Fairly simple, user-friendly, sometimes glitchy
Overall, I find CallHub fairly predictable, even when it's not working. I did find the glitches when I was making patch-through calls especially frustrating. Overall I do like its simplicity.
Avantages
I generally like the app that allows me to use CallHub from my phone, which makes campaigning and other calls feel more natural.
Inconvénients
I found that it can be quite glitchy, and a few times it would freeze at awkward moments. I also found that it needs to be restarted regularly to keep it working well.

User Friendly but has Glitches
It was easy to use, once you entered comments the system should have been s way to input do not call again
Avantages
That it auto dialed and kept dialing until it reached an actual caller
Inconvénients
There didn’t seem to be a way to make the system recognize that someone’s number had been called already & the person spoke to one of the volunteers as a number of people said they had been called multiple times.

User-friendly System
I find CallHub to a useful application for telephonic campaigns. I’m currently using it for a project I’m working on with a nonprofit organization. I’ve been able make contact with my target demographic successfully using this tool.
Avantages
CallHub is a great tool to use for outreach campaigns. You’re able to contact a large segment of your target population rather quickly. It also has a function that allows you to practice making the outbound calls prior to using it in a live scenario.
Inconvénients
I am new to user, so I’m still getting acclimated to using CallHub. I noticed a dial pad to call out, but I didn’t notice a button to place the outbound calls once the phone number has been entered if I am trying to reach someone in particular. The system automatically places the calls to the population you’re looking to reach though.

My experience with call hub was good. Overall. It was a good place to be able to make phone calls on a larger scheme and was straightforward to follow and keep track
Avantages
I like the fact that it was easy to use, straightforward and got the job done
Inconvénients
It would lag on occasion, but other than the one or two calls it would just hang up on, no big issues

Easy to get your call group up and running
I felt it was easy to teach volunteers quickly and was easy to sign in and get started
Avantages
Ease of use. Quick turn around between calls

It was more with the set up of the questions. Some pertinent questions were lost if their answer did not follow the script - for address and email confirmation

Election Campaign
Love it! It was very effective in helping to make calls and interact with other the callers during the election campaign.
Avantages
The app is user friendly. I enjoyed using it.
Inconvénients
Having to sign in and out was a bit frustrating. It took some time to get back to the page I was on.

Make it easy...pleeeeease!
Never connected with a human. You should have known many of us had no experience with it.

Sorry...nothing good to say about it. Need to make it easy to connect when we've been in a rush to connect with people

Call hub ONA provincial election campaign
Worked in call centres before for cold calls and this was a very good system
Avantages
Very easy to use. Clear sound. The water sound at the begin was interesting.
Inconvénients
The script kept changing. Script did not load fast enough. The review has minimum characters.

It worked okay.
It was glitchy and kicked people out of the website often while hosting our phone banks. Audio issues happened daily with multiple issues and were hard to predict. It works a little better though the browser. We also didn't have the best customer service. Overall it was disappointing compared to the competitors with most features, looking forward to seeing how it grows.
Avantages
The transfer call feature is very beneficial to the organizing community.
Inconvénients
The audio issues tend to make me go for another dialer more often, my team needs all the chances they can get. When you are able to get someone willing to talk to you, and you lose them though a website issue, it can tank the ability to reach our deliverables.

Easy to Use Call Campaigns for Our Nonprofit
We continue to use CallHub year after year and will do so for the foreseeable future. Its a great tool to help us stay in touch with our database.
Avantages
I like that my team of staff and volunteers can easily make lots of calls to our constituents. We try to call through everyone we can twice a year.
Inconvénients
When we first started using it they didnt have an app for phones or iphones. But they do have that functionality now.

Happy I found CallHub

Expensive but awesome
Good, we will continue using it. Like I said it is expensive.
Avantages
IVR, our sales team gets 100 leads a day, so we get a feature where customers can call us back.
Inconvénients
I think it is a little expensive. Maybe in future if we find a better company we might switch.

Quite a Useful Tool
I've been using it for 5 years and it's a very helpful tool for getting volunteers together to crush phonebanks.
Avantages
The user experience for agents is great, very streamlined. The smooth integration with Nationbuilder is essential for us. Additionally the built in tools like automated/manual texts and prerecorded voicemail are very handy, and it's helpful as an admin to be able to export detailed CSVs and see what went down.
Inconvénients
The fact that the page refreshes every time you add a new question or event, or reorder them. It makes the process of setting up a new campaign arduous and as an admin it's a headache. Also the fact that you need to go through every single edit page to save changes. Making cloning and editing previous campaigns easier would be great.

Call Hub - Positive Experience
Very positive and a great addition to our campaigning suite.
Avantages
It is easy to operate and allows multiple campaigns to be running in conjunction. Call Hub responds to help requests in a timely manner.
Inconvénients
Calling numbers appear as spam and this cannot be removed in Australia. Call Hub is set up more for an American context.

Great service for our needs
We like CallHub to inform our school and church community of delays and cancellations - whether weather related or bus breakdowns, it works great to inform smaller or bigger groups of people.
Avantages
It's an easy way to inform our community of delays or cancellations.

It takes quite awhile (at 60 calls a minute) to call everyone.

Long-time User
Very cool platform and overall easy to use.

Simple enough to use interface, customizations on music, ability to add giant swaths of numbers and get through them effortlessly.
Inconvénients
A bit glitchy here and there, calls disconnecting or audio being very quiet. Also the process of creating a new campaign and adding members is very tedious - wish it was easier.

Great for both experienced and inexperienced users! Easy to learn and use!
Avantages
Ease of access and straightforward ability make calls with details of each client easily viewable and prompts easily accessible.
Inconvénients
Ability to choose or assign campaigns has to be approved by a manager whom may or may not be available.

Ease of use
I had an overall easy time using CallHub.
Avantages
The interface is easy to understand. Also call transfers were pretty simple. It doesn’t take formal training, you can just show somebody how to use it and they’ll be fine.
Inconvénients
I had difficulty logging in a couple times and it cost me hours.
