Best in class!
Overall it was and has been great I do recommend this product for a specific scale of operation that's not looking for a full enterprise level solution.
Avantages
The ease of use for myself the administrator and how simple it is for the technicians to use.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the view of what is completed and what is open on the home page is not the easiest to filter for a quick view and the PO's only allow for USD and no other currency which is hard when we do a ton of overseas purchasing of machine parts.

Game Changer
Simply put it's been a game changer for our department. The amount of time and effort this product has saved us has been so helpful. I'd never go back to our old system, we use this product daily and rely on it to be effective. It's been a great overall experience and I would honestly recommend it to anyone who manages any kind of property and maintenance staff.
Avantages
This product has had a huge impact on our production and organization since it's implementation. It's been so easy to use and getting the rest of the team on board with the new system was really easy. I honestly can't imagine ever going back to the old way of using paper work orders. This is such a huge time saver for us and really is key to keeping track of all of our work orders across our different properties. It's great to be able to get all the key information into our techs hands out in the field being able to view photos and details in real time. And from the admin side it's a great being able to see when things are being completed. The asset tracking has been key for keeping track of our water meter readings and keeping up with vehicle maintenance as well. Having so many requestors is a big value as well; it gets our whole team involved with the facilities upkeep and has gone a long way to keeping our properties looking so nice and running smoothly. Oh and I can't forget to mention the team at MaintainX and their technical support. They've been so easy to work. They are always easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Any issues I've had so far have been taken care of either within a few hours or a day at most. It's so nice to get an actual person working at the company helping instead of a generic foriegn call center whos just googling the troubleshooting. They are always friendly and engaged in whatever you're calling about, so a big thanks to them.
Inconvénients
There's really not much I don't like about MaintainX. I guess if I had to pick something it would be that there doesn't seem to be many updates or new features added very often; or at least ones that impact our field or the areas we use it for. I've suggested some features to the team before but haven't seen any really implemented yet. But it's not the end of the world; the current build is still very much optimized for what we use it for.

MaintainX is worthy of your consideration.
This software has shown me where we needed better tracking with parts supplies and ordering as well as managing work order flow
Avantages

Great experience so far. Love this app. Makes resolving issues as much easier.

The most user friendly CMMS program out there
Seamless. My team had a very short learning curve with the software and MaintainX is gaining visibility in our company. Customer service has been fantastic.
Avantages
App based. Anyone with a phone can use this program. Very modern, sleek design. Ease of use really drives participation in the program.
Inconvénients
We haven’t done a very deep dive into the software, so there is some uncertainty of how this might integrate into other software we’re using.

Dont think we would be as successful without this product

Real time updates and status tracking aloows us to prioritize or jobs quickly and keep a running inventory for rooms at the hotel
Inconvénients
Dont have much to complain about, maybe adding a dark mode so when using it in guest rooms it isnt blinding in the early am or later pm hours

The simplistic and quick user interface, allows anyone with a smartphone to quickly enter or close work orders.

We love it. It meets the needs for our environment well.
Love most everything about it, just want improved comments and status change messaging between users. The ease of navigating tasks, recurring/revolving work orders, asset lists, procedural lists and categories has completely elevated our ability to assess and assign resource allocation throughout our departments. The statistical analysis is more useful that we'd initially imagined.

I like MaintainX for its ease of use, customization options, real-time communication, asset management, mobile accessibility, analytics, and integration capabilities, which collectively enhance productivity and efficiency in maintenance operations.
Inconvénients
I've identified some missing features that would be beneficial for my use. One aspect I find inconvenient is the need to download or export a work order to print it. Additionally, I wish for the capability to mass print work orders without the necessity of opening each one individually. Moreover, I believe integrating a GPS feature within the app would be advantageous, especially for identifying maintenance repair areas when there's no specific address available.

Excellent CMMS Program Highly recommended
So far everything is working well and I haven't had any real issues with the software.
Avantages
Scheduling and parts management are the two most important features, QR codes for equipment and parts and mobile app for users to manage maintenance is also crucial.
Inconvénients
Only con so far is the inability to inventory the same part in multiple locations. I would like to see a feature where I can see how many of part X I have in each of my plants locations.

Great Product for Growing Company
Avantages
MaintainX was easy to get running with. Their support team set us up for success and made sure we had what we needed to get started with lots of helpful training. Its easy to setup and monitor/close work orders. Easy to setup and track assets. Our maintenance system is miles ahead of where it was before
Inconvénients
Nothing too much to dislike about MaintainX at this time. Despite the training, it can be tough to learn, but I feel most users can get the hang of it quickly.

I absolutely love this product!
Streamlined communication on work orders has increased the productivity of everyone at our school so much. Can’t even imagine how we got anything done before this product.
Avantages
The ease of submitting a request is my favorite aspect of this app. If I need to add a picture or video I can easily do that within the app as well. Then you can easily track the progress and communicate about the project all in the same place.
Inconvénients
The only thing I don’t like is if I create the request, and maintenance forgets to close it out when they are done, I can’t mark the request as completed myself. Something really small and pretty insignificant but would be a nice feature.

It has been good, it is a useful tool to control maintenance and help in the management and measurement of the same.

What I like the most is that we can easily manage the services through the program.
Inconvénients
create teams, if you have too many of the same teams with different serial numbers, it takes a lot of time to create them.I would change the calendar view to have the option to zoom in and out, so that more or less tasks can be seen in one view.

Overall, maintainX is a useful platform for industrial companies to reduce the paperwork and also can trace back all the pending/completed tasks.
Avantages
Word order creation is the most feature that is very useful and supports the team to know what is the pending task and needs to solve before the deadline.
Inconvénients
My request button for the user is easy to trace on the pending/completed task but for the full user level up I would like to ask the MaintainX team to add the "My request button" on the feature platform to make the full user level up can also trace their job request.

Avantages
Although we have not yet made our Maintain X live as of yet, the set up process has got us really excited to have everything we need on one system. We are excited to have the relevant data for our clients to hand without wasting time searching across multiple systems for the info.

I have not yet found a con per se! It would be good to restrict the engineers ability to make amendments to the system.

Great Switch
Overall a positive experience with the ease of implementation and continuous use. Only took a few hours to setup all assets and inspection templates with no assistance. This is a very straight forward product.
Avantages
We utilize MaintainX for daily vehicle inspections, asset management, and logging vehicle repairs. We switched from a software that specialized in fleet management do to the lower cost and ease of configuration. Previous software only completed inspections. MaintainX can handle the inspections and keep track of our open work orders and helps our team stay on the same page for all assets.
Inconvénients
At this moment there is not any thing I can list negatively about Maintainx.

I like that I can use my phone or tablet right at the machine. When I write a P.M I write it at the machine and put in detail steps to do said p.m I also love that I can take a photo of the exact spot or item I want to have addressed.
Inconvénients
the only con I can see for me is,When I have put in a detailed p.m and have taken photos, and completed the p.m and I somehow lose it. I think its because i did not save before exiting.So that is on me But i do wonder if a notice could appear to say "you are about to lose your work are you sure you don't want to save"

The app is well-designed and has all the critical functions needed to maintain a building. Very easy to deploy and use.
Inconvénients
It lacks a robust library with pre-populated templates (maintenance templates or inspection templates etc... )

Best bang for your buck
Avantages
This system is very intuitive to start. I had used SAP for maintenance managements at a previous role. This blows it away as being able to pick it up and run with it. A+++
Inconvénients
I have not found anything that would deter me from the system. Minor inconveniences are being worked on by their development team, and they seem to be constantly working to make the system better.

Great Maintenance Program
Avantages
Keeps track of jobs needing to be done, assigning them, and looking back to see previous repairs done.Additionally helps track inventory of critical spares, alerts when you are out, and keeps track of where these spares were purchased from.Also used for daily/weekly checks with work orders that auto create themselves when issues are found.
Inconvénients
It does everything we need it to do, not sure what could be different.
