Its dashboards provide an instant view of the meeting rooms status making it easy to know which room is full and which one has space for booking. Clearooms also gives us outright meeting rooms reports that help is evaluate how well or poor they are performing. It has a very simple and straightforward booking interface that makes meeting rooms and desk booking very easy for all of us.

We have not yet found anything unpleasing about Clearooms. It has served us excellently.

The whole simplicity of finding an available room to book help us keep our workspace perfectly organized. The way it give in-depth meeting rooms reports helps track and keep up with all our meeting rooms activities. Clearooms support team has been working tirelessly to ensure we have all the support we need.

With the kind of support we get from Clearooms support team, there has been nothing we find least likeable about it.

Clearooms security tools allow us to keep our meeting rooms secure from all sort of unauthorized access. It has a meeting room availability feature that make it easy to know which room is free for booking and which ones are fully booked. It also makes it easy and quick to join meeting rooms by just scanning codes.

It is actually a good software i have used in managing everything that has to do with planning and having a productive meeting from proper scheduling to booking of rooms for meetings in a conducive venues which has helped in improving productivity and having an organized work operation. Simple to use with a good interface and a responsive customer care service.

I like the way tool shows the available meeting rooms, where we can decipher easily the number of seats available, real-time data to showcase the correct and accurate status of the meeting rooms, reports are critical and useful as well as they helps us in understanding who book the room and it turns out to be very handy in case of emergencies. Also ,the indicator present to showcase the status of the rooms is a life saver.

Inconvénients

I think we should also include feature like "importance of the meeting" while booking a room. For e.g., in case if all the rooms are book but now suddenly you got to know your customer is coming, in that case, you can look for less important meetings and you can directly get in touch them so that, what s more important for the organization can be taken care of.

I like that I can log on and easily see what desks are available. The layout of the work space is easy to review and I can then select my desk and reserve it for up to 14 working days. The software is very easy to use and learning how to reserve my work space was very intuitive. Overall for my purpose it is a fantastic piece of software.

I really have nothing negative to say about the software. I would prefer that I can reserve my space longer than 14 working days. But still that is a minute issue. Overall I think it serves it's purpose very well.

the restrcition on 30 day lookahead. not sure if this customisable. i am trying to plan 3 months of office time against home working - would be nice if it could extend the durations

It is just so easy, I paid extra for the office design as just need a straight forward app that is what i got... training is 5 minutes, to book abd unbook desks is easy and we built it into our network so it is an automatic process...

There is nothing I didn't like - I didn't take advantage of the meeting room option as we have an add on with TEAMS and OUTLOOK.

this software is so easy to use - no need to log in, its just there in my favourites.
See at a glance on any day who is in, where they are sitting, the equipment on each desk.
Its a single click to book my preferred desk.
I get an email notification too - useful if i cant to check from my phone that i'm booked in.
If i change my mind its just as easy to cancel
