Powerful and user-friendly social media management tool
Since I'm creating content, I'm using loomly. Overall it's a very helpful software which makes all your work hassel free. Post scheduling and drafts helps me to create several posts at once and they will get posted to all my platforms at the scheduled time. The best tool for customizing posts for all platforms at one place. The pricing is also low. I totally recommend it to all creators.
Avantages
Loomly is a great social media management tool. It provides the convenience to connect almost all of my social media platforms at one place. I can publish my post to all my accounts at the same time. As a freelancer, I create content for instagram, pinterest and facebook and I use loomly to preview how exactly my posts will look at different platforms. It suggests the trending topics which light up the post ideas. It provides Tips for optimizing the posts. It reaches to the targeted audience via sponsored ads. It also shows the performance of the posts with detailed analytics at the Dashboard. I can monitor the dashboard from the mobile app. Whenever I work with a team, I can easily collaborate and connect all of them.
Inconvénients
There is nothing to dislike, the price is also fair looking at the services provided by this tool. While creating instagram post, It does'nt allow to mention or tag personal profiles. And it would be good if the dashboard can display the comments at posts from each platform.

The Game Changing social software
I have 3 clients who all use the tool to approve messaging and collaborate with me managing there entire online presence. It works really, really well. What else is there to know.
Avantages
Simple, easy, and designed for the work I do. Not as online salesman like all the others. I manage 5 different small businesses social media. what I need is not to be able to spam people with unless sh** but to craft valuable engaging content and deliver it to hard earned audiences. Love the builder, love the client collaboration, love the calendar, LOVE the library. and most of all I love the way they are constantly developing and innovating, that for me is infinitely more important then any specific feature.
Inconvénients
It's new and run by what feels like a very small team. This isn't a block buster summer movie but a tiny little cult classic. Loved deeply by some but not enough. The design is a little rough, the functionality a little finicky. I heard that initially it was designed by a husband for his wife.

Excellent for multi-account w/ client's approval
Easy, reliable and complete for major account management.
Avantages
Loomly really streamlines the creation and publishing process for social media. It allows for customer review and approval and keeps track of who is doing - or needs to do, what. It has all major indispensable features and social networks and you can bulk edit and fine-tune each content.
Inconvénients
Calendar view by month is a little cumbersome because it doesn't give bird's eye view when you are at the end of the month. 4-week view like Google calendar would be better.

Best features/price ratio and solid approval process for customer's account. Adding more team collaborators on equivalent products was way more expensive. Other products did not have same social networks support.

The Post Planner/Editor is amazing and easy to use
Avantages
I Signed up for Loomly because of 3 features mentioned on their website(Post Inspiration, Post Builder and the ability to store images and videos in the library for use in future posts.)
I also liked the workflow options, which are:
1. Original workflow with 6 different post states (Draft, Pending Approval, Requires Edit, Approved, Scheduled & Published)
2. Lite Workflow with 5 different post states (Draft, Pending Approval, Requires Edit, Scheduled & Published)
3. Zero workflow with 3 post states (Draft, Scheduled & Published)
Since I was managing one of my personal brands I used the Zero workflow option, however, I'm happy that there were other options.
I liked the post ideas option, where you save RSS feeds to use for posts. I selected the option that allowed automatically made draft posts from all the articles in the RSS feeds. I could then edit the draft post as I liked.
Another thing I liked about Loomly was the ability to preview how my post would look like on each platform.
Finally, I liked the post builder/planner/editor (I'm not sure what it's called) I liked the option to define generic content (ie the base content that would be shared on each profile. After this, you can then fine tune each channel, removing and adding from the base content, adding hastags, etc.
I liked the tips it provided for each network, tips such as reducing or increasing the length of the copy for specific channels, changing the scheduled time to a more suitable time etc.
Inconvénients
I hated how it took over ten minutes for my post to publish after clicking the publish now button. It kept showing "Submitting..." In the end I had to refresh the page and start over again. After refreshing the page and redoing the post it worked and my post was published immediately.

Loomly works well enough for what it is, but refund policy is terrible
I was happy enough with what it is, and only reason I was planing to cancel was we are simply too small a business to justify the cost, we had found a smaller package that only costs $168 a year and does the main things we wanted out of loomly. However the cancellation policy really did leave a bad impression on me and is very disappointing.
Avantages
This platform helped us get organized and get started in being more professional with our social media marketing, it does wht it claims to do
Inconvénients
We had found an alternative package that is much more cost effective for tiny companies like ours. We missed the deadline for canceling the subscription by less than 24 hours only to find out they have no refund policy, basically canceling the subscription, their policy says we can not get a single dollar refund, and we find this policy absurd, I did contact their support team to see if they are willing to refund us based on good will, however their policy clearly states that they do not give refunds. Truly dissapointed

Loomly Review
Avantages
Loomly is a great social media tool with user-friendly interface suitable even for beginners. You can collaborate on the posts with your teammates and also preview the post befor posting it, which is great. Very helpful are also the content suggestions based on trending topics.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately Loomly doesn't offer mobile app which would be very useful when you need to work out of the office.

I'm mostly in LOVE with Loomly.
With Loomly, I'm able to see and manage all of my posts in one place which is really great. Even though Loomly has room for improvement, I really enjoy their product and I'll continue working with them! Keep up the great work Loomly! MyAssistant is here with you.....we're growing together!
Avantages
I love how easy Loomly is to use. I love the suggestions/tips it gives as you go through the posting process. I also love the ability to add multiple calendars.
Inconvénients
I do not like the photo library. It does not function correctly. If I select unused photos, it shows me photos I've already posted using Loomly. If I select photos within a certain group that I've added and used, it won't show the photos in the results. I also don't like that customer service is not immediately available to address questions or concerns and that there is no phone number. One more thing, when adding hashtags you don't have the option to look at all of your hashtags....it gives you about 10 to choose from then you need to remember/create additional ones to use.

Fantastic social media collaboration tool
I was looking something that would function as a team project management tool, and I was disappointed with the other tools out there. Loomly does exactly what I was looking for. I love the ability to set user permissions, and posts can go in the queue for review and approval.
Avantages
This works great as a social project management tool. It allows one person on the team to draft the post and other admins to review and approve the posts before they are published. I also love the calendar tool that allows you to tag posts by category and see all of them in the calendar at a glance.
Inconvénients
There's nothing I really dislike. My only suggestion would be for more capabilities, like being able to "share" a post link to a designated team member after it's been approved and posted.

Gets the Job Done but Could Be Better
I think it's alright, and probably would have preferred to implement something more similar to planable. The reason we chose loomly is because it was cheaper, and while the tool isn't terrible by any means, we're getting what we paid for.
Avantages
I like that I can tag people in comments on posts so we can communicate about edits. I also like that posts are color-coded depending on their status (pending approval vs. scheduled). One thing that's really helpful is being able to edit content for each platform once the initial post is built out. It's awesome that you can drag and drop posts in the calendar view to change their dates.
Inconvénients
I don't like that I can't see a preview of the post image in the calendar view. That would make things a lot easier. I also would love if when I went to edit a post from the calendar, it would just show up in a pop up window but it doesn't do that. In order to add anything to a post past "quick post" you have to go through and fill out ALL the steps which can get annoying.

Loomly Review
I’ve enjoyed it. I think it’s easy to use and the price is fair. I hope it sticks around for a long while!
Avantages
It’s extremely user friendly. The calendar view is exactly how I like to see what’s going on. And the price is almost unbeatable for the amount of users Loomly allows, compared to other applications like Sprout or Hootsuite.
Inconvénients
Not being able to post directly to Instagram is a bother, but I understand this is an issue with all of these post-planning applications.

So glad we found Loomly!
Very good experience - we love Loomly!
Avantages
Having used other softwares (Hootsuite, Later.com ect) - we were waiting for the day Loomly would release native publishing. The tool is competitively priced and so user friendly! We hardly spend any time training new members of the team.
Inconvénients
Though I don't think this is Loomly's fault, we'd love to be able to schedule stories and carousel posts to post automatically (not reminders for manual posting!)

Great software for scheduling social media!
Great software that helps me get social media done for multiple clients.
Avantages
I love that I can schedule ahead on social posts (including Google my Business, which other brands do not offer), and have multiple client account channels in the same screen.

No complaints so far on this software program!

I recommend Loomly all the time!
Loomly holds calendars for all my clients and my own social media scheduling. It's easy for my clients to drop in to approve posts. I found Loomly on accident and I have been happy since my purchase.
Avantages
I like the ease of use with Loomly and the pricing model. Many of the features (daily inspiration being one) that I liked about other scheduling software, I have found to be more user-friendly in Loomly. I also love that the option to customize my posts based on the platform I'm posting to is all in one place and I don't have to create individual posts to start.
Inconvénients
I'm looking forward to Loomly getting auto-post features for Instagram - Once Loomly is an approved partner I don't know if I'll have any complaints.

Loomly is a savior when it comes to managing social media
As a small business I don't have the budget to hire a dedicated social media manager. I am very busy and wear many hats. Posting to Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels can be time consuming, as well as tracking social media interactions . Loomly makes it much easier to manage all this.
Avantages
With Loomly, you can manage all your social media content and interactions from one platform. I find it easier to use than similar offerings from other companies. The interface is simpler and cleaner. I can receive information via email, push notifications or even Slack. So when people engage with my content on my social media channels, I receive alerts.
Inconvénients
I wish Loomly was integrated with WordPress so that posts could autopublish from WordPress vial Loomly to all my social media channels.

The Best Social Media Scheduling Tool
Avantages
Loomly does exactly what it claims to do, reliably, and easily enough for clients to use the platform as well.
My absolute favorite part of Loomly is being able to visualize all of my posts using the monthly calendar view. This can be done on a calendar-by-calendar (client-by-client) basis or you can see a master calendar with everything in one spot. Any images you upload are also saved to a media gallery for quick retrieval later.
There are a few really helpful views, such as the monthly and list views, but you can also see what individual posts will look like on a platform-by-platform basis. When you enter a post, you can customize that 'generic' content on each platform, making it extremely simple to tailor the message to different audiences.
The advanced analytics section is helpful in being able to identify engagement rates, top performing posts, and to simply compare different time periods. Analytics for the linked social accounts can all be viewed here, so it's nice to be able to work from one tool instead of having to log into each platform separately.
From a collaboration standpoint, the comment system works well. You can @mention specific users and assign posts to other for review, edits, or approval. It's an effective way to manage a high volume of posts.
I average about 400 posts per month, and I never feel worried that I'll miss something.
Inconvénients
I would like if there was an option to disable email notifications if I'm already receiving app notifications.
It does not have two-factor authentication, which could be a dealbreaker for some.
The automatic publishing to Instagram is still in the pipeline. It would be handy to have, but it's not enough of an inconvenience to bother me on the day-to-day.

Makes life so much easier!!
Avantages
I get inspired by new things DAILY and my top priority in choosing a social media scheduler was to have a platform that allowed me to easily rearrange posts so that I wouldn't have to put new inspiration at the end of the queue of scheduled posts.
I LOVE Loomly because I can drag and drop my posts on my calendar and move an item from one day to another happens in a matter of a second. This capability wasn't possible on other platforms that I explored and it means the most to me! I also love that I can color code and label every single post to stay completely organized and easily see what I've got coming up for scheduled posts!
Inconvénients
There isn't anything significant that I dislike about Loomly - I've had a great experience and highly recommend it!

Best Social Media Management Pick
Loomly is a great tool to have. It worth every penny you are spending on it. Use it wisely.

Inconvénients
Loomy doesn’t give you much insight into the behavior of your customers. So we have to predict the less Loomy is providing. The notifications of the system needs improvement.

Fantastic Platform
I use this software to manage multiple clients and I fully enjoy using it.
Avantages
This platform is affordable and so easy to use. It makes managing the social calendars for my clients so easy.
Inconvénients
They need to get Instagram to allow them to direct publish. Once that happens, the software will be amazing.

Better Than the Others
I had been using Hootsuite before trying Loomly but it was buggy and expensive, Loomly has more features and is cheaper – a much better value. My team has loved using Loomly over other platforms and we'll never go back.
Avantages
I love that you can preview how your posts are going to look in your instagram feed before you post.
Inconvénients
The only con is there isn't direct publishing to Instagram, but that's Instagram's fault.

Loomly was surprisingly easy to use!
Very pleasantly surprised at the ease of you, the options it provides for creating content as well as the cost.
Avantages
Loomly gives marketing agencies the ability to share content with clients without giving them full access to the entire project scope. We like the fact that we can tailor our audiences and that it gives us the ability to see each platform individually.
Inconvénients
The one aspect I feel could be improved is the calendar function. Each time I want to go back instead of scrolling through the weeks to go backwards or forwards I have to manually switch to another month. I also don't like that it defaults me back to list mode each time I log in. I prefer calendar so I wish I could be lock that in as my preference. I would also love to know who the last person was to access the account. I could see if it was our team or the client.

This tool is functional, easy to learn, and very inexpensive. If you're new to social media scheduling or looking for something basic, this is the way to go. I'm impressed that they don't charge tons of extra fees for having multiple accounts on there, making this tool ideal for a freelancer.

Great product
I use Loomly on an almost daily basis and I absolutely love it! I manage multiple social media platforms over several brands and it makes the whole process much easier.
Avantages
The ability to add a number of different calendars, plus the ability to easily grant different permission levels to users. This means I have been able to give different team members access to the company profiles but allow their posts to be approved by an admin first. This was a key feature requirement for me and Loomly was one of the only ones I found that could provide it.
Inconvénients
The calendars seem to lose their connection to the social media account or need to be re-connected a bit too frequently. It's not difficult, just a bit annoying sometimes.

Almost does it all!
Overall, Loomly is an easy-to-use platform with an intuitive and clean interface. It just enjoyable to get on there! The customer service is also great and folks are very responsive.
Avantages
I switched to Loomly from another social media calendar tool because of the teamwork features, the @mention capability, and the detailed monthly reports. I really love how easy is for my team to use, collaborate on, and schedule out our posts for our social media clients.
Inconvénients
Overall, the cost is a little steep when paying month-to-month. (I had to upgrade to get the advanced reports.) It would also be nice to have a Google Chrome integration, as well as the ability to create custom reports. The biggest feature that's lacking is direct publishing to Instagram.

Makes my job possible
We are a small-ish design firm in Chicago. Without Loomly running the IG account would be cumbersome and very time consuming. I like that Loomly is not overly complicated and that conversations with my supervisor are easy within Loomly. Customer support has always been prompt and helpful and friendly. I could *probably* do my job without Loomly, but it would be awful.
Avantages
Love the calendar planning and being able to drag and drop to change post dates. The workflow options have been very useful in planning posts and then marking them for approval when ready so my supervisor can sign off on them.
Inconvénients
Wish there was a grid preview function that could exclude my story posts! I really need to preview my gallery posts in a grid, but there is no way to sort out the story posts. I don't mind manually publishing all that much but it would be really nice if it would post automatically and with tags. I would love if I could drag and drop from month to month (right now I can't drag a post from April into May).

Just the social media platform I was looking for!
As Loomly is new and growing they have been super attentive. Great support, clear communication and nice staff, not to mention a platform that is well designed and works effectively. Two thumbs up!
Avantages
I had been using Buffer but found that it was hard to visually see all of my accounts and all of my planned posts. Loomly solved that problem! Not only could I visually see the images, dates and times of my posts, but Loomly allows me to modify each post for all of the six different platforms they support. That means I can customize my post for each audience- Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. BNot only that, but having the ability to set each post's status (editing, approval, scheduled) makes sure that in-progress posts aren't accidentally published and that I can work with my team on crafting each post before it's ready to go. Super intuitive, super effective and just what I was looking for!
Inconvénients
The only challenge we're still having is that Instagram hasn't yet allowed Loomly to use their API and sometimes it disconnects from Instagram. Loomly is working hard on this and it should be solved soon!

Well Rounded Social Media Management Platform
Loomly dramatically increased my efficiency as a social media manager. I can post to multiple accounts simultaneously, saving a lot of time - time that is now spent on marketing strategies and creating campaigns. If you are thinking about getting a SMMT for your business, do yourself a favor and give Loomly a chance. You won't regret the decision.
Avantages
Ease of use. Once you link your social accounts, it is very easy to start posting and scheduling. If you are short on ideas, Loomly has a section to give you popular hashtags on any given day. The entire process can be as automated as you wish.
Inconvénients
The analytics. I wish they were better and were more options. They are ok and they help, but I personally use another program for analytics.

Loom is focused on content creation and does it very well.
Loomly is a great tool for small teams that are looking to learn about how to create social media content. I personally believe that content creation comes first and analytics comes after. I would definitely recommend as a starter tool for teams.

So Simple, Yet So Effective
Avantages
The simple UI and platform previews are awesome, but the most useful part of the platform is the ability to create, schedule, and edit copy per social channel. I utilize one piece of content and schedule it (at all different times) for Facebook, Twitter & Instagram and then am able to tweak the copy for each platform individually before publishing. This is so key for making sure twitter copy is short enough and adding hashtags specifically to Instagram. Again, the platform previews are awesome to know what your post will look like on the various social channels.
Inconvénients
Needs multiple Image upload ASAP. I actually have to utilize another social media management platform anytime I want to schedule a post with multiple images for Instagram. Other that that, nothing. Can't beat the cost for the convenience it provides. Integrates seamlessly with Buffer as well, but would be nice to not have to pay for Loomly & Buffer.

I recommend this all the time!
It has really saved me a ton of time and reduced my stress levels by helping me stay off social media.

The feature that really sold me was that I can schedule posts ahead of time, and it was cheaper than the other apps and programs I looked at.
Inconvénients
I can't schedule multiple photos/photo carousels for later posting, this has to be done manually but they do send you an alert to post.

The Loomly team are very responsive if we ever need them. The functionality of the program is fantastic. It's better than the others I've tried on the market.
Avantages
How easy it is for our social media team to set up the posts and the content and for our account managers to then go in review and approve the posts. The tips that Loomly recommends for your posts is super helpful too. Overall, Loomly is by far the best tool we've tried (and we've tried them all) for managing over 25+ social media accounts.

Takes a bit to get used to (doesn't all new software!) but after that, it's a breeze.

Loomly saved my social media life...
Just amazing. There is honestly so much about this software that I love and it has saved me a ton of time. I am also amazed at the customer service and how quick everyone is to help out when I'm unsure of something. Wonderful team.

I love that:
- I can customise each social media post per channel.
- I can create multiple calendars, schedule posts and see what's happening on each one.
- I can colour code each client on each calendar so when I see the main calendar I know what belongs to what.
- I can also title my posts and schedule them at the time I want them to go out.
- I can add users to each of those calendars.
- The software is inexpensive compared to others - especially with how many users you're allowed.
- I can boost a post straight from Loomly, and even create ads.
- I can create different audiences to target those ads.
- Loomly gives me social media post suggestions for what's happening that day. It also remembers and suggests hashtags when I'm putting those in.
- Loomly shortens urls and gives me previews to those urls, which I can turn off if I want to.
Inconvénients
Probably that I need to use Buffer to post directly to Instagram. I would also love to be able to post more than one photo on Instagram.

- no location tagging ability

- Would be useful, in the calendar view once you're editing a certain post to stay within the calendar view post and not redirected to page, editing a series would be much more convenient then having to go back again into the calendar view.

Very good publishing tool
From the first moment I started with Loomly I loved it. I started trails with a few different Social Media Publishing Tools, but Loomly just ticked all the boxes.
Avantages
Loomly makes posting content on social media fun and easy. With just a few clicks you can post on multiple social media accounts. I am using this tool for multiple businesses I own and it works like a charm.
Inconvénients
Instagram publishing isn't automatic yet. They are working hard to make this happen, but at the moment you have to publish your instagram post manually.

Very affordable alternative to the more costly competitors
Loomly has been a great solution to the problem we were having about putting out consistent content for our Facebook/Instagram etc. It's simply a matter of writing up content, adding a picture and tweaking the individual channels then we just set and forget.
Avantages
The best thing about Loomly is the general user-friendliness of writing up and scheduling posts to all our different social media platforms. It's very easy to tweak the individual platform's posts to suit their unique uses. Also the topic suggestions when creating a new post are very handy if you want to get something out but are stumped for content
Inconvénients
There aren't really any cons that I've run into. Getting started there was alot to take in, but it didn't take TOO long to get the hang of it all.

We love how easy it is to navigate through Loomly. It's user-friendly and well organized. We have a team of individuals that work on Loomly and it is super easy to assign roles, get notifications and make updates when needed.
Inconvénients
Three things I would love to see on Loomly:
1) Automatic Instagram publishing - which I know you are working on but a timeframe would be nice to know.
2) Easy access to the master calendar on the mobile app.
3) For "passed" scheduled posts, add an option to directly post instead of having to reschedule.

Loomly lets me DIY Social
Until I got my social on a true schedule, I was not getting any engagement or follower growth. I believe that my social strategy has helped grow my exposure and SEO/traffic.

Good user interface, ability to set up posts that can be easily duplicated, including many settings that are tedious to keep setting up on -platform.

I wish I could auto-schedule rotations on posts, so that a daily post can just be on auto-pilot until it expires.

Overall a must-have tool for all social media managers and content teams. The pricing is also the best among the other tools.

Loomly has all the major features including content approval workflows that a social media management team requires. Also the tool is quite easy to use, have an intuitive UI and the customer support is also great.

They show some post ideas & trends, however, most of them are useless to B2B enterprises. If they could improve on those ideas based on the kind of posts created from the account, that would be great.

Excellent tool for managing multiple social media accounts
I have used the chat room multiple teams - especially in the beginning. Responses have been quick and thorough - it's obvious you're talking to real people and not Bots.
Avantages
Love the ease of use and the ability to collaborate with all my clients. I also appreciate the idea starters and the usage of Unsplash imagery. It's great to view calendars in multiple ways. My clients really enjoy the tool - and how easy it is to approve and schedule. It only takes me about 15 minutes to walk them through it and they're ready to go.
Inconvénients
My only complaint is that there is such a steep jump in pricing - going from standard to advanced. Since everyone who touches it counts as a user - it's really tough to keep it at 6. Would really prefer to be able to add users somewhere betwee 6 and 16. It would also be great if there were different levels/costs of users - eg. those who posted, and those who just approved.

Very good value for your money!
It makes it easy for me to link new customers and give them an open view on what I'm doing.
They can follow day to day posts true their PDF calendar.
Beginning of the month, I send them a draft of the calendar and they can make notes which I can adjust easily.
Also the mobile app is easy to use and you can edit it at the last minute if needed.
Avantages
2 months ago I started as a local Social Media Photographer. Which mean I am a social media expert that does the follow-up for a lot of local stores/enterprises' social media in combination with a monthly dose of photography.
I was looking for a platform that made it easy for me to import the pictures and form a calender that I could send to my customers so they can follow every step of the social media-planning.
Loomly has it all:
* Nice calender
* Details of every post
* Statistics at the end of the month for all my channels (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook)
* Good pricing!
* I LOVE the customer service. Whenever I need to ask a question, they almost immediately respond to my messages.
Inconvénients
There's not much to dislike but I'm still waiting for the automatic Instagram-posting! Because I have a lot of channels, I can't do it on free platforms so I need to publish manual for the time being.
Also the analytics could be a bit more in detail (e.x. Iconosquare is very detailed!)

Avantages
The calendar view is spectacular! I can view my upcoming posts by a list or calendar view, AND I can view my different company calendars in a consolidated view! OMG! If I have a queued post that I want to be moved to a different day, just drag/drop to a new date. Easy peasy!
The analytics are amazing!! Tells me my top posts (by saves and comments) and my flops (by saves and comments) as well as metrics for each post for each of my social media accounts.
I own three businesses and manage social media for a 4th. The sharing capabilities allow me to queue posts for the managed company to review/approve as well as allow employees of the managed company to generate their own posts as needed.
Inconvénients
The only con as of now is the IG posting is still manual. :-( It does facilitate easy posting by loading up my post to my IG account on my phone for me to review and approve, but it would be nice for it to auto post.

Almost Everything
Loomly was the only software I could find that is desktop based, built for team reviews and calendar planning, and has auto-publishing. It's been great, but the iPhone app lacks most of the features included on the site

desktop platform that pushes to Instagram and has auto-publishing capabilities; team review workflow; alternate captions; multiple social media channels; monthly calendar; reminders; library for photos; comments -- basically everything that is included is great
Inconvénients
lacking and instagram feed view to plan how quilt would look with the queued posts

Don't waste your money. Posts don't always go up, zero customer service.
The calendar was useful.
Avantages
The calendar feature. Other than that not much else good to say about this pay-only service that is heavily promoted and seems to have a lot of fake positive reviews.
Inconvénients
No customer service, posts don't publish a lot of the time. Only Instagram images allowed, not videos. Video posts in general incredibly limited. Hootsuite is messier but much more reliable.

1. It looks like you reached out to us on July 25, 2018 over chat and our CMO Noemie replied to you the same day. Is there any chance you did not receive her reply?
2. You are perfectly correct, at the moment, it is only possible to automatically publish image posts to Instagram: this is not a limitation on our side but a constraint from the Instagram API: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/content-publishing/#requirements
3. Very respectfully, I would like to point that reviews published on Capterra come from Loomly customers.

Great Scheduler
I was using spreadsheets and Google Drive before to share content with clients. Now they can just approve the posts (and see them, too) right from their own dashboard.
Avantages
I love Loomly because it's so easy to use. I love being able to preview my posts before they are scheduled. I also love that my clients can approve the posts directly. This eliminates the need for spreadsheets and uploading photos/videos for clients to view. Customer service is great, too. Anytime I've had an issue, it's been resolved very quickly. It's very affordable as well.
Inconvénients
Direct publishing to Instagram, but I believe it's coming.

So far the best community management tool ever used
Avantages
Very easy to use and manage with all my customers. All of them said that it is a very intuitive tool and they are very happy to work with it.
Inconvénients
Still no direct publication with Instagram but it has been solved temporarily with Zapier integration.
