The cost of what was provided was so much better than I expected. Most PR monitoring tools are super expensive and don't deliver. For a start-up, Brand24 is exactly what we wanted.

Avantages

This is very straightforward for tracking mentions. The reporting capability is also effective, but the most important thing is Slack integration. After adjusting filters according to my needs, the team tracked all the mentions easily.

Inconvénients

The AI reporting system can be enhanced. I know it is new and it is okay for now, but it'd be exciting to see having "Brand24 Virtual Assistant"

The accuracy and wealth of information provided were excellent for monitoring our brand's reputation. The interface is intuitive, and the real-time alerts helped us quickly identify relevant mentions.

Inconvénients

The cost can be a bit high for smaller companies or those not utilizing the tool's full potential. Additionally, more customizable reporting options would be a great improvement.

It is fairly easy to set up "projects" and once they are set up it is easy to filter the results by a number of different criteria.

There were issues with linking Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and it was confusing to understand the benefit to doing so.

The cost was perfect for us -- we were using a different product that we weren't happy with and switching saved us a ton of money. The interface is also much more modern and easily filterable. I love the Slack integration.

Inconvénients

Servers are in the EU so some news sites in the US are blocked there. This has not been a huge problem but has caused us to miss only a couple media mentions.

They could add a module to easily map competitors and compare digital conversation vs them. I know there is a way, through projects, but is not the best UX / UI way to do it.

Firstly, what I love the most about this application is its social monitoring capabilities. If someone mentions me, across any social media, I can get to them right away and respond. Not just keeping a close watch on our brands and products, it has also helped us explore business possibilities, insights and improve conversion rates. I found the customer service to be extremely responsive and helpful. Brand24 is very user-friendly, easy to navigate and intuitive, you don’t need a lot of technical knowledge to be a pro at using it! We can compose immense and crisp reports about our brands using this application.I have had very good experience with their customer support team.

Inconvénients

The application is quite costly, it is not affordable for a small-scale business or for personal use. I found the mobile version too difficult to use as compared to the desktop version. The searchability and analytics features, if improved could make the application perfect. I hope they upgrade the sentiment recognition feature.

Avantages

Easy of use, clear sections and way of operation. I like the way the summary is outlined. Also, it collects data from the past - not so many/but compared to others tools, it does a great job.

Maybe the fact that not so many user get it from the first time how to add more keywords, after their launch a project. Also, sentiment analysis not so operating in greek language.

When online tracking and monitoring comes to role you need best of the best because you either don't or you use the best. This Brand24 is the best as it provide all features which a tracking and monitoring tool should have.

Only drawback is lack of tracking Devanagari script. Maybe soon they will consider to have this feature too.

Brand24 is my daily bread , it gave us lots of insights on the trends , mentions, and the most influential profiles, so instead of working hard and losing time to complete a single task, we created a smarter strategy targeting key profiles and medias.

We have lots of arabic contents being grabbed , and the emotional analysis does not work on them , so we are doing this work manually .

Avantages

Brand24 has been a great addition to our marketing toolkit -- we found that it was easy to set up, navigate, and pull reports from. It has been helpful for us to provide our clients with insights on how their programs are doing in the public eye. Because of Brand24, we've been able to capture info and sentiment that probably would have gone under the radar without. Fair cost for a quality solution.

For some of the search features, it sometimes pulls irrelevant information from Twitter. We would also like the software to integrate with LinkedIn in the future.

Lack of overall brand reputation and sentiment impact which can be repackaged for client facing presentations.

Brand24 is great at catching brand mentions in technical articles, on obscure forums and other websites. It is easy to group and filter results. We manage web monitoring for multiple clients, and Brand24 lets us add more "projects" or companies compared to other tools for the same pricing tier.

Inconvénients

Monitoring social media comments and a few other features are not available on the lower pricing tier.

Provides the daily dose of the most important data. It's easy to use. Customer service is always on duty , and You can hear that they are happy to work in Brand24. Love to call them to speak about projects, details, numbers.

Inconvénients

That i don't have time to use it more often :) Everything else is just right for my needs, i would like page to be more colorful :)
