Lucky Orange To Track User Activity
I was please with the overall functionality of the app and the ability to integrate it with my e-commerce platform.
Avantages
I liked being able to easily track my customers' movement on my website.

US Boutique brand, working internationally, needing more insight.
I like it. I went from a free service to now a paid. I want to utilize what it offers, or I may go back to Microsoft Clarity. We are a very small boutique brand and every dollar matters.

My team and I like the daily reports. The segmentations in the heat map. Identifying the location on the visitor. My mentor SABIR loves Lucky Orange, so I think it deserves more stars, I just don't know if I am getting the value for my brand.
Inconvénients
I have been wanting to schedule my free call, but I live outside of the US and there is no times that work with my team as we are in the Singapore time zone. Therefore I signed up for one of the trainings, which was very early for me, and it didn't seem like a live call. It could have just been emailed to me and my team. I am not getting the most out of Lucky Orange. The customer service is just OK.

Quick setup and User-friendly are the keywords here!
Lucky Orange is a great tool! It's probably the most user friendly and visually appealing that I've tried so far.
Avantages
Lucky Orange was extremely easy to setup. It was also very user friendly so I was able to get started, look at the analytics and watch online visitor sessions almost immediately.
Inconvénients
I can't say that I've come up against any cons quite yet but one thing to note pricing is structured based on how many monthly sessions you'd like captured per month. At the rate that our own website is going, we'll definitely hit the 10,000 monthly sessions that was recommended, which means we'll have to be cognizant of the monthly subscription fees.

Lucky Orange...A Tool Worth Using
Over the years that I have been using Lucky Orange, I have seen an expansion of services provided by them and this allows me to keep up with what my viewers are wanting to see on my website.
Avantages
Lucky Orange gives me the chance to see live, what people are doing on my website. This allows me the opportunity to see where they are clicking and viewing. A great marketing tool!

I love Lucky Orange. Simple overall and does what it claims to do.
Avantages
I love the support. I got stuck installing Lucky Orange on a client's site. One of their guys [sensitive content hidden] hopped on a video call to walk me through it and sent help docs specific to my situation.
Inconvénients
The hierarchy for agencies isn't as intuitive as I'd like off the bat. It will take getting used to.

Lots of potential!
It is an exciting too, I just wish I knew how to use it better.

Complicated and not super intuitive. There are so many capabilities that it is overwhelming and hard to understand where to focus.

There are no Apples only ORANGES - Lucky Orange Outperforms
Lucky Orange is Outstanding!!! It gives us all of the information we need to figure out what customers are looking at on our website.
Avantages
I’ve been using Lucky Orange since about 2018. It’s is remarkable at tracking activity on our website. The ease of use, recordings, and metrics are invaluable to our company.
Inconvénients
Lucky Orange works so well and integrates with our website, that I don’t have any cons. Perhaps an App for Apple and Android to show metrics and/or for the Chat feature would be a great add on.

Very eye-opening experience
I am glad I have found the product. It had me redo and improve the entire website.
Avantages
I mainly use customers' purchase behavior and heat maps, which allows to improve and make the website more shopper friendly.
Inconvénients
I wish there were tutorials how to analyze all data you get from LO, so you dont need to hire anybody to analiz the data.

Great insight for user behaviours
Overall, great! Grateful for the valuable insight I gain, even though I am not using it to it's full potential yet.

I like being able see the decision making process users were using when navigating the site.
Inconvénients
I had to watch tutorials and sit in on a webinar to understand how to use it. Would have likes a Starter Tutorial for Dummies. I am a novice and the service was recommended by our developer.

Very Positive, looking forward to what further insights this tool can provide for the business

The stats the website can provide, as in total views, where they come from, and the different segmentation it can provide (by time, by location, by browser, etc)
Inconvénients
The learning curve so far has been a bit steeper than expected. It's not a bad thing per se, but to truly make the most of the analytics it provides requires time and effort and even then I am a bit unsure if I am underutilizing the tool.

Avantages
The UI combined with easy to learn functionality makes Lucky Orange an easy use case for our business. Using it has really helped us understand where our customers come from and how they interact with our site.
Inconvénients
No Cons really. Adding more functionality and features with further 3rd party integrations may make some sense.

Optimise Customer Experiance
It was very useful and informative on customer experience on my store, and has helped me optimise areas of my store for engagement.
Avantages
The website analysis with heat maps gives a great indication where your audience drop off to capitalise on user experience.
Inconvénients
I have not yet gone through any tutorials, but could do with learning more about the functionalities of Lucky Orange.

A worthwhile tool that can help, but the cost has risen sharply enough to think about surviving without it in the future.

User Friendly and a Helpful Perspective
Overall it has been really cool to use Lucky Orange and see what our site visitors are clicking on the most, what pages they go to, and how long they spend on our site.
Avantages
Being able to see exactly what our site visitors do on our site is a game changer! We are able to determine pain points on our site and understand how to make our site experience better for the average visitor. It is so helpful to have real perspectives shown.

Not all of my recordings are captured. I've had several instances where something failed and a recording couldn't be captured.

Legacy Lucky Orange was so much better - Hate the new LO
For the most part customer service is what has kept me here. If there was another option for Visitor monitoring, recording, and analytics I would switch to a competitor in a heartbeat.
Avantages
Been with Lucky Orange for over 10 years for the most part it works for other people. Customer Service has always been there if we need anything.
Inconvénients
When they upgraded we lost the real time visitor monitoring where we could interact with our customers. The recording helps but does start until a few seconds after the customer arrives on our website. The real time doesn't work, there is such a delay in live visitor tracking/monitoring that by the time they show up on the visitors screen on LO they are gone so it is too late to communicate with the customer while they are shopping on the website.

Wayne, thank you for your feedback and your business over the past decade. We understand your frustrations and hear your concerns. One reason you may not be seeing some visitors in our real-time monitoring is due to our code loading asynchronously after your website loads for the visitor so it doesn't slow down your website. This is a benefit in terms of not impacting your site speed ratings, but it does mean visitors who come to your site and quickly leave won't be tracked.
