Raklet’s user-friendly interface and comprehensive features make membership management a breeze. I particularly appreciate the ease of creating and managing member profiles, sending out newsletters, and organizing events all from one platform. The customization options for membership levels and payment plans are also impressive, allowing for flexibility to suit our organization’s needs.

Inconvénients

While Raklet offers robust features, I found that some advanced customization options could be more intuitive to navigate. Additionally, occasional technical glitches or slow loading times can occur, although they are usually resolved quickly by the support team.

it was extremely easy to use. I learned it in a few minutes and wished the organization I was testing for would have implemented it.

Its not as well known as other software options, I wish they were more out there and better known.

We've had Raklet for a few years and the primary reason we joined is to help us monitor membership data. This tool is far from helpful. Membership information wasn't accurate. Members could join without submitting a payment method so we would need to take extra time to follow up. Members who needed to renew would sometimes get reminder emails and some would not. Some would get reminders when no balance due. It caused a lot of frustration from our members resulting in a lot of extra time on our end. The member experience caused a poor reflection on us. The text messaging system is worthless. I would pay to be able to do this and they would never reach our members. Additionally, the customer support is horrible. Members of my team would reach out and never hear back. It wasn't until I said we were canceling our account that we received regular responses. It was a bad experience and we've since found a better solution.

I love that the free version has the necessities that I need at this time starting my business. Simple and easy to use, continuous improvements from the team.

Inconvénients

I wish there was an option for a 'virtual punch card' and/or a membership plan with a limited number of check-ins.

Easy to install, easy to use, fantastic customer support - responsive and helpful. It has same features as traditional community software/platforms for a fraction of the price.

Inconvénients

The overall generic/initial look is not too ‘modern’, and unless you’re a bit tech savvy it’s hard to modify.

Raclette has provided me and my colleagues, along with our customers, with new possibilities and horizons for leveraging our contacts and networks and further and so our goal of bringing high quality education content.

At first it can feel a little bit overwhelming, but with some time and some practice it starts to make a lot more sense and expands the boundaries of what's possible.

What I like most is all of the features in one system. There's the ability to invoice clients, send newsletters, and post message boards.

I'm responsible for sending newsletters in our organization. I would like to have the ability to add illustrations to the newsletters and send them to my contacts email addresses. I also wish that the mobile app was a bit more intuitive for technology challenged persons. There's also no way (that I have found) to send notifications to our members; our members would have to remember to log into the app to see updates.

It's a one-stop shop for our alumni, easy to use, and brings our community together. As the admin side, we use it on a daily basis and it makes our job way easier.

From time to time, we may experience problems on the admin side and need improvement.

I like the integration of the membership status (active/not active) with the event booking system. It simplifies greatly the management of our activities since we impose having people to pay when they book.

There is a small caveat about defining fields in the registration process and the lack of "system logic" questions (if you answer like this, you will have another field showing).

Raklet has been a really helpful tool in the Administration of our society since the moment we started using it. Very easy to use and it really had made our life easier. Support team is working so good as well.

The system is very easy to use and even for people link myself who's not a technical person is able to easily use it as everything is self explanatory and easily accessible. The Customer service is wonderful and at hand to support you through whatever your concerns are. Great Product and highly recommended!

I love this alumni management system. It is very easy to use. It gives the opportunity to communicate with alumni in a more sophisticated way by creating categories in database.

We'd like to store all of our accounting in the software but Raklet focuses more on revenue generation and growing community.
