Capstone Review
Overall I cannot fault this system and would definitely recommend it to anybody.
Avantages
The customer support has been above and beyond. [sensitive content hidden] has been guiding us every step of the way and has been outstanding in setting up our system. He is a credit to the company.
Inconvénients
I haven't found any yet. The entire process from start to finish and ongoing has been excellent.

Avantages

No Regrets
MaintainX has transformed the way we manage our machine assets.
Avantages
I chose MaintainX because it is the only CMMS that has a fully functioning app. There is nothing I can do on a PC that I can't do on the app. My maintenance staff all have iPads and can access work orders and asset data anywhere in the shop including user manuals and schematics. No more running back to the maintenance shop to find the manual.
Inconvénients
The ability to print QR codes would be great.

Very good! The support is amazing, the support staff and workshops are extremely helpful!
Avantages
Its an all in 1 program. i used to have to navigate multiple programs to get the same information found here.

It has been great. Managing spare parts and locations has been very simple. Tying workorders to assets and showing how often work is done to that asset has been very helpful.
Avantages
User Friendly . Very robust system. Makes spare parts management easy.
Inconvénients
The Apple barcode scanning when using bulk printed QR codes. The ability to distinguish the units after the URL code is not working with apple. It does work with Android though.

Wonderful solution for our needs
Overall MaintainX is a Great software that was easy to startup, use and capture the needed data per all of the regulatory requirements in healthcare. Support and service has always been wonderful and a pleasure to work with.
Avantages
Ease of use and integration and setup. MaintainX was a easy system to setup and works well in a large environment.
Inconvénients
Ability to edit the request portal and lack of inspections apart of the solution, without an integration with another software. Would be great if MaintainX would partner with SafetyCulture as a single source solution.

A complete CMMS for MilliporeSigma
It's been a great experience, our maintenance team was very appreciative of the ease of using the system. They are able to complete PMs and reactive work orders in a timely manner.
Avantages
Great Customer Service and training from the MaintainX team. Ease of use within all the modules. Ability to use both mobile devices and web browsers. The audit trail for all modules help with my data integrity requirements.
Inconvénients
I don't have any complaints at this time.

PO interface
Good overall. The speed of the online platform is faster than the previous Program that had to be downloaded.
Avantages
It is user friendly for the most part. Good interface for user. Easy to export POs.
Inconvénients
On the PO side, the option of not copy and pasting to the Item list is not good. Having to type in each item that is not in inventory is timely. Also the PO number should be larger in size. And be able to list the vendors address and information.

Well scoped and easy to use system
It's been good. My customer contacts have been helpful but not pushy. It was adopted by the team very quickly due to ease of use.
Avantages
Ease of use. UI is very easy to understand. Flexibility with reporting and free form fields for notes are helpful also.
Inconvénients
Per user fees. Maybe an enterprise license for unlimited users is an option. With our changing environment, number of users changes (both up and down) quite frequently.

Maintain X is versatile and easy to use.
I'm having a good experience using Maintain X, not just for maintenance, I'm using this app for QA, creating different templates for the different customer requirements on each product, is easy to use even to do Pre-op inspections, adding pictures and the signature block is the best field to make sure the operator is aware about what's happening.

I love to create forms to do my checks easily

Use of MaintainX for instrument PM and RM tracking
It has been great to work with MaintainX and the functionality keeps improving with more options being developed all the time

Ease of use. Its very user friendly and has a fantastic user interface.
Inconvénients
We use the time feature of the work orders and while the web app will start a timer it does not actually log that time, it has to be done manually. Same for moving a WO from open to in progress, time is not tracked

Strong automated maintenance tracking
At first the platform takes a while to get used to but once I figured it out, it was easy to use.

Changing to MaintainX
The support team at MaintainX helped us to move all of our files into MaintainX and get started setting up procedures and our parts inventory list. They are quick to respond when we have a question or a request and that made the start up go much easier than we had expected.
Avantages
One of the best things about MaintainX is how easy it is to use. Everything from setting up procedures to actually completing work orders has been set up to be simple to use and easy to navigate. The support team worked with us to get all our information transfered over and did a great job explaining how everything worked within the system. This helped to make the transition to a new system much easier than what we had expected.
Inconvénients
Not being able to batch print work orders if needed.

MaintainX For a Brewery / Restaurant
Great experience working with MaintainX from the initial trial of the full software to the purchase. Then the library of videos of how to use the software to the meetings with your MaintainX representative that helps further your use of the software.
Avantages
The system runs on PC and mobile at the same time. The mobile app allows the technician to take photos, text, and describe the work being done. All the information once entered into the mobile app can be seen at any device with the MaintainX software in seconds. MaintainX has multiple ways to create inspections, pms, and work orders for the onsite technician's input.

It takes some time to develop your inspections, pms, and work orders.

MaintainX Review from a Receiving Perspective
First time user but meet and exceeded expectations so far.
Avantages
Ability to track jobs individually including MHs & Parts while being flexible and open to changes.
Inconvénients
This is close to being a project tracker but not quite.
