign Review
Overall, I have found ActiveCampaign very easy to use and has helped my business become more organized and on the same page! The automations with the email marketing have been easy for me to use and customize especially since I am self-taught in e-mail marketing.
Avantages
I feel like this product is visually appealing and easy to use! I was not familiar with other CRMS before ActiveCampaign and I love how user friendly ActiveCampaign is. I love how customizable everything is and how easy it is to navigate. I love all the features with email marketing, sales pipelines, contact organization and collaboration with my team members.
Inconvénients
I felt overwhelemed at first using ActiveCampaign since there were so many features. Thankfully they offer many introduction trainings, one-on-one sessions with their specialists, and alot of online resources and articles. I have found their team members to be great trainers, help me custom my ActiveCampaign to meet our specific business needs and they respond to my questions very quickly via email!

ActiveCampaign, 4 Months In
Although I'm fairly new to AC, I manage it for multiple others at my organization, so I've been deeply entrenched in it for the last 4 months. The learning curve wasn't too steep, the onboarding/training were all very good, and any time I've had an issue, the Customer Service has been top notch. There are some minor issues that are clunky (as described above) and I'd like an easier way to do reporting/analytics, but no software can do everything. All in all, their service and their respectable feature list make AC a very good value and a good choice for anyone who isn't total Type A :)
Avantages
The Customer Service is stellar, especially for being chat-based. As a previous HubSpot user (which is prohibitively expensive), AC comes pretty close to delivering all the essential features and the ease of use between the two platforms is night and day. AC is, for the most part, pretty intuitive. They also have better onboarding/training.
Inconvénients
There are some seemingly very basic features that are missing. That being said, I'm able to create 'workarounds' to get what I need, but the workarounds do cause unnecessary work. Specifically, I can't automate task assignment at the Contact or Account level so I have to create and organize wholly unnecessary Deals and Deal Pipelines to do what I need to do. The other (minor) frustration is not being able to customize/save multiple views. I can add columns to views and that will stay put, but the default ordering of pretty much every page is alphabetical. For instance, when I switch the Contact view to sort by Date Created, if I navigate into a contact record or another page, the list reverts to being sorted alphabetically. Same with the Automations page, etc. I want to set custom sorts that are my own defaults (preferably multiple custom sorts/views). And I want it to remember to show me records by the 100s, not 20 at a time. It's little stuff, I know, but the constant extra clicks does get tedious.

Active Campaign - our secret weapon for success!
The biggest benefit was that people think our marketing department is much, much larger than it was - a testament to the fact that intelligent communications from Active Campaign was working!
Avantages
Active Campaign is powerful yet affordable, with new features continually being added. It's easy to use and allows us incredible insight into who's engaging with our communications. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.
Inconvénients
We almost exclusively use the email functionality and automation functions. We did not use the CRM functions nearly as much...but that's more our issues than theirs. Even so, the email functionality alone made for a powerful and cost-effective tool.

Finally.
The overall experience has been phenomenal. I imported my database and had everything set up and running in a day. The customer support team is knowledgeable and super friendly.
Avantages
ActiveCampaign is the CRM I wish I would have chosen back in 2012 when I went with Infusionsoft. I love the automations. They are intuitive to build, easy to manage, and they flat out work. I love two way SMS via the deep integration with SalesMsg and that the convos get added to the contact record. And finally, I love the Deals feature which is the best and easily customizable sales pipeline software I've ever used.
Inconvénients
One tiny thing I'd change is the contact merge feature. I prefer the ability to choose what fields to merge in a contact record instead of being forced to delete one.

Ok - the email marketing field is riddled with options now.

Very strong email automation and great visual tools.
Avantages
This software allows me to visualize my marketing scheme much easier than the others I've tried. It also has the best pricing structure out of all the other software I've tried for my application.
Inconvénients
There needs to be more integration, period. Almost every marketing software out there integrates directly with constant contact, Mailchimp, even sendinblue. I have to rely on very roundabout ways to fully automate the way I need to. Hopefully this is addressed moving forward.
I'd also like to see more triggers, and more training.

I have used AC for many years and the software keeps getting better. They listen to their customers and keep adding features.

The best value for the price point
My email list has grown significantly and more importantly, I have an intentional way to grow and manage my list well.
Avantages
I was looking for email management, landing pages, and tagging functionality. What I wanted to accomplish was not feasible from a price perspective with some other software packages. It was too expensive to add on all the right tools. Likewise, something cheap was not going to meet my needs either. AC has been a perfect compromise.
Inconvénients
While AC does a really good job at onboarding, it's still a little steep of a learning curve. I'd love some more contextual tips, recipes, and/or internal resources to build out some key features.

My favorite tool for email marketing
We need an advanced marketing strategy to connect with our customers and having personal touch with them. Executing such a strategy on a scale is impossible without using automation tools like ActiveCampaign. The is very effective and outcomes can be easily measured.
Avantages
The tool seems complicated but easy to learn with a few tutorial. It can help you automate emails and create useful sequences. You can also do AB testing using the platform.
Inconvénients
Although not a drawback, but a complimentary feature to build custom landing page would be very useful

Love using ActiveCampaign - it's so easy and effective!!
Avantages
I enjoy how easy it is to setup and execute. And the contact management features are great! So easy to setup tags and campaigns, and it integrates very nicely into Salesforce.com which is one of the most important features for my organization.
Inconvénients
I wish that templates were exportable in a PDF version, but that's not critical.

Email Automation at its Best
I use activecampaign to manage my contact lists and stay in touch. It has been overall a very good piece of software with decent value

The marketing automation features are my favourite

Reliability is not 100%. The interface is not great in Safari. The mobile app is not super useful. the CRM/ Sales pipeline are weak.

The best automation software in the market
Really good. Went from Hubspot to AC because of price, best decision I've made.

UI is outdated. UI bugs are common as well.

Big Fan of Active Campaign
It's made my life easier to manage multiple clients with similar needs so I can get automation up and running quickly. Love it!
Avantages
I really like the ease of building campaigns, recipes, etc and being able to share those from one account to another. Really saves time when working with multiple clients. I like that their are many pre-built recipes I can start from and customize to my needs.
Inconvénients
I like that they include a CRM solution but I think it needs more work to really make it sizzle like the rest of the platform. Otherwise I really like the software.
