Avantages

The thing I liked most and which I find truly genius about this Encharge is that you are able to start your automations with a webhook. A lot of platforms do not have default integrations, but do offer webhooks.
So being able to start with a webhook opens so many opportunities where you can use Encharge for.

On top of that you will pay less for third party platforms you normally need to connect both platforms.

Another thing I really like is the workflow of the segmentation. Un-engaged subscribers will be noticed much quiker because it only takes you 1 click to get there when you are looking at your contacts. This way you are able to setup and run quick re-engaging campaigns.

Inconvénients

What I like least about Encharge is that some crusial things are missing. My nr1 at this moment is not being able to manage all the tags that you have created. Once you have imported your contacts and tagged them, there is no way to remove the tag. The only available option is to open the list of contacts and remove them manually one by one which is an impossible thing when your account has thousands of subscribers.

I initially was attracted to this software because they offered free incentives in exchange for reviews. (as many other reviews you will find here). Overall the automation feature is OK.

Inconvénients

The company disabled my account and said I broke their terms of service. The true reason they disabled it is because they sold a lifetime deal on Appsumo, so these clients are just causing them additional expenses with no income. Cowards use the terms of service to nuke accounts in a self convenient way.

All I can say is that Encharge is a game changer! I have researched and tested many automated services available on the market, but each of them seems to fall short of my current and future needs. I needed a product that would expand with my business, and that's what I have found in Encharge. I love many things about the Encharge platform, such as the many integrations, but what stood out for me is the ease of use right from the start. It's a very intuitive product (I believe even for the most novice user), and the support has been incredible. Creating an automation process without pulling my hair out is what made Encharge stand out from the rest.

I love that Encharge is very easy to use!! The first week I had this, I had a minor hiccup with figuring out how to create an email flow (totally user error) and sent an email to their help desk and they were so quick to help me get it figured out. As one that isn't always tech smart, this easy to use and is just as good as its competitors, but the price was so much better!!!

Inconvénients

The only thing missing for me is not being able to create a landing page right in the program. I instead have to link it to MailChimp, which isn't hard at all!! But would love to see it all in one place eventually!!

The software is very intuitive and the automation flows are very nice to setup, the customer support is amazing and the segmentation and lead scoring features are just what we need to nurture and segment our leads and our client's leads.

Inconvénients

We were very frustrated with the lack of a native form builder inside the software, we have to go to an external app to connect with encharge which is in the current market status a below the par offer. There are similar apps that offer native form builders (and landing page builders) even with their free tier. Not everyone is a coder and can create zaps (paying for zaps) to use a form in their landing page.

I was impressed with the software from the moment I logged in for the first time. Encharge asks for you for your website URL, and automatically brings in the favicon from your website to their own interface. and therefore giving seamless brand alignment. Yes it's a very minor feature, but the impression it gives is that the developers have put themselves in your shoes and thought about the user experience.

The features of the software compare well against some of the high-end autoresponders out there. My personal favourite (until now) has been ActiveCampaign. However, Encharge trumps AC in terms of having a fairly smooth learning curve. Granted it helps that I'm familiar with building workflows with emails using conditions and delays etc. but Encharge is intuitive enough for the layman to pick up.

Honestly can't fault this software. Any time I've been a little unsure about how to do anything, the tutorials have been extremely helpful and the support team are very quick to respond.

Wow, I'm impressed by Encharge! I was using Active Campaign for a long time and was mighty impressed by the automation capabilities. Discovered Encharge through a friend's recommendation and oh boy, it didn't disappoint.

The flow builder is amazing, simple and powerful UI. Lead scoring feature and direct integration with facebook to create custom audience is amazing. Generally its a high tire and premium feature in most marketing automation tools.

Inconvénients

Integration with LeadPages is missing. Hopefully they will increase the native integration Apps. So currently have to manage with third party connectors like Pabbly and Zapier.

Only area I'm watching out for is the email deliverability. Active Campaign is known for its email deliverability, so waiting to see how Encharge delivers on this, If Encharge delivers on this expectation then migrating from Active Campaign will be a no brainer.

I’m extremely satisfied of Encharge. It’s far more than a simple marketing automation tool. It’s like the best friend of your online business. I’ve been using it for a while and every day i find out new tools to improve my email marketing strategy. It took me less than an hour to set all up, verify my domain and set the useful custom DNS records. Connecting the forms of my wordpress site with the platform it’s been super easy and everything works like a charm from the very first time (and i’m not an IT genius). Also, there are lots of ready-to-use email templates you can use to improve significantly your writing. Totally recommended.

Simply Encharge.IO is the best email marketing tool I have ever tasted. You are years ahead of several large email marketing companies. And most importantly, it is easy and intuitive, in less than 15 minutes I understood the whole process of working the tool. It also gives you possibilities to have a great organization through folders. As I have been working with email marketing for many years, I found the deliverability to be great, of course it depends on several factors!

The automation part, gentlemen, gives you infinite possibilities. Ahh and I must remember to congratulate the support team, very helpful and with quick answers.

Encharge.IO won my heart!

I’m a solo entrepreneur, and I need to maximize my efficiency in order to scale my business but also to release the workload to consolidate my company. Therefore, acquiring Encharge was one of the most significant decisions in my business since it adds value to that purpose and covers many tasks that will generally require more people in my company to do it.

Inconvénients

Encharge offers a broad frame of solutions; nevertheless, the granularity of personalization is limited, and the numbers of integrations are limited. Using third solutions to integrate a digital business ecosystem is ok, but not sustainable in the long term. However, the platform is not mature at this specific time, which means that this could be implemented in the future, which as an active user, entails a cost.

It is complete. Other email services give you a little and have you wanting more, but encharge is complete and very capable. You can run the automation that you want and really set things up so that it is well automated.

Just that you need to set things up, but that is part of what makes it great/capable.

Transparency: With the roadmap that is shown you see all the potentials that are still coming and which ones are already in development. Great to see and already to adapt your workflow around this

Great support: Quick and full support whenever you need.

Great community: You see in the FB group that people are helping each other and suggest future updates. Encharge also listens to this community and interacts.

The flow builder: The flow builder is easy to use and compared to others it works more or less the same but has some extra features and details you can add. Also the automated arrangement is great, especially when you made a real spaghetti of your automation haha.

Tag manager: To see who is interested in what and who is ready for making a sale (potentially) the tag manager function is great. You have the ability to segment people so precisely. This is also because people can have the same tag on one field but do not persee having them on another field.

Inconvénients

Not a real Con but: Still building: Encharge is still relatively new. They already have great integrations and are also building more. Also with features that still can be added, some are already in the list of future plans others not. But as said before with the fact that they listen to the community; great potential will happen.

After trying it out to see if it would work for our particular use (a membership site for one), we wanted to see how it would work to make our customers connect with us on multiple levels and the ease of use for us. Encharge came out on top as a modern solution for our business.

Setting up the account is easy, and you will love everything about it. Broadcasts are amazing to set up including 'flows' and 'triggers.' Very impressive, as is the stats that mirror your connection to your customers. Can't wait to broadcast to our customers for our upcoming products and services.

In my experience this is the top of the market for automation / email delivery after looking for quite some time. And to top off the offering, the customer service is amazing. The support is timely, and the support documents are superb. On the other hand, the customer service is amazing.

They have partnered with both Sendgrid and Amazon SES — the world's most reliable cloud-based email delivery platforms, so I am happy that the reliability of delivery will be there for a long time to come.

Don't hesitate to purchase if you think this software can work for you and your business. I am one happy customer of Encharge!

No 'cons' really. Integration was easy. They will be creating a form to work with their service, but I bought bitpress.pro for $10 and it works well on our website. Some people have used Active Campaign and are switching to Encharge. I needed to understand how the product would be best set up for our use case, and it was pretty easy with support documents and their regular emails to me.

Importing from your existing email marketing provider can be a headache as tags can't be programmatically added in the CSV. Or am I missing something here?
The premium features like Segment Integration, Salesforce Integration, Event-Based Segments, Transactional Emails, are missing. Atleast Event-based segments? C'mon!
No option for nested conditions while segmenting
No option for periodic triggers - only one time schedule trigger there for automation builder
The subscriber field of "Start trial" should be "Subscribed on" - seems very SaaSish
No eCommerce or WordPress integrations. Site tracking and liquid templating feel so empty without eCommerce.

Just when I was introduced to it I knew that it was time to make the shift and say goodbye to other known costly solutions out there. You'll love the email builder because it's really cool and easy to use. Its drag-and-drop technology is so great, you'll wish that all of your online work was this easy. The customer service also is great with a couple of questions that I had and replied to me immediately. One of my favorite features is the User Segmentation! It's so easy to use and it's super helpful for automating your email marketing campaigns and behavior-based segmentation. A great way for sending targeted emails. I strongly recommend it to anyone that is looking for an email marketing tool and looks for an alternative of the ones that are known in the market.Email header

The platform is really easy to use. You upload your contacts, design your email and send.

The sending is really fast compared to other platforms so if you schedule emails, they will arrive at a time very close to the scheduled time.

The best thing about this platform are the flows that you can make from the emails you send. It can be connected to your website and track user behavior. You can also connect with HubSpot to send the contacts created to the CRM. You can also connect it with Facebook and send emails to the generated leads.

A very good platform with good integrations that allow you to do some content marketing in a very easy way.

Inconvénients

Unfortunately not all good things. The support is somewhat average. Especially in the response time they have to take care of your problem.

On the other hand, you can't delete the contacts you upload to the platform. So if you upload something wrong you will have to request the deletion of the contacts through support. And this support can take a couple of hours to respond.

They allow you to move the contacts you don't need to archive, but sometimes you don't want to see them anymore and you just want to delete them.

Otherwise, everything is fine.

My favourite thing about Encharge is the ease of creating flows and A/B testing.

Triggers are easy-to-recognise with their large, coloured logos. Actions are easy to set up.

Emails are easy to design and there's an option to add pre-header text which some other competitors do not have.

The dashboard shows an overview of the total number of subscribers in the last month as well as metrics such as: delivered, opens, clicks, unsubscribed and more.

There's also an activity stream showing you what users took which actions and when.

I like Encharge's powerful automation. With a easy-to-use flow builder and pre-built flow templates, I could jump in immediately and craft some powerful marketing automation for my business.

The flow builder reminds me of those from chatbots. They're easy to setup and you can add triggers and actions, easily. Other than Segment, which is on the premium plan, you can add a bunch of items through Encharge's drag and drop flow builder.

If you're wondering what's the deal about the flow builder, well, it's built for both simple and complex flows. This means, you can use Encharge on for your subscription service, or craft a complex flow to help retain customers for your SaaS product.

Encharge comes with Zapier, Integrately and Pabbly Connect integration, which makes it a powerful tool, if used well. I'm already looking at what I could integrate Encharge with, especially as I have an arsenal of digital marketing tools in my toolbox.

Let me start first with the ease of use, everything is very intuitive, you don't really need any complex onboarding or anything similar.

The most powerful feature for any saas owner is the ingest API, with just a few lines of code you can send your most important events to encharge, not just your users, but their actions inside your software including all the properties for those actions and then you can create very specific segments of people.

From those segments you can create flows that are extremely easy to setup.

I can go very granular on those segments, people using a specific feature, on a certain timeframe, with some very specific characteristics, you name it.

Do yourself a favor and test encharge.

Well I don’t really usually ask for support I want to figure it out! My issue I agree so I so appreciate the effort to be available regardless and I’m asking for questions about product honesty I probably wouldn’t have wasted time to try and return it bit it’s seems pretty feature rich and he’s asking how your wanting to use it and suggestions moving along quickly!

I don’t usually write reviews unless I am impressed! I’m so praying this will be a solution to my mystery lol!

But regardless I have to say as an entrepreneur I respect other entrepreneurs Hard work & thoughtfulness so ur guaranteed good service and products! I know more are coming quickly so it’s only getting better!

At a time many companies large w money for help I’d much rather support company’s that are choosing not to blame the pandemic for no service!
