Avantages
Tracking of assets and work history means you can keep your boss and coworkers up to date on what’s going on. To help teams outside your department communicate. But most importantly, track what work has been done to inform what needs to be improved this time.
Inconvénients
MaintainX needs a further options to upgrade their filters on the fly. So that highly specific filtering can occur.

Perfect software to quickly set up and go
Brilliant, I was able to dive in head first and get a full maintenance schedule for the next 5 years, along with over 100 assets all with an individual fault request portal, custom servicing stickers for information, all within 1 month of signing up. It has really revolutionised and streamlined our maintenance.
Avantages
The overall set up and integration was extremely easy, a few days sat down with my current schedule and I was able to transfer it all over and create a much better system. As well, the customer service is always very friendly and quick. Also, whilst using it there seems to be constant upgrades to the system based off of user feedback which is nice to see. We use this everyday from service reports to PPM and stock checks. The QR codes for assests are EXTREMELY useful.
Inconvénients
Some features could be better streamlined to do more complicated checks, but most ideas are possible with the time. Also a more editable request portal would be ideal

Yessir, I like it. It’s helping streamline things. It also helps protects employees when they are questioned. There’s little doubt what’s going on when.
Avantages
The W/O procedures option is immensely useful in ensuring employees know exactly what is expected with less training.
Inconvénients
I like most everything, but some of the reporting/tracking makes the screen feel a little busy.

Great Work Order and Maintenance Management Program
It has been one of the most helpful additions to our maintenance team in the past few years.
Avantages
The price is great for the product you get. It is a really easy program to use with a great mobile app for my team to track and complete work orders. It keeps everything really organized and is easy to track with projects.
Inconvénients
There are a couple of updates that I would like to see like tool check out programs and some more location options but it is a great program.

MaintainX was a great investment!!
Overall the experience has been great! It didn't take much time to set everything up and once everything was dialed in, the software has been amazing to work with. It has allowed for a quicker and more efficient work to be done and saved lots of time.
Avantages
MaintainX has allowed us to increase productivity and efficiency by a huge amount! The ability to have our staff create requests at ease is a huge asset. The work orders allow for us to have a detailed list of tasks that need to be completed during the day/week.
Inconvénients
I would like the ability to edit or add previous meter readings. This would allow for an easier and quicker onboarding of the software for companies. This also allows for the new company to have up to date metrics and reports on their meters from day 1.

MX Assessment
We have a good experience with Maintain X. Implementation was easy. Staff were able to start using the portal for submitting work orders right away. We have started to use it for creating checklists and managing assets recently. Customer support is excellent.

New user happy from the start
MaintainX is very easy to implement. We are working with all paper forms and records and were able to get started right way with building our database and procedures. The form fields are self explanatory allow us to quickly start using the program without much customer service support, which is great when we did need them.
Avantages
The image drag and drop feature was great for setting up our parts inventory.
Inconvénients
Creating blank forms to print for data collection was not the best way to go using MaintainX.

All in one work order and inspection tracking
It has cut the mainteance team's time in half and helped to reduce the lost work orders, and the follow-up with the residents really time has been excellent.
Avantages
Ability to schedule work orders and inspections in advance, in addition to the easy ability to add and create users as needed. I love that the resident who submitted the work order gets an update by email each time it is updated, and we no longer have to follow up with residents; MaintaX does that for us!
Inconvénients
The report feature could use some fine-tuning. It is adequate, but some things could improve.

Great for Preventive Maintenance
Makes having a maintenance schedule more organized and makes the flow much easier. Things get done on time and if not, it is easy to audit. Overall a good experience.
Avantages
The ability to have so many different types of equipment, departments, all in one place but able to filter out and make personal filters to see exactly what you are looking for.
Inconvénients
On the mobile app there isn't a tab for requests if you're a user. It would be a benefit if you could see all requests and filter with the same capability as the desktop version. It's still in the mobile app but not with the same capabilities.

Review for MaintainX
I’ve been quite disappointed with my experience at MaintainX. First and foremost, their service has been extremely slow. Scheduling Zoom meetings takes an unreasonably long time, which has hindered our progress significantly.
Additionally, I was promised regular PM reports, which were touted as a straightforward feature. However, we’ve encountered constant delays and a lack of follow-through on this promise. It’s frustrating when expectations are set and then not met.
Overall, I expected a more efficient and responsive service. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
Avantages
they were responsive in email but not in meeting and talking about our PM reports.
Inconvénients
the response was to schedule a zoom the next week, kept going on and on without any production. We had an account for a year but never used the software because they wanted more and more money to set up reports.

Using MaintainX to implement maintenance system from scratch
MaintainX has begun the process of automating much of our maintenance system that was labor intensive and memory driven before. I feel like I have only scratched the surface to this point of what possibilities it opens up for us as far as inventory, cost, and maintenance tracking.
Avantages
MaintainX has streamlined work order generation and communication in our plant. Work requests are easy to generate, review and assign, with all parties receiving notifications on their mobile devices and workstations. PMs are also automated, with technicians recording hourly meters at weekly intervals and lubricating and maintenance procedures automatically generated through work orders.
Inconvénients
I am currently very new to the program and at an early stage of our companies implementation. I have not encountered an issue with MaintainX yet that I felt was problematic.

Fantastic. I love using the program and I'm so happy we have begun using it full-time!
Avantages
Coming from an older program into using something so modern and up-to-date, I love the access and capabilities it has. It's modern, it's supported by a great team with exceptional customer service means we get the help when we need it.
Inconvénients
I would say the limiting sites. We would need to have more than just one site (which comes with premium) but since the extra are just for enterprise, it's kind of a headache trying to shuffle things around.

Very easy to set up assets/locations/parts with any necessary info about each one.
Work order comments now indispensable in repairing and maintaining equipment, being able to add photos notes and voice memos helps keep track of issues and requirements.
Requesting portals useful for operators to quickly report problems.

MaintainX was very easy to customize to our needs. The techs were very helpful in taking our criteria, and helping us set up a system that works for us and our clients. We highly recommend them!!!

We would love to be able to upload our own bulk work orders in order to have control over the timing of when they are seen by our technicians.

Amazing software
Avantages
Ease of use, user friendly, android and IOS apps to use on mobile devices.
Inconvénients
Do not have any cons at the moment. Used sharepoint before for work tickets and other tracking purposes, was tied down to have to use a desktop or laptop.

Excellent product and a must have for any business!
When I took over the department it was chaos. They didn’t have a system in place for daily work assignments or project tracking. Using MaintainX has given us the ability to assign tasks, track work orders and increase productivity.
Avantages
I like that you can upload before and after photos of the items that need addressed. This is especially helpful when working across multiple sites and shifts.
Inconvénients
So far I haven’t found anything that I dislike about maintainX.
