Haven't experienced any issues or anything disappointing yet. All campaigns sent SMS to everyone. Customer service was prompt to respond in my experience so far.

Overall, I am very pleased with the ease of use and user friendly layout of Textmagic. It has helped my team connect with many users on a daily basis with ease. There is no contract needed and you can top up with additional funds when needed. Pricing is very competitive compared to other texting platforms I've used. The user interface is very clean and organized and has a very low learning curve, which helps users get acclimated very quickly. This is super helpful when reaching out to customers and/or a userbase to gain feedback quickly and easily. There is also integrations for WhatsApp and Facebook, however, I have not had the need to utilize those at this time. Textmagic is a great tool to connect easily and quickly with a business' clients, users, and customers in an efficient manner. Highly recommended software.
Avantages
I enjoy the ease of use of Textmagic. It works perfectly to send messages to individuals as well as groups. The sidebar menu has an easy-to-read layout and is very easy to navigate. I can quickly glance and select which tab I need from the compose tab, the messenger tab, and more. I can quickly assign chats to other users to help keep them organized as well as pin top conversations, and filter by a number of parameters. Unread messages are designated with a red icon which helps me notice them quickly to reduce my customer response time.
Inconvénients
I don't like that's not available everywhere geographically in the US; it seems their service area may be limited to large cities or certain areas.

pros and cons to consider
Given my personal experience with textmagic, I have come across a lot of error and sometimes it is near unusable despite the pros. I would look into other options before PAYING for the service, as of right now it still feels in development and seems more like a free site with bugs than a paid one.
Avantages
once you get into it, textmagic is pretty intuitive to use. the text scheduling, two way messaging, and mass text functions are extremely useful, especially if you are a busy person.
Inconvénients
I feel almost as if they are still developing the entire site, messages get lost or delivered wrong. my interface with show messages in the wrong order. Sometimes the site just wont even let me in because the "checking if you are a human" or two factor authentication wont load.

Highly recommended
I have been using Textmagic for 5+ years now. Most other services I have used will start increasing their prices to where it is no longer worth it, or begin to have bugs or issues. Textmagic has always stayed true, and I really appreciate that. I am able to reach out to my clients and contact new leads with ease.
Avantages
I like the pay as you go feature, the ease of use, the process to get approved was easy and straight forward. The tasks feature is very helpful, as well as list building and contact crm. I am very excited for the new features that are being released as well.
Inconvénients
I wish there were more integrations with other CRM and business software. I know there are some on Make.com, but I have just had some trouble creating automations.

[PS - we are switching to a new EHR (electronic health records service) with CaseWorthy. They allow for texting through the case management platform we use to keep records on our students/follow up/appointment reminder etc. They integrate with Twilio/Vonage but said they may be able to add TextMagic. Hoping this goes well!]

Easy to import data, tag, send messages as well as schedule.
Avantages
Easy to set up, easy to use. I chose the pay as you go option as we do not do much marketing.
Inconvénients
Not found anything not to like with the features but the cost to have it personalised for a small organisation and infrequent user is high to sustain on a monthly basis, would suggest a cost for as and when usage.

I rely on Textmagic for my business and it has not let me down. It offers a valuable service for a reasonable price, and I'm glad I found it.

Rock solid product. There was a billing error, that, once dicovered, they quickly rectified.

They are not based in USA, accordingly, they are under the repressive EU regime. Yet, when given those lemmons, they make wonderful lemmonaid and deliver a great product.

Great Product!
It's been a great experience so far. Definitely helps with the time consuming parts of the job that used to take up so much of my day.
Avantages
Love being able to setup all my texting for the week on Friday and walk in to the office on Monday morning to see it's already started working for me. Makes life so much easier for us and for the client or potential clients.

It has been a real help to us when communicating with staff across a wide geographic area.
You can check the history to see if anyone did not get the message and follow that up if needed.

It is easy to import contact data and set up distribution lists so that messages can be delivered consistently and very quickly.

Great for building SMS Product Launches
Fabulous, I recommend it to anyone who asks about doing SMS Marketing.
Avantages
I’ve run several SMS driven product launches, specifically around my the release of my books. And it’s super important that the messages are sent out at very specific times, received and opened within a very short period of time during my launch sequence. TextMagic has been perfect for these launches, working well with Zapier ensuring my data is nicely synced and then delivering 200+ messages on time. Very happy!

It's great when it delivers messages. But as of late the messages have not gone through. Please make necessary changes and updates.
Inconvénients
Our members do not receive our messages. When they do they don't get them until days later. This is not functional for our business, and causes confusion/delays in appointment reminders

Thank you for your feedback. Our records show you experienced message delivery problems because you were not compliant with a new industry-wide 10DLC verification process. In 2022 we notified you by email that the 10DLC verification was missing on your account. Message delivery cannot be guaranteed under these conditions.
We now see you switched to a verified toll-free number, as we recommended.
For your information, we will soon disable sending texts by any user who is not compliant with 10DLC or who has not completed toll-free verification. The industry's goal is 100% traffic registration.

Feedback from a happy user
Communication with patients when confirming or trying to make appointments. We started to use TM for marketing, but we now use it for scheduling appointments when we can not get hold of the patient on the phone. We use it for sending messages directly from the clinician to the patient .
Avantages
It enhances communication in a really friendly and authentic way. I don't know who we would run our business without it.
Inconvénients
I can't think of any, as I am happy with TM. Later in this survey, there is mention of integrating TM with other products. I would be interested to know what TM integrates with.

A feature rich and easy to manage SMS/MMS tool
Due to the system's ease of use and robust support pages, I don't believe we have had to reach out for support one time. The delivery rates for the SMS/MMS' are nearly 100 percent consistently, and overall it has been a real winner for the company and the staff that consistently use it.
Avantages
After looking at and testing several SMS/MMS applications, we found Text Magic to be the easiest to build out and implement into our multi-department, varying needs, company culture. The process seemed more intuitive and seamless than all of the other options out there, from uploading our contacts with specific field names, creating user accounts, purchasing and setting up unique phone numbers for different users and departments, and the rollout. The key features we use and value most are:
1. Contact List options allow us to segment our lists into prospect status versus existing customer status and more.
2. Sub Account Management
3. SMS and MMS options which enable us to send graphic content for promotional purposes
4. Reporting and audit features to monitor usage and customer responses
Inconvénients
Though the software does have an MMS option, it does not allow the user to send bulk MMS messages, which would be nice for marketing to new customers or sending graphic content to our existing customer base without having to do it one contact at a time.

I've found it pleasant to use: I've had no issues with the product so far.

I enjoy ease of use. Once the contact list is created, using it to send is a breeze..Not to mention the ability to embed it in my website & have customers opt-into alerts..

A central TextMessaging platform that's as intuitive as it is powerful
A central text messaging platform that allows a whole team to send and reply to text messages from anywhere. Very simple, and has stopped my phone buzzing and no longer need to pass out my personal phone number.
Avantages
After growing the business beyond the capabilities of my iPhone keyboard for texting customers, I moved to TextMagic because of its Zapier integration and simplicity. Works as expected, is simple and very well thought out.
Inconvénients
A few things which doesn't work for MY particular company but may be necessary for others is:
- "Chats" tab doesn't show an outgoing message in no reply has been returned (as if it were Android or iOS, or Facebook) You have to go into "History" tab until a message as been returned
- If you set up seperate roles under the same company, you can't see who has replied to which text, this is on an individual login basis.
Like I said there may be reasons for this design, but it doesn't work with my company and workflow so we've had to share the password to the main account. A minor issue in the scheme of things.

Avantages
This program was found by accident through a google search. Try the free phone number lookup for the customers cell vendor. Then I was able to use the composing text messages for customer that did not have a voice mail set up or not accepting calls.
Inconvénients
The whole program is paid for but only .04 cent a look up.
