We love hearing that our software has made your life easier! I completely understand wanting access to your email templates. We don't give users direct access to edit the templates because they are in HTML, however they are completely customizable. Just sent whatever you want the email to say to your customer service rep and they can change them for you as often as you may need.

We are so happy that you find our software easy to use both on your end and for your suppliers! Allowing suppliers to upload documents right from their email, without having to sign up or login to upload documents really seems to make a difference in getting supplier compliance. It is great to hear that you like how we keep things simple for the supplier. Thank you Teigen for the feedback on the emails! This is not a feature we have at this time, but we are always looking to make our customer experience better.

We really think that our support staff is amazing and love it when other do too! Thank you for your compliments on how user friendly the software is. We really appreciate it! Also based on your feedback our support staff would like to talk with you to learn more about what your document flow looks like and what other documents you are wanting to store. We have customers who use the internal portion of the software to house a wide range of documents. If we can't accommodate what you are looking for now, we are always open to new features.

It is always the goal of Document Compliance Network to make things easier for QA departments. Unfortunately, there are no software's in this space that connect to competitors' networks. However, our software makes it as easy as possible on suppliers allowing them to upload documents right from their email instead of having to login to another portal.

Our support staff is always available to help our customers and really do an amazing job. Our average set up time is under 2 hours but it can take longer depending on the state of your documents. Its great to hear that our support staff was able to work at your pace to get the software up and running for you.
