Worth the headache, but just barely.
Like all EMRs it is a necessary evil when dealing with providing therapies.
Avantages
It gets the job done and gives a decent summary of our financials.
Inconvénients
That it doesn't sync with Microsoft Office calendars and that it doesn't link with WebABA or WebABA's billing software. It creates an additional nightmare for our office having to run two EMRs and two billing platforms through two different brokerages. It would be best if Fusion would just add in ABA billing. Also, the recent cost increase announced doesn't coincide with any fabulous improvements we have seen on the user side.

Some great feature, others not so much.
There are some aspects like assisted billing that are helpful, but then there are some very basic functions that are missing, limiting the usability of the platform. I think it would be great for a smaller clinic.
Avantages
Automatic claim generation is very useful and speeds up time between therapy taking place and reimbursement. Also very helpful to be able to email/fax out of the system directly to a provider.
Inconvénients
It would be useful to be able to print off patient's appointments from their chart without having to generate a report through insights. You also cannot filter out paid and unpaid invoices, which makes printing off invoices extremely cumbersome. Because of this, I have to combine all paid invoices for one patient into one invoice so that I am not sifting through thousands upon thousands of invoices each billing cycle. I still have over 3,500 invoices two years after implementing Fusion and combining paid invoices into one. I have to individually select each invoice that I want to print and have to do them in batches since Fusion cannot generate a download that is that large at one time. I don't believe the Fusion is necessarily the best choice for a clinic of our size (1000 active patients at a given time and 55+ therapists). The suggestion feature doesn't seem to make a difference. It seems like random features/updates get added that aren't really useful at all. There is a fee or charge associated with the updates a lot of the time as well, which can be frustrating. No option for sending a reminder about a past due balance either.

Easy to Use, with a few opportunities for improvement
It has been a great first experience with EMR.
Avantages
I like the simplicity of the system overall. The look is not overwhelming. The ease of documenting, searching claims, setting up new accounts, etc. are all helpful.
Please note my critique below is not meant to be negative, but rather opportunity for improvement and just notes on how some components could be cleaned up to better serve the purpose.
Inconvénients
1. How the goals are set up. There is so much confusion for the goals that have been achieved, but we need them to show up on an updated POC (Progress Note), so we can document that they were achieved, so we cannot archive them. But there is so much confusion with goals that appear before the start date of the new POC and the ones that don't get archived at the end of the POC. There should be a start and end date for every goal. If we are carrying that over to the next POC, that should be an option. Our goals often look disorganized because of the transition with POCs/Progress Notes.
2. That you are unable to make any adjustments to an appointment after it is checked in without having to delete the document. It would be great if there was a way to override, if a claim has not yet been submitted.
3. That you are unable to provide an attachment for a secondary claim. We have to file secondary claims manually, since they require the primary EOB.

Fusion Review 2025
It has been okay. Honestly, I've dealt with very old EMR systems and I've dealt with nicer ones. Fusion lands somewhere in the middle.
Avantages
It is an easy EMR to learn which makes it user friendly for providers. I appreciate having clear features.
Inconvénients
There are many things that I feel like Fusion is not up to date on. Their reporting is not always clear & concise. Additionally, there is no way to link reminders to accounts for payment plans or sibling accounts together. You can link accounts together for payment (so you can just run 1 invoice) but then there is no way to separate these 2 through a statement. We are also missing the ability to automatically add modifiers to claims, this has to be done manually.

Inconvénients
way too many steps to do some task, when a check is not reconciled the steps involved to fix are way too many! The reporting does not give the information needed. It does not summarize by insurance company and patient. Reports are all by charts and graphs they do not break down in detail by patient name and insurance company. Cannot get an accurate count of what is outstanding. The reports are not in a printable option to work on. Excel format is too much work to go back and forth. The chat app representatives are not available on a regular basis sometimes takes several days to get one. And if you open up a case it is several days later sometimes when they get back and by that time I have forgotten what I needed or figured out how to fix. The online help sessions are only 15 minutes and are not very helpful. I have asked questions and they do not get answered

Needs Improvments
Overall our experience with Fusion has been extremely frustrating. The lack of ability to customize. The way that a patient sticks to a service rather than a provider, the lack of additional provider types. No Sandbox environment, to test features that I'm having to MacGyver together to just complete our basic tasks.. means that I'm testing in our real environment which has caused it's own hiccups. Oh -- and the lack of ability to really know how any of this was going to affect our practice until we were already under contract..
Avantages
Fusion is easy to navigate for basic tasks.
Inconvénients
The lack of customizability, our practice has additional staff that work with families beyond therapists, and everyone is labeled "Therapist" in Fusion. This became an issue for us, during a court case, where an educator was labeled as a "Therapist".

Inconvénients
Insights reports are difficult to customize and generate. Resources needs to be in a section accessible to everyone not just admins to add resources. Sign off rules should be more customizable by user (or soaps vs reports). Also once a report is started the appointment can’t be edited. We’d like them to be more separated so we can still generate the report or start it ahead of the appointment time but then still reschedule the appointment if needed. Also, adding fees for texting after we had already come on board with this feature included was frustrating.
We’d also like to be able to fax patient files rather than just documents.

Its cost effective, but it has its quirks
Its definitely an upgrade from our previous software and EMR's.
Avantages
Fusion is a good all in one EMR focused on PT,OT,ST. Billing is quick and easy. Posting is even easier. Adjusting the claim info directly on the claim form within Fusion before sending out is super helpful. Everything is in one place unlike our previous EMRs. Support is usually pretty easy to deal with and can get you an answer quickly. Its cost effective. Ive seen some EMRs that are 3 or 4 times the cost. The new electronic eligibility checks have been a great addition.
Inconvénients
Reporting can sometimes be a mess. Legacy vs new. New only updates at 7am every morning so real time updates arent available unless you're in legacy but they don't give the same options.
Sending out reminder texts for appointments based one 1 reminder per hour of appointments means that our adults that may be getting 3 therapies across 2.5 hours get 3 reminders and they only read the last one and get confused on times. Theres no way to change this.
Invoicing - instead of creating 1 invoice per patient each month with the total balance due, it creates what was marked as due in the last 30 days so 1 patient may have 3 invoices and they get confused. To get a statement with everything, you have to manually create it yourself which is ridiculously time consuming.

Fusion Review
Overall, we have enjoyed the platform and are happy with it. I do think these few improvements could make it really great....especially the HEP being able to comment directly on portal.
Avantages
I love that it is very pediatric friendly, and the ease of scheduling and writing documentation is great.
Inconvénients
1. The home exercise add on is so close to being great, but you can not leave comments to parents on how to implement activities for their individual child
2. I wish you could remove a child from your patients and goals if you are no longer seeing them even if they are still at the practice. Example: if I evaluated a child but they go on another caseload I do not want them still in my patient list
3. I would love a monthly schedule view or a working schedule area for therapists. Where i could have a master schedule when building weekly recurring appointments.
4. I would love a way to edit progress and re-assessment reminders. For example, if a child comes in with an outside evaluation the system does not notify when a progress report is due

Recommending Fusion for SLP documentation
Very good for the reasons already listed above.
Avantages
I love the documentation for Speech as it is efficient, diminishes documentation time and also makes documenting not so daunting. I've worked in the field 35 years and always dreaded documenting, but with Fusion its been great! Best EMR I've experienced!
Inconvénients
My assistant who manages all my insurance and billing finds the billing system taking alot more time that another system she uses for another professional. Because it is a headache for her without great answers for making it smoother when she has inquired, that would be what I'd say I like least.
I do wish it were a little less expensive, OR a discount be offered for those long timers like myself.

Overall Very Positive
Overall, very positive. Easiest and most user-friendly EMR I have used to date. (Have previous experience with Simple Practice, TheraPlan, EPIC, and one other that I can't recall the name of.)

Inconvénients
Would love to see pull forward available for single items instead of whole section (for example, pull forward individual therapy goals). Our billing department has mentioned frustration/difficulties with billing multiple services on one day and needing to utilize a third-party program for those patients.

Good but not great
The customer support is usually helpful. The cost is affordable. It's not as robust as other EMR's, but those other systems cost significantly more.
Avantages
The cost is good for the features. I like the fact that you can see the actual claim to make changes if needed. I like the authorization reminders. I like the automatic email reminders. I like different colors on the schedule for different types of appointments.
Inconvénients
There are not enough reminders. For example, we have created a separate spreadsheet to track POC signatures. There is the prescription reminder but that is different than a POC signature. We like the waitlist feature but we created another spreadsheet so we could hold more information than what is on the fusion waitlist. We put notes when we call and offer appointments so we can see at a glance that they have been offered appointments. We used to use the intake paperwork feature but many families could not figure it out. They would end up sending us blank paperwork. It would be nice from a patient standpoint to be able to fill out paperwork and hit 'submit' and not have to upload/download and then send back to fusion.

Good for the Therapist, Bad for the Admin
Fusion is wonderful for the therapist, terrible for the admin. The administrative tools are very clunky and in some cases nonexistent. Further Fusion allows for no practical customization of its portal or functions to suit the individual business. The end result of this is: if you aren't running your clinic in the way Fusion envisions, it features often become obstacles to work around rather than tools. Fusion is a wonderful foundation in its current state. If Fusion was as good for the admin as it is for the therapist, it would be the best therapy EMR on the market by a wide margin. As it stands though it falls short
Avantages
Fusion is very good for the individual therapists, with quick phrases and document templates that make writing daily notes simple. The integrated fax system to send documents to PCPs within the portal is also extremely helpful. The document tab is also very helpful for keeping up with notes that either need to be completed or signed
Inconvénients
Fusion has no integrations with other HIPPA compliant applications, this makes several tasks extremely tedious. Appointment confirmations are difficult and require downloading the schedule in a .csv file and uploading to an appointment messaging and confirmation system. The same goes for the Fusion reports, which are rudimentary at best. The tools provided in Fusion to organize and interpret the data often miss the mark and so said data must be exported to a different program to be useful. The is also a noticeable lack of anything resembling an audit log to see who and when a schedule is changed, patient moved, document edited, etc.

User-Friendly for Therapy, Challenging for Admin
Overall, my experience with Fusion has been mixed. While the therapy side is well-designed and customer support is great, the administrative side needs significant improvements. I hope to see future updates that enhance the functionality and reliability of the system for front-office operations.
Avantages
What I like most about Fusion is its excellent customer service. The support team is always responsive, answering my questions promptly, and if they don’t have an immediate answer, they make sure to follow up. Additionally, the therapy side of the program is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Inconvénients
What I like least is the administrative side of the system. After using Fusion in the front office for eight years, I have not seen any significant improvements. There are still many opportunities for errors, and the system lacks the updates needed to improve efficiency and accuracy.

THE TEXT REMINDERS ARE GOOD TO HAVE, BUT SINCE YOU CAN'T SEE RESPONSES FROM CLIENTS, IT ALLOWS FOR A LOT OF CUSTOMER RELATION ISSUES.

Average Functionality
Fine. It works well enough but there are a lot of work arounds we have to make work on a daily basis to get what we need out of it.
Avantages
It's a great place to start for an EMR. It's baseline functionality is good.

It does not allow nearly enough customization/filtering across all aspects (Billing, scheduling, waitlist, reports, etc.)

We have been with Fusion for 4 years and if the hassel was not so great to switch to other EMR we would possible switch to allow for more flexible cost with personnel being added, ease of adapting our eval sections to fit us more.

That it won't sync to my personal gmail calendar for visits scheduled. That reports are easily programmable. Data type is not flexible, not able to build our own for example MMT 3-/4 2+/5 etc. doesn't allow for use to adapt to our needs
The price continues to go up, we shouldn't have to pay extra fees for admins/schedulers and billing individuals to access our account
That screens for scheduling can be small and not see all therapist the entire day or week.

Good for peds but could be WAY better!
We have been with Fusion for well over 4 years and our therapists like how it is centered around pediatrics. I think the cost is extremely high and the support isn't that great. I would think a large company like Fusion is able to make important updates to their system when suggested by their users fairly easy, but you don't see this happening. They have a tendency to roll out functions that do not "function" well at all for our company.

We love Fusion
Good overall experience, customer service is so nice and great to talk to about issues and problem solving. I recommend fusion to many friends. I do have difficulty getting a hold of the billing department, that is my biggest complaint.
Avantages
I love the scheduling features, the insight reports, the documentation and the goal charts.
Inconvénients
What I like least is having some many PRN therapists that maybe just work a day a week or just fill in if someone is sick and having to pay for them for the full month. I wish there was an option on the schedule to move a whole day to a different therapist, and then also on the billing side if they covered for a therapist that we already pay for if there was a credit for them or discounts for employees working 4 days or less a month.
I also would like to have the option to not have a daily note populate when we do an evaluation or a progress report.
Another suggestion would be to be able to set the goal mastery the same for all of the goals instead of having to click on the mastery for each individual goal.

We LOVE Fusion!!!
It has been FIRST RATE! We came to Fusion from another very disappointing highly recognized EMR. The customer service is unbelievable, it is for pediatric therapists so it all makes sense and can do many, many things.
Avantages
I LOVE that it is pediatric based and the customer service is TOP NOTCH!
Inconvénients
No way to email a client from inside their chart or easy way to email groups of clients from inside the program.

Long-time user
I have used Fusion since we opened our clinic in 2016. We started with only the documentation/scheduling option. We added the billing functions in September of 2024. I have had some of my recommendations/suggestions added/changed but others that are very important have not been added/changed.
Avantages
The pediatric specific information already in Fusion.
Inconvénients
The slow nature of the response time. Frequently when I switch to another section, it will skip up or down to a different section and then I have to scroll back to find it. Also, frequently, when I go to search for a patient, I will start to type their name and then it will refresh and take out what I have already typed.

Fusion Features
Very good with call backs and written summaries of phone contacts for later review. Appreciate the friendly and polite voices and willingness to track down advice, if not able to occur within direct phone call. Good features and management system overall!
Avantages
I really appreciate the note format, the ability to move from a summary to a fuller note quickly. This is fantastic for quick recording/less than 3 minutes. I love that billing to insurance companies is quick, there are automated alerts if an item appears missing or errant. I love the way; I can pull up a patient easily and refer to all of their documents/DOS. I like the automated integration of remits.
Inconvénients
I wish we could add more tests to fill-in evaluations/Progress Note: REEL, Rosetti
Reoccurring schedules could be made for a set week AND day of the month, ie 1st Monday of every month or 1st/3rd Tuesday, ect.
It would be helpful for 2ndary billers to be able to see the original remittance from the primary payor; when reviewing claims; as many are requesting this; and, while we can manually print, it would be best if it could occur electronically and simultaneously with 2nd payer submission.
Wish they had a intro billing option for smaller/starting businesses with caseload managements less than thirty.

Our Experience
Overall we are satisfied with Fusion, there are things I wish would be available or updated.
Avantages
Able to store everything in a digital chart and can access all the notes. Fusion creates nice professional documents, waitlist prevents client loss, lets me know what notes I have remaining, it tracks when things are due, pull forward feature, different colored appointments for different types of appointments.
Inconvénients
Unable to sync with google calendar, having to pay extra for each little thing such as intake forms even when paying for above basic packages, does not create a Rx, does have more difficulty using on a phone/tablet than computer (main schedule page).

Increased accountability and accuracy for billing.

I enjoy the ease of scheduling and accountability to Bill for and complete the note after you have scheduled.
The notes are easy to fill once you have set them up
The evaluation documents are extensive and inclusive.

Why we like Fusion at TOP
Mostly great. There's a few things I would love to add, but most of the time, it is great for what we need at our clinic.
Avantages
Ease for providers as far as scheduling and documentation. Lots of reporting functions. Quick payment posting process. Patient check in process, and intake paperwork so much easier now than our previous EHR.
Inconvénients
Some of the reporting options are clunky. I'd love a "last viewed patient" function, and a DOB displayed when you hover over an appointment. Importing data from forms to patient chart would be nice, too.

Fair EMR with limitations
In general, we have been happy with the day to day tasks that must occur like writing daily notes and scheduling. We have not been as happy with other aspects such as inability to share statements through the patient portal without signing up for billing through fusion, inability to pay PT for a PT therapist, inaccuracy of certain reports, inability to run certain reports, inaccuracy of letting us know when children are due for evaluations.

It is a better system than I have worked with in the past but still takes more time to do the notes than necessary. Making it easier to pair with note taking AI would make it even better

I like how easy it is to write notes for the pediatric population by customizing the objective and by building your own homework and handout section

I dislike the having to put in the time when it doesn't change from week to week. I dislike the goal tracking because is is difficult to word my goals so it is easy to decipher the progression toward the goal with use of percentiles, and times accomplished so I typically make my goals yes and no measures. I dislike that it is so difficulty to pair with AI and I have to copy and paste everything which takes more time than necessary

Please Fix Access for Mentor/Mentee Use
Fusion is easy to understand and navigate with the exception of mentor/mentee access and use.
Avantages
SOAP notes are easily entered and data is readily available for tracking progress.
Inconvénients
The functionality of only one user being able to access an account at a time without being kicked out. This is incredibly frustrating when therapists have students, assistants, or managed therapists under them. The supervisor can't edit notes, access initial or re-evaluations to edit and the supervisor needs to have multiple schedules up at one time when the students are seeing the same clients on their caseload. This is a major design flaw with Fusion considering how user-friendly the rest of the EMR system is.

First Year with Fusion
It's a positive experience and I'm glad I switch to this EMR.
Avantages
I like the EMR system and how detailed it is. I like the support I receive with the claims and I like how Fusion helps with billing secondary insurance.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it's hard to reach support. I wish they were more available in the chat. Though Fusion is organized sometimes it's hard to find what I need.

Fusion is easy
Fusion excels at: ease of use, quick turn around with claims, streamlined processes, and it is very rare that I have to call an insurance nowadays. Those shifts have made me a happier practitioner and business owner.
Avantages
The best thing about Fusion is the time it has saved me filing claims. If time is my currency, then Fusion has been priceless.
Inconvénients
My experience transferring bank accounts and all the extra work it gave me. Wish there had been an easier way.

Overall, I love using Fusion, I just wish there were modifications to make the program more comprehensive without the added cost.
Avantages
Easy for my therapists to learn and easily document sessions
Inconvénients
There is a lack of cohesiveness with regard to the intake process. Fusion is one of the most expensive platforms out there for OT/ST use and yet we are expected to pay extra for intake paperwork. Also, the fact that I pay full price for many of my team members who only use it part-time is a huge cost burden.

Pretty good
I like it overall. It is good to have the generated reports when someone is checked in.

Streamlined, adding of tests, the layout of the reports.
Inconvénients
Faxing coverpage that has signature already there and easier ability to see sent faxes; ability make personalized eval templates within the current membership & coding of non-timed codes, this really does not make sense for ST. I also wish it had the ability to have self-generated profile fields, we have to do all sort of strange things to be able to pull reports for our practice.

Works OK, not great
We have used Fusion for several years and for a while there was a rep who would meet with us when we had concerns or suggestions but not now. Thus, the same issues that we have had (see above) and new ones are not addressed. Overall it does not help with completing documentation in sessions.

* last couple of new editions of standardized tests (M-ABC 3, PDMS-3) not already built by Fusion

Good. There is one thing that would really improve my experience and save me a LOT of time and energy when writing reassessments. If there as a section in each Pt's note that was for the therapist's use ONLY - not a part of the actual note submitted to insurance/MD, that would be a HUGE DEAL. For example, a place where I could make notes of medication changes, dates of surgeries/procedures, Dx updates (who dx, what date). THen I could simply refer back to this information when writing an assessment rather than having to look back through notes or having to exit the tx note and go into the "Notes" section in the Fusion chart.
Avantages
User friendly for the most part. Carry over of information from previous note for easy comparison.
Inconvénients
Default on goals during reeval should be "both docs." I have never worked in a setting in which "POC" would be the default for new goals. STOP CHANGING the no. of 'tab' hits it takes to add information in notes and reports. I develop very strong motor plans that allow me to quickly get thru those things, and it REALLY messes me up when you all change that.

Pediatric SLP
I transitioned from ClinicSource and Fusion has been extremely easy to use. I absolutely love it and recommend it to other professionals when asked about documentation systems.

It’s easy to use, it’s functional, great for timely paperwork.

Ease of use
Fusion is fairly easy to use and I like that I can document in a concise and straightforward manner, without having to write in narrative form for everything. I also like the organization of the goals and easy access to goal data to get a quick snapshot of patient progress.
Avantages
It's easy to use and straightforward. I like the SOAP note setup. I really like how the schedule/calendar system is set up and organized.
Inconvénients
There are so many unnecessary "clicks" (for example: to document goal data, you have to click into the area, then you are able to input data. If you click on the last goal it scrolls to the top of the goals and you have to scroll back down. Why can we not just enter the data?). In progress notes, it would be nice to have access to the scheduled appointments in order to calculate attendance, instead of having to close the document and go to the patient profile to see the sessions. Better yet, can we set a date range and Fusion calculates attendance for us? Overall, Fusion can get a bit repetitive in longer documents such as evaluations, reassessments, and progress notes but for daily documentation it is pretty easy.

I Love Fusion!!
I felt very supported through the set up process. I would freak out in not understanding something and then I would go to one of the office hours and come away feeling much better and with solutions.
Avantages
I love the ability to have graphs in reports. This helps my clients and case managers see the progress in a simple way. I also love the billing system. It helps me keep track of what has and has not been paid. It has already caught a few errors and helped me get paid more.
Inconvénients
I would love there to be a make up session option in the appointment options. This will tell me how many more make ups I have on the authorization for the client.

Fusion is great for pediatric SLPs!
I have used multiple EMR systems as a pediatric SLP and find that Fusion is the most user friendly. It is easy to use, and the customer support is helpful and responsive. I have recommended it to other clinicians and clinics.
Avantages
Ease of use and everything I need in one database. Scheduling, reminders for families, messaging between users, billing, and customer support when you need it (though honestly, not often). My documentation is definitely much quicker using this system.
Inconvénients
I wish there was an alert for birthdays - unless there is and I have not found it?

My experience has been fair. Would like better support from them, when you look up something on the HELP area it is so lengthy with all the brands on there, and then typically is was not answering my question.

Fusion Review
Fusion is a wonderful platform for case check in and scheduling as both a clinician and program coordinator for my agency. I found it very useful in tracking client data and the data of staff. With improvements like easy search options for domains or resources and adding in an excel sheet type option would be a plus!
Avantages
I enjoy the versatility of it and the many domains where I can locate notes, intake, resources, and patient information.
Inconvénients
Sometimes finding certain domains or items can be a challenge. For my agency we rely on using an excel sheet to keep track of staff caseloads and perhaps it’s because I am not too well versed in Fusion for adding an excel sheet/staff caseload of clients on Fusion, however, that would be a benefit to have a list or sheet to add on Fusion of patients/staff caseloads.

Pleased with Fusion!
Fusion is a great option for Pediatric therapists. It is intuitive and easy to learn and use. I would recommend it for other clinics who are wanting an easy to navigate EMR.

Inconvénients
Hard to get a hold of anyone to actually discuss issues with. Would be nice to have an actual customer service rep to talk with. I also feel the price is quite high compared to other EMR's and this a loyalty discount could be a nice option. We have used Fusion for over 7 years - how about a price break when you reach 5, 7, 10, and 15 years? You want customers that are in for the long haul, not those who jump from EMR to EMR.

Fusion is great!
I've loved Fusion since I started using it. It is easy to schedule and see other schedules. I love that Fusion automatically creates documents once a child has been checked in. The evaluation templates are not always the easiest, BUT you are able to add your own templates which is a great option.

Individual Customization to Improve Efficiency and Ease of Use
Easy to use in almost every way, but do feel that b/c of reasons above it is less efficient to document in real time than more individually-customizable program like EPIC

I feel that lack of ability of individual users to create their own keyboard shortcuts significantly slows down efficiency. I am familiar with EPIC which allowed us to type abbreviations (e.g., "pt" for patient) that would then automatically substitute. Having to remember short cuts created by others is challenging. I also think it would be hugley helpful to allow use of bullet points as well as increased flexibility for individual users (rather than admin only) to create and modify report templates.

I enjoy fusion overall
Fusion is one of my favorite platforms that I’ve used for therapy notes. It’s pretty easy to use but still has some small things that would be nice to fix. Sometimes there’s no message if you overlap a patient by 15 minutes; messaging multiple patient users; search bar function on iOS. Those are my biggest concerns regarding fusion.
Avantages
Easy to use when multiple therapists see the same kids. We can easily see if they are overlapping on therapy time.
Inconvénients
You can’t message multiple users at the same time (I.e. update both parents in split home of progress). I also find it frustrating that sometimes it won’t let me select a patient until I backspace when typing their name in the search bar.

Disappointed
Our experience has plummeted in the last 6 months.

Having everything in one location is very helpful.
Inconvénients
The billing division of Fusion is untrustworthy and drains funds from clinics with minimal explanation "you signed the contract" on repeat. During a zoom meeting with 5 Fusion employees, one employee grinned and smirked the entire meeting as we attempted to have a professional discussion. They drained close to 14,000 dollars from our account for "attempting" to make collections, NOT for actual collections. The majority of the attempts were for claims that had already been paid. They can just sit and click, click, click and gain 8% each time, regardless if the claim is paid. That is NOT what was described to us during our onboarding meetings.
