Great software, amazing market manager

Happy with the software.

I've been working with Guesy for a while now. I saw the improvement from the beginning as the little things that used to bug me before are now improved such support. Now it's fast, easy to communicate, and they will follow up on a case. Very professional and friendly support team. The market manager assigned to my account, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is probably the most passionate person I've met in a long time. He knows what he's talking about, loves Guesty, loves the industry. He's not just trying to sell us something or do a 9 to 5 job, he really cares about how Guesty can improves our day to day job and makes everyones happy. If he don't have the answer or don't think something is possible, he will get back with another option.

Best software out there

Fantastic

Avantages

Guesty changed my work and social life tremendously.
I was with a different software prior to Guesty and I would be in tears sometimes just trying to understand the complexity of the software. End of the month and owner statements would take me a week to finish. Now, Owner statements are done in a matter of minutes. Guesty makes it so easy to manage my properties and they are constantly rolling out new and better things.
My CSM is [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. I can't find enough good things to say about her. She is smart and thorough and pushes me to keep up with all Guesty has to offer. AMAZING personality that has made us feel so comfortable.

Inconvénients

Nothing that I don't like. I think it is the easiest and best software on the market.

Overall, great product.

We have gone from 0 to over 50 properties with Guesty and the process has been simple, easy, and painless.

Not many internal features are scaleable, could use some more robust features to grow the software

Fantastic product, exceptional company

I've had a great experience with Guesty - they have a caring, competent team and a fantastic product. I've tried several alternatives, and I am comfortable saying Guesty is the best vacation rental solution available.

Avantages

Guesty's software has all the key functionality needed to run a large scale property management business effectively, and then some. They're also always rolling out new features, and they have a fantastic team that consistently goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience. Their 24/7 customer support is also a key value add, since issues can happen around the clock in this line of business.

Inconvénients

The accounting integration functionality isn't fully built out with Quickbooks yet, although they're in beta and will be rolling out a solution shortly. This was the only issue that I've encountered.

Guesty is powerful and amazing

Awesome. Love their responsiveness to feature requests, bugs, etc. The software has made things SO much easier in my day to day management of 80 properties. While there is a bit of a learning curve, that's to be expected with software THIS powerful. Once you get familiar with it, you'll absolutely LOVE it.

Avantages

Tons of features in 1 interface to keep me from having to bounce between platforms. The in house damage protection plans are amazing.

Inconvénients

Tedious onboarding process. While they provide you with a TON of support and weekly calls, it's a big deal to unhook 80 properties and get them all plugged in. That will likely be the case with ANY system though, and their guidance thru the process was great

Guesty makes it easy to manage bookings with its exceptional features

Guesty is one of our favourite softwares that provides end to end solution for operational management as well as multiple online reservation channel management. As an extensive solution provider it solves our needs in general however when it comes to details there appears some critical problems which you need to address the customer service.

Avantages

Guesty combines the features for operational management features with channel management which makes it a matchless solution for our daily operations since it is hard to manage staff, guests, payments from different softwares. Combining all these at one place, Guesty provides end-to-end solution for all our hotel operations.

Inconvénients

They do not provide live support, instead you need to creat tickets in their support system and wait for their response. This is not suitable for a software which is at the core of operations, actually there are a lot of cases that needs urgent support while the operations are ongoing in our hotels.

Lack of Customer Service on Major Issues

I am currently looking for a different company and would never recommend them to any property management company. Very disappointed especially for the price.

Avantages

I liked the automation services until they stop working.

Inconvénients

You cannot get ahold of anyone when you are having a major issue. They also captured my customers credit card numbers and double charged them when the automation was not set to that. Which obviously is causing huge complaints and bad reviews for my business as the customers are thinking I am double charging them for no reason. Very embarrassing and also detrimental to my integrity.

The mobile app at the time which turned out to be not as described. On the Guesty Mobile app you cannot add a reservation or make changes to a reservation which proved to be difficult and one of the main issues I went with their program. Lots of unkept promises from Guesty.

Guesty - Excellent User Interface and Back-end API Access

Their user support and features are very strong. I've found them to be exceptionally reliable over the years. For a software as a service company in a growing space, I think they'v done an amazing job scaling with our industry and their user.

Strong analytics-driven user design thinking in Guesty's platform. Excellent API back-end access for allowing all data in Guesty to be leveraged in our broader automated scripts and systems.

Best-in-class for category

Overall, great company and product with responsive help, and totally on-it customer success team. Highly recommend the product, but don't use it for only one feature. It's designed for, and has a high ROI for, a company making use of at least several features. Steep learning curve, but totally worth it.

Avantages

Feature-richness, including pricing and length-of-stay revenue optimization algorithms creation by ourselves, not an AI bot. We have found our knowledge of local market conditions to be better than that of auto-algorithms. Other features include calendar/pricing synch with the three leading platforms -- booking.com, airbnb, and VRBO/Homeaway -- as well as auto-messaging, auto-reviews, and a few others. Compelling ROI considering time saved, mistakes averted (e.g. no way to forget sending message to upcoming guest), and revenue increases.

Inconvénients

Partly because of its rich feature set, Guesty has a steep learning curve and a fairly complex UI. Some features are occasionally released ahead of maturity, like auto-tasks, and some features are just not intuitive. More expensive than the competition, so ROI is only compelling if you use at least several of the features (ie. not ideal for single-feature usage), but once it's up and running, the ROI is extremely compelling.

Best PMS on the market with an amazing support team

Avantages

We switched over from another PMS about a year and a half ago, and couldn't be happier with the changes. Guesty has improved our companies organization, productivity and communication greatly. They have allowed us to implement new business strategies which we never before considered possible. We have now largely been able to streamline almost everything business related to this one platform - with the ever-expanding marketplace, we imagine we will be elusively on Guesty in the very near future. In addition to the amazing features that Guesty offers, their customer support is the next level. Not only is the support team available 24/7, but the case managers are also fantastic. Our case manager has been absolutely instrumental in the growth of our business. He has brought a lot of innovative ideas and advice to us. Above all, we appreciate his collaboration with assistance with reviewing many of our projects that are not necessarily related to Guesty itself. He has really gotten on board with our image and helps motivate us to continue striving for bigger and better things. We really enjoyed working with him and the Guest team :]

Inconvénients

We wish that we had a little more autonomy with some of the programming aspects for automation. That said, the support team and our case manager are always more than willing to help implement everything we ask them to.

Guesty are terrible

BAD, ticket too long to respond too, I was down from my booking system for a week which is a loss of £1000.

Calender is good other that that not much else.

Great Product and Team

I believe they have the potential to consolidate their n.1 position as a solution for STR managers that are looking for a channel management software.

We are enjoying having all the reservations under one program from all the different booking channels. We really have appreciated [sensitive content hidden] taking all the time she has to help us make sure everything is working exactly as it should. We love all the different Intergrations they offer with different companies.

Guesty has streamlined my operations and helped me to keep on top of my daily rental activities

I found it had a pretty big learning curve.The initial training helped get me started but I felt rushed through it and really needed a second training once we got all the data in. I am still finding little areas that I didn't know existed. Their customer service is great. Most questions answered within 24 hours. Sometimes scantly and you have to ask more questions but for the most part they are quick to respond and assist. The software is missing a few features I'd like to see and the integration with VRBO is lacking in capabilities. I am learning ways around it but it is because VRBO limits what Guesty can do and doesn't provide a way to do it in VRBO such as charge for damages through the damage deposit held by VRBO for example.

Avantages

That it provides a dashboard that allows me to manage my properties across most of my channels that I advertise on. It's not their fault I cannot bring on Tripadvisor, it is Tripadvisor that prevents it. But with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO all merging so that I don't have to maintain my listings and communications on all those different sites is a God send!

Inconvénients

It is missing some features I really need to use, BUT they are very receptive to suggestions and they have implemented many of my requests very quickly!
Training was rushed and non-existent once you get your data put in. You can get little blurbs of help through their amazing customer support but it would be good to lose an hour or two on the initial training to allow for a second training after getting all data loaded and the user has time to assess what else they need to know.

Oversold and Underdelivered

I've implemented dozens of software from Salesforce to Hubspot to phone systems and everything in between, I've never seen an onboarding process so poorly designed. I've also never worked with the leadership team that took such little accountability for their product/service.

Avantages

The concept is great. The execution is among the worst I've seen.

The one thing they have going is the Zapier integration, because it makes getting data into other systems easier than the competition. That said it's limited and I've heard they want to start charging for API access (not sure if that's a reality or not).

Inconvénients

The integrations with the OTAs are pretty terrible. The system is overly buggy/poorly designed. The onboarding is even worse than the software.

All of that said, the leadership is the root to the problem. I reached out to leadership multiple times when I felt like they missed deadlines or provided incomplete directions that caused a ton of unneeded work on our end. Every time I reached out, the leadership team either overpromised and underdelivered or they basically said it wasn't their fault. They never owned up to bugs/design flaws and always passed the buck.

Guesty Top Tier Software

Guesty has been a one stop shop for us. It makes our teams experience much easier and listing on all platforms a breeze. We love that they are adding new features and always improving. Our team sucess rep Taylor, was great. Our team loved meeting with her on our calls and each meeting was so productive and a lot of fun. Top notch service!

The one negative is being the payment processor for VRBO. We have to authorize security deposits and through Stripe can only be held for 7 days. If the booking is 7 days, youre out of luck and have to put a high security deposit for safety which leads to not a ton of bookings.

Very good product, very good service, unfortunately very expensive

Good, robust software. Very good service. Account Management ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) is available and helpful. Support is always available, we love the Live Chat feature for quick, easy-to-fix questions.

Avantages

Unified Inbox, Good Guest Communication Feature, Ability to have Multi-language Automated Messages, Direct Integration with major Channels, Good API, very happy to have a bi-weekly meeting with our Account Manager ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) who is always responsive and helpful when we have questions or need help.

Inconvénients

Very expensive, unfortunately, it is Guesty's biggest downside.

Guesty does not care about you at all

extremely high emotional rollercoaster. A 6 week wait for anything to be done.

I could not get them to connect at all. They have the product on paper not in real life.

Inconvénients

There are either short staffed or you can be either ignored and pushed away. Guesty does not need your business and will constantly charge you monthly.Initially they only connected through stripe. There was no way we could get through vacation rental approval being high risk on stripe. We had to push away until we finally got our approval last year. We were then told to start using theor new initiative Guesty Pay not stripe. We went through the process. it took several weeks of follow up to get an onboarding personnel to come to help.We could not onboard that day. Next date onboarder had covid. 2 months later when he finally shows up., for 60 properties they allocated 1 hour. do or die. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. When told I would absolutely want to cancel as there is no way we can onboard in 1 hour and the response instantly was ok Ill let the Director know. Months of follow up and absolutely arrogant and disrespectful.Ill stick with cloudbeds . Its been with us from 1 apartment to 60 apartments and extremely scalable and responsive. CLoudbeds treats you with the same level of importance whether you have 1 apartment or 100.

Guesty Experience

Again, it was very helpful in my transformation, but once I understood the concept of PMS's, OTA's, Online Card Processors, and Channel Managers, I saw better options available and do not regret moving on.

Avantages

It served it's purpose. Overall, it helped operate my vacation rental business and transform us from a referral rental business to incorporating OTA's into our business and managing channel management online.

Inconvénients

The cost. It got overwhelming and seemed to be swallowing up a lot of profits. Customer service was slow as well. If I needed an issue resolved, it was always addressed in the next day or two. A business like ours needs answers for our guests immediately.

Avantages

Using Guesty on everyday basis, assures me every day that this is the platform which is developing and adding new, helpful and useful details to the website each and every day. This website has the best team, which is available to help us for almost 24 hours a day. The platform is useful as well as for communicating with the guests, also for organizing our everyday work, dividing particular jobs in between colleagues and many more. Guesty has planty different functions, which we discover everyday since we began working with its great team!

Inconvénients

A few months ago there were some episodes, where Guesty would stop working for a few minutes, but this happened very rarely and only because the website was going through the newest updates. But after having discussed this issue with our manager and with the customer support, Guesty team has been notifying us about any upcoming technical delays (which has certainly made it all way easier) and also we practically haven't had those moments since then, even though the website has went through sooo many updates.

Guesty review from admin, implementer, and end user

Avantages

Guesty does a great job with property management, particularly if you have listings on multiple OTA's and want to be able to capture direct bookings. The auto-messaging that goes out to guests is fantastic. The unified inbox is a great communication tool that includes multiple communication options.

We have ~70 vacation rental listings under 3 separate business entities. All of them are managed through the same Guesty Login very easily. There seems to be an endless number of 3rd party integrations including OTA's, Operations, Pricing, etc. Everything is customizable to fit what you need to do.

Inconvénients

The service is on the expensive side, but I did not find others that provide as much functionality and customization.

They charge a fee for cancelled bookings which is my largest complaint. When you include this fee along with credit card processing fees, Cancelled Bookings become an amplified issue.

Accounting can be an issue. There does not appear to be a report or tool to automatically reconcile real time revenue capture.

Not the best experience of hosting with Guesty

Great app to start with for your rental properties. However, they need to work on their product a little bit more.

Avantages

There are lots to like about Guesty. They have all the features you need that you can think of. Connect with all online channels, manage bookings, sending out automated emails, charging guests etc. The pricing is also great. You don't pay anything until you have income. They even have 24/7 reception team but I haven't used that.

Inconvénients

Like I said they have everything you need but they don't do everything that well. There are also problems here and there. They use a third party channel manager called Rentals United which breaks down all the time bringing in so many double bookings causing lots of relocation fees. Also when a payment failed they don't notify you properly (for example, by email). All you get is a red little dot when you log into Guesty. That's just not good enough.
There are so many improvements they can do. It's a great product after all just need lots of polishment.

Disappointing experience with Guesty's customer service and online payment system

I was drawn to Guesty's software because of its attractive user interface and user experience, but the onboarding process was extremely difficult and customer service was lacking. Despite reaching out for assistance, I often had to wait more than 15 hours for a response. The sales representative promised one thing, but the charges ended up being much more expensive compared to other similar services such as Hostaway. I found the overall process of getting into the app to be frustrating and the cost to be significantly higher than I expected. I would not recommend this service due to the poor customer service and high cost.

Avantages

The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the software were appealing.

Inconvénients

Stay away

Honestly, worst software and worst customer service experience of my life, and I used to have AT&T. I would strongly advise people to run for the hills. It is over priced and under-delivers and the reason it gets good reviews is most people do not understand how easy it is to simplify the things they do and that they fail at the things that would help justify the price. Anyone that has ever written a few lines of code will see what a joke this program is. Grabbing the bed type out of the AirBnB API should one, never fail, and two, it is an amazingly simple task. Blocking me from the company they used to sell me in the first place was just a low class move and pretending to try and help me was even lower, as it just wasted more of my time and money.

Avantages

Very little. They were very quick to sell me and sign me up, but then it took weeks at a time to get responses. They moved so slow it allowed me to see it was not worth it to pay them for customer management.

Inconvénients

It failed to properly import the bed types in my listings from AirBnB. Turned everything into a double bed. Pretty big issue. In cancelling after they failed to make good on promises I was blacklisted from using services like rentals united for 6 months, even though they used rentals united to sell me on Guesty. I spent over a month and even had a VP at Guesty "pretending" to help me be able to use rentals united. Really it is a joke of a company and if you know anything about software you will see how weak it is and how it provides no where close to the value it charges you for.

Best software on the market!

Avantages

We have used Guesty for over 2 years now and it has been one of the main factors in growing our business from less than 10 units when we had our first demo to over 130 units today. It is very intuitive, has lots of features but also gives you huge amount of control in how to set up your business. There is no "one size fits all" way to use Guesty and although lot of businesses use the software, you can tailor its functionality to exactly how you want your guests experience to be. The support guys are also really friendly and (our account manager) is an asset to the company.

Inconvénients

I would say the thing I like least about Guesty is the price! However, I must say that you very much get what you pay for and although there are undoubtedly cheaper options out there - Guesty can afford to charge more simply because they offer more, in both functionality and reliability. As with any business, if people are willing to pay for it, then the price is right.

Avantages

Guesty has improved our distribution, connectivity, and efficiency in immeasurable ways. We're delighted with the SAAS product.

Guesty is a really useful tool

Guesty is a really useful tool. We're really happy using it, running +90 listings. The customer service team is always available for questions and [SENSITIVE CONTENT], our customer success manager is also great! Really appreciate her job helping us. Definitely the best solution for property management.

Choice Number 1 for a Channel Manager

Avantages

The system is very user friendly, there are multiple integrations that are available with Guesty. The software simply runs very well, and they have a good road map of additional features that are constantly being introduced. The team is always to hand to support with any issues or questions as well.

Inconvénients

The mobile app could be more functional, it still needs to be developed further.

Powerful Resource for Vacation Rental Management Companies

Avantages

I'm extremely impressed by Guesty's attention to detail. Our Customer Success Manager, Jerome, has been an absolute pleasure to work and has constantly surpassed our expectations. He has been instrumental in helping us grow and optimize our processes over the last couple of months.

Guesty's CRM software is phenomenal. It's absolutely critical to have one central communication hub and Guesty allows us to uniquely handle each and every guests' needs. Although there are individual services/software that do a better job at handling specific needs (automated messages, cleanings, etc.), Guesty offers a powerful all-in-one resource. Most importantly: they're software is constantly improving. We've been really impressed with all the small changes that they've started working on, and we're excited to see how things continue to develop!

Inconvénients

My biggest issue with Guesty is that it doesn't allow you to make changes to the automated messages without contacting support. We'd love to initiate some small changes on our end but can't do that until we have greater control.

Worst 2 months of my business was when using Guesty

I've implemented a lot of POS and CRM software in my career. This company is a mess and clearly not equipped to perform as advertised. Very poor function of software and ZERO account rep response when there is an issue affecting my/our business!

Zero - there are too many others SO SIMILAR that actually work and have real customer service

NO tech support, NO customer support, NO solutions for channels not working once integrated

Guesty has the most well-rounded platforms of any Property Management System I've used. I especially like their advanced analytics platform. I appreciate when the support team doesn't have a solution, they commit to escalating the issue to the development team and follow up if and when the feature is implemented. I would 100% recommend Guesty to any short term rental business.

The accounting platform needs to be improved upon for 30+ day rentals. Without the advanced analytics subscription, reporting functionality is very time-consuming.

Amazing Product w/ An Even Better Team Behind It!!

We are able to easily communicate with all of our inquiries and guests from multiple OTA's in one platform and provide an excellent experience for them with quick response times, automated messaging, and saved replies.

Avantages

I feel that the best feature of the software is its ability to seemless keep all of the reservation details - whether financial or guest communication - all in one spot. There will always be some items that would be nice to have, but this team has thought of 95% of them and are probably currently developing the other 5%! The analytic dashboards are fantastic and our organization uses them extensively as well.

Inconvénients

The direct booking website could use a little bit of work so that the end user has a more friendly UX to navigate, but we have had thousands of reservations and have only received a handful of complaints.

Helpful

Guesty has greatly improved over the year and a half I've used it. We researched other options as a replacement but never found a system to beat it. The team is happy to help where they can.

Avantages

Multi-calendar and inbox are easy to use. Extensive analytics. The communication team replies to host emails lightning fast. Ability to create a direct booking website. Our customer success rep is helpful. They continually improve the software, fixing bugs and adding features we ask for. Easy integration with RemoteLock.

Inconvénients

Finding what you're looking for is not always intuitive. If the system you want to integrate Guesty with is not a direct integration, the workarounds are frustrating. There are random tech glitches every so often, such as things not loading, a pop up being half off the screen, analytics pulling wrong numbers, auto-messages being slightly off. The integration with Airbnb can be limited because you need to change the sync style for any setting not in Guesty. Limited phone or chat support for smaller hosts. The website is not as customizable as I'd like.

Best Tool for Fast Growing Property Managers

Guest communication for multiple properties costs a lot of time. Guesty found very efficient and innovative ways in solving this problem and we are very satisfied with this service.

Guesty helps us save a lot of time and money - we can manage multiple listings/properties on multiple rental platforms. Without this solution we would have not been able to grow as we did.

Avantages

Crucial for our decision was the guest communication service and the fact that the software just works! Previously to Guesty we have worked with a low-cost property management tool which was ok for the first business years. As soon as the number of properties grew - at some point very fast - and the landlord`s and guest´s demands grew, we started searching for a more competitive tool. Especially in terms of fast and reliable connectivity with the rental platforms, the imported features, analytics and pricing tools Guesty offers solid solutions. In terms of outsourcing guest communication it is the best solution we have found until now.

Inconvénients

It gets some time until you understand all features, but the Guesty support is really helpful.

Great software for Short Term Rental property Manager that is at Scale

I love the ease of use of the Guesty software. It is hands down the most user-friendly property management software i have used. It also has so many useful features that I didn't even know we needed.

Inconvénients

The two downside are the high price and the lack of realtime phone support. However the email support is very quick at responding. Typically in a few minutes to a couple of hours and the price is well worth the money at scale.

I manage several short term rental apartments since 2015, I have tried several management software (PMS and Channel Manager), but for more than 2 years I have been using Guesty software, I can say that it is the best, I never had any problem with them, and even when there is, it is settled in a few hours, it never leaves a ticket without solution and improve their system every month with new features

Guesty Wins!

Guesty is incredibly functional and supportive.

Avantages

This software is so easy to use! It has a modern, modular design that makes it easy to use, even for those who are not especially comfortable with computers. It has all the key features one could need to integrate their property management platforms. Owners love being able to view availability calendars, and staff enjoys the convenience of central management rather than a series of separate accounts.

Inconvénients

I truly have no complaints. There are nuances that must learned, like with any program - but considering alternative in this field, Guesty's settings are the most logical.

There are better alternatives- save yourself the headache

STAY AWAY! This is the buggiest software platform ever, and TERRiBLE customer service. I have lost thousands in bookings due to Guesty. I have been a Guesty customer for well over 2 years. I am a property manager for multiple short term rentals and also run/manage many in my own account. I have to say, I cannot believe how absolutely irresponsible this company is with respect to their customer base. Just one example- a recent ‘mandatory’ AirBnB integration upgrade wreaked havoc on my staff, our guests, and the leadership team. This despite assurances that there would be a ‘smooth’ transition and ‘additional resources’ to support the transition.

Avantages

Centralized inbox and channel manager. If only they worked all the time (or had halfway decent customer service) it would be great.

Inconvénients

Customer support is NONEXISTENT. If you use the software long enough you WILL encounter an issue that costs you thousands and/or puts your channel accounts/properties at risk.

Guesty is like a member of the team!

Guesty is an exceptional tool for the VR industry and allows a company to operate far leaner and more proactively. It has been a godsend to us and has helped us improve our service and grow our company.

Great PMS for a small business

Avantages

Love Guesty. I've been a user since nearly the beginning and they've consistently improved their software offering. While the integrations aren't perfect and glitches pop up here and there, it is a great product for the price.

Inconvénients

Integration issues are fairly common. When you update things on Guesty it often doesn't sync properly to the third party listing sites, which can cause frustration and guest issues.

Best PMS in the industry!

Avantages

Our customer success manager (Carmen) is the absolute best and is always available if we have any issues or questions. The onboarding was excellent as well. By far the most comprehensive product we've used to manage our short term rental portfolio. It integrates with all of our tech stack so we can manage everything from one platform.

They are constantly adding new features and listening to what we need.

Guesty does the work of many

The customer service has been very responsive and helpful.

Avantages

Guesty has allowed me to fully automated and manage my vacation rentals. I'm a 1 man show and it has allowed me to be able to send messages to my cleaners, outside vendors, and my guests without any work. I also love the integrations and the ability to manage my rentals better.

Inconvénients

They are still growing so some of the software can be buggy. It can be difficult when you need something done asap

Great Channel Manager software

Avantages

The Channel Manager is fully functional and is truly a great tool to handle your business.

Guesty is still relatively new so some features is a bit confusing, but the customer service is ALWAYS exceptional in both quality and how fast they respond. The few flaws are being fixed as fast as they are found.

The onboarding process was so professional. I was so pleasently surprised about how well it worked and how serviceminded the onboarding guide was. We had Zoom calls 1 on 1 with our personal guide until we were 100% satisfied with our knowledge about the product.

Afterwards we got a new contact person to secure the daily drive and it still works perfectly with such a fast response time and a great product.

As a manager for a small business with 10-20 apartments i can fully recommend Guesty as your Channel Manager.

Inconvénients

As it's still a relatively new product you find some flaws here and there. However, i haven't experienced any bigger problems with the software and the few flaws are almost always fixed when i take a look at it a couple of days later.

Do not believe the hype, scammers who take your money and give you no way to contact anyone...

Months of aggravation and wasted time and money. I read a lot of reviews and thought I was getting the best since I was paying so much for their services. Hopefully I can save someone else from making the same mistake I did. There is no "coming soon" to any features. If they can't do it now, and show you, don't count on it ever happening.

I was never able to use it, so nothing, a complete waste of time and money. I could have saved myself so much aggravation and gone on a nice vacation for all the money I spent and got absolutely nothing in return. They kept lying to me and I couldn't believe such a well-known company would be lying outright to me about what their capabilities were. Truly mindboggling that they're in business.

There is nothing that could have made my experience with Guesty worse. I was lied to from the beginning about the capabilities of the software--I had a very specific need and of course checked before purchasing if Guesty could do it. I was told "definitely! of course" Only to find out after making the purchase that it wasn't possible. I've been strung along for MONTHS, often going weeks without a response and was on top of that billed incorrectly the entire time I had the service. I've been trying since September to close my account, even going as far as trying to email random people at the company because no one would respond to me. Finally rid of the his shady company and feel like I have a weight lifted off my shoulders. I have no idea how they're still in business.
