Belle expérience, rien à dire contre! Une équipe présente, rapide et une interface complète sans être compliqué!
Avantages
L'accompagnement, l'interface est simple à comprendre et utilisée. Une belle plateforme qui facilite le marketing et la communication entre les logiciels mais aussi avec les clients.
Inconvénients
Interface seulement en anglais mais c'est vraiment pas si grave que ça! Fallait bien trouver un Cons!

Great Loyalty Software for Hospitality Businesses
Excellent. The team are quick to respond to any queries we have, and are actively contacting us to keep us up to date with new developments etc.
Avantages
The sales & support team are both excellent. So often with software you buy from over enthusiastic sales people to then discover a product which isn't fit for purpose. The software is highly customisable, and the team are proactive in reaching out to make sure you are getting the most from your ongoing investment.
Inconvénients
The backend is a little clunky, seems a little old fashioned and is lacking some functionality.The email marketing engine is a little outdated, and it would be far more preferable to allow all of the functions which only work internally to be available to those using an external email client, like Mailchimp.

Would Recommend
Overall, my experience with Kangaroo has been positive. It has allowed me to accomplish my basic goals, and there has been a solution -- or work-around solution -- to every problem I've had thus far. That said, some additional features and improvements could really take it to the next level. The customer service aspect is already at peak performance!
Avantages
The Kangaroo platform makes it easy to set up and edit loyalty rewards aspects, such as offers, redemptions, points structure, and more. The reporting that's available is also very useful. Above all else, our Kangaroo contact,[sensitive content hidden], has been phenomenal with quick replies and accurate solutions.
Inconvénients
I wish Kangaroo had inventory management and redemption customizations. For example, the ability for customers to select a t-shirt size and/or color, instead of having a separate product for each variation.
There are other small things that could be improved as well, such as (1) adding the option to clear customer points after a certain timeframe, e.g. a year after they acquired said points, (2) showing US zip codes in customer addresses, and (3) the ability to re-order active offers.

Rewards Done Right!
I highly recommend Kangaroo because the product does what it says it will do with staff that provide excellent customer service. My customers are thrilled that they are now earning rewards and redeeming points!
Avantages
Stellar customer service with Product Experts that genuinely want to see clients have success with the product. I appreciate the set-up guidance and suggestions as well as the on-going follow up. I also like that I can offer bonus rewards or other rewards tiers very easily.
Inconvénients
I am hoping to see a more streamlined sign up process for our customers and staff as we have to complete data entry in the Kangaroo platform as well as in Lightspeed. I would also like to see an auto pop-up in Lightspeed when a customer has reached a reward rather than having to click a button to check status.

Reviewing Kangaroo
While our organization is new using Kangaroo, we have been very impressed with the responsiveness, availability and helpfulness of our Customer Support Rep. She is amazing!
Avantages
We are very early in our engagement, so it is a bit difficult to fully know where this is going to land. However, we have been extremely impressed with the support/training we have received. Furthermore, the app seems to be very user friendly, so far. We are excited to initiate campaigns in the near future and are excited to partner with Kangaroo to help us reach our customers via the app.
Inconvénients
I am not a programmer, so please take this comment with that in mind. From my perspective, I am thinking it could be helpful if there were some sort of "standard template" that guided you through the initial set-up to ensure you had all of the information in place to "burst onto the scene". It feels a bit like we have been starting in the middle, but I do have to acknowledge some of that is from our end, too. One suggestion - provide some documentation/FAQs so that I could look up steps or try answer questions on my own. Our rep is awesome and I know there are other contacts to reach, but a user guide would be very helpful, too.

Great Client Support - and it is Needed!
I have had great experience with the customer support on Kangaroo. Without them, I would not be able to get value from the product. After working directly with customer support, I have been able to see a clear ROI from using Kangaroo.

Customer support, amazing! Regular check-ins from [sensitive content hidden] making sure everything is going well, and then every time I find a new feature he takes his time and runs through the complete process, very hands on and makes learning the app a breeze!

Sales could have explained things a little better in regards to some of the higher tiered options, not a deal breaker as they gave me a 30 day free trial through Lightspeed.

Having a rep, [sensitive content hidden], be available whenever we need him has been a huge help. He quickly responds to emails and is able to schedule video meetings to help us navigate our account.
Inconvénients
The way it discounts transactions on Lightspeed. It applies discounts as a payment which makes it difficult for us to provide in store promotions and limit the discounts being applied to one transaction.

Best Loyalty Program hands down!
I really like Kangaroo mainly for the stability and continued improvements that has outlive so many of my other software tools. I like it that I can rely on Kangaroo instead of having to changes vendors like my other software tools.
Avantages
Kangaroo has been a steady program for my business since I first joined them years ago. I have since gone through multiple other software for my POS and Inventory management needs and Kangaroo has been able to adapt and scale with my changes through these years and has actually improved as we upgraded our other software. We continue to adapt to the ecommerce channel and I am confident that Kangaroo will be there with us through our future changes.
Inconvénients
There's really no cons since every issue that we've had has been addressed by their support team and they always find a solution even if it isn't always the exact solution.

We are really pleased with the experience and customer service we have, and continue o receive. From start-up and with any ongoing issues, the support has been quick and any issues resolved straight away.
