PrimePay is a great option for small businesses.
Overall, I like Primepay. They worked professionally and helped me resolve any issue that came up.
Avantages
I like the onboarding process. From getting all of your documents together to communication, it was really good. The price is average for what you can pay. I like when you get one deticated person to deal with from onboarding to runing payrolls. I like that she was really hands on with making sure you know all the ins and outs of getting started. She was very meticulous and task driven. She did not run it untill we confirmed everything.
Inconvénients
I didn't like the switiching to a new person to handle my account. Like other payroll services, you get one person for on boarding and another for the rest of your term. That was the case here. The second person wan't bad at her job she just wasn't as experienced or meticulous. We had a few times that weren't entered correctly or something was missed in email. We eventually got it. It just took time.

ADP is great and has a great platform for users to input their information and even intergrates with other software. However there sales/sales incentives can be very disruptive. I may have delt with several sales agents calling to onboard me or up sell me etc. every couple of months while I was a client and when I was not. I can appreciate the sales people trying to get commisions but it was very disruptive talking to regional reps and local reps and setting up meetings to discuss things. It made me feel that they were incentivised on quantity and not quality.Logiciel antérieur

I LOVE PRIORITY SUPPORT
Avantages
I love having priority support now because before 1 yr ago it was a nightmare calling, holding over 1 hr and getting disconnected. It wasn't until [sensitive content hidden] called me and saved my life with priority support because we were ready to leave primepay. Everytime I call i get the assistance I need. Today I spoke to [sensitive content hidden] and he was very helpful.

Terrible customer service and quality of work
Terrible service and quality of work. They are quick to bill for everything, but so slow to respond to questions. And we will be told one thing by one person, and the opposite thing from another person. I never can get a hold of the same person twice, so anyone I contact never knows what is going on.
Avantages
Nothing. The customer service is terrible, and the quality of work is terrible, meaning we frequently have to reach out with questions and we get no answer most of the time. A simple question takes over a month to get a halfway satisfactory response from someone.

Can't be happier!!
We have been with PrimePay since 2020 when LLP was first established. We went through IRA account setup, bank account switch, pay frequency change and other small issues with PrimePay. I was a bit concerned for all major setup/change, but things have gone smoothly every time. Thank you, PrimePay!
Avantages
Their knowledgeable staff are service oriented (professional, polite and helpful) and always with prompt response. The people there are very easy to work with. I especially appreciate [sensitive content hidden], who walked through the SIMPLE IRA EE contribution and ER matching with IRS catching up rules' setup with me, step by step over several emails and a couple phone calls. Our IRS went live in early 2022, but there are items, big and small, being solved over the 4 years we have with PrimePay. Thank you!
Inconvénients
Nothing much... if I need to say something, it would be that I have waited for quarterly reports a little longer for a couple times. It really doesn't hurt anything, and that's the only thing I can think of.

Customer support is great!
The fast response from the specialists at Primepay is great! We just submitted our 3rd party sick pay and received our amendments the very next morning.
Avantages
We always receive a quick response to any question we have.
Inconvénients
I prefer to have a payroll specialist assigned to my account so that if I have questions I always speak to the same specialist. Therefore, it is a more personalized experience.

If you are looking for Drama in your life - hire Prime Pay!
Disaster. By far the worst business experience I have had. I'm not sure if they were just that incapable or just didn't blatantly care. Either way, it caused immense stress for me and my team. Still waiting to see if they paid all the taxes in a timely manner as they were not able to do anything else effectively - like call a client back or answer ANY questions.

Leaving them and hiring someone who was competent at the product they are selling.
Inconvénients
The entire time there. We still have multiple issues which have not been resolved. We requested to leave our contract after 8 weeks! due to the constant/excessive issues with Prime Pay and still have not received a response on next steps to terminate our relationship.

Excellent service and easy to read reports.
Avantages
The payroll is processed very quickly and accurately. Also, it is very easy to reach someone if we need assistance-and they are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Inconvénients
We sometimes have difficulty preparing a custom report. However, the Prime Pay associates have always been willing and able to help us.

Flexibility and Customization
There were some bumps with tax reporting and check delivery, which Primepay has been working diligently to correct. I have seen significant improvement in their processes.

The ability to have so much control over the process, and the customization Primepay provides to meet organization needs. PrimePay is responsive, and offers accessible support.

TOO MANY ISSUES - HAD TO LEAVE THEM AFTER 15 YEARS
In the last 2 years we have had so many issues I had no choice but to fire them. In one month they forgot to pay someone, the next period, forgot to pay 2 employees OT, then the following month forgot to pay everyone. In addition, they screwed up our 1099's and forgot to pay a tax that resulted in a fine! Sorry, but small businesses do not have the manpower to deal with this.
Avantages
Their customer service line people have been awesome.
Inconvénients
Errors. Lack of follow-up. Did not find the website particularly user friendly when I took over 4 years ago, but every year since they seem to be making upgrades and they are trying to improve but it is no where as user friendly than others I have worked with.

Overall it's been good, but there have been issues as is expected when learning a new program and everything but I have had a good team from PrimePay helping me along the way.
Avantages
I like that the money is impounded with each payroll run and that the quarterly reports are done within the organization.

I don't like that I don't have as much control as I used to with my previous payroll provider.

New HR Platform
Neutral experience with the implementation of the new HR platform.
It was way more work than we were led to believe.
Only about 5% of employee files from HR3 were transferred to PrimePay HR, when I was told multiple times that everything was complete.
Never received links to recorded training sessions after they were complete.
Very minimal training.
No idea how to run a decent report.
Not sure who are support staff is after implementation.
Support tickets are still not getting answered.
Avantages
The payroll module is very user friendly. No issues.
The time clock module is very user friendly. No issues.
Inconvénients
The new HR module is not user friendly. It is more for very large companies. We only have 55 employees and there are just too many features that we will never need or use. The actions section could have different verbiage as it's not very easy to figure how to complete basic updates if someone has a change. There are too many 'profiles' that just don't help at all and then make it hard to change a date or anything if there is a mistake. Reporting is terrible. The 'positions' feature is just a nightmare, I just want to be able to put in a basic position for my staff, we don't have that many and have to create a whole new position when we have a new hire.
HR3 was much more user friendly.

Stay with PRIMEPAY!
I love the reminders when I am supposed to get everyone's hours and submit so everyone gets paid on time. GREAT move adding that feature!
Avantages
I love these people! Customer service is great as I get someone to answer my "mishaps" and their babysitting technique.
The prices are not the lowest but they are fair and GREAT service is worth the extra 27 cents. I will be with them for a LONNNG time!

Overall PrimePay has been easy to use with minimal issues. Most issues have been since 2022 and forward. The issues we had has been taken care of and fixed.
Avantages
PrimePay is very easy to navigate and process payrolls.
Inconvénients
We had issues with the Cloud for Support for months but now it is up and running for me. When updates are done, sometimes things change in PrimePay without being known or told and can cause some stress but it is usually fixed in the near future.

The new PrimePay
I had to have someone stay on hold for hours just to get to talk to someone and stop our services with PrimePay. Now they are trying to charge me for services saying they have a contract, which I know we did not have. I asked them to send me a copy of the contract and they don't respond. I put a stop payment at my bank with them. The charge still went through because PrimePay ran it with 4 different names/accounts to finally get the charges to go through. If they would have spent that much time on customer service, I would probably still be with them.
Avantages
When we started with PrimePay 10+ years ago they were great. Wonderful customer service.
Inconvénients
There has been no customer service lately. I tried to contact PrimePay to add a new employee. I could not get in touch with anyone. Even through email. It was easier to get a new payroll company than to onboard one employee with primepay.
