Avantages

I have tried a ton of social media scheduling software and at the moment, this is my favorite. I like the clean interface, the calendar view of my scheduled posts and the ability to customize each post for the specific social media platform. I also like that it provides social media content ideas if you get stuck on what to post.

Inconvénients

One thing I would love to see better monitoring capabilities. I like that I can see the number of likes and comments, but I would like to interact with those that interact with me.

The ability to schedule posts in advance on several social platforms that we use.

Inconvénients

Currently, it does not support Instagram, so we have to use yet another platform to schedule those posts. Also, sometimes an image will be shown from the link source, but after posting, the image does not appear. You just get a placeholder blank scroll image.

Avantages

Unlike other social media scheduler, Loomly is much easier to use and helps you to understand when and how to schedule your posts. Their suggestions have helped me more times than I can count when I am out of ideas. Interface is easy to navigate and response time is fast on desktop or on their mobile app.

Inconvénients

While it was just a trial phase, their ad management still needs work, especially when you need the options to create more advanced collaterals such as carousel ads.

The best thing about Loomly is being about to utilize it easily with multiple people on our social team. I love being able to approve content from anywhere and plan out in the future with our team of 4 people.

Inconvénients

I wish you could add images and videos to the library from your mobile device. Right now I have to send photos from my phone to my laptop and then upload them to Loomly from there. That process needs to be a little easier. I think general functionality on the mobile app could be improved.

The shared calendars are easy to setup and share with colleauges, clients, or contractors and provide a collaborative environment for creating and scheduling out your social media content calendars with ease. Additionally, the comprehensive and comparative reporting from week-to-week or month-to-month compiled for each clients' calendar is easy to generate; a click of the button, and easy for the client to read and understand because each and every assigned active social media account associated with the calendar is neatly compiled into one report. No more multiple sourced social media reports from each individual platform. Loomly has saved me hours and hours of work each month.

Inconvénients

The biggest thing missing for any one providing an all-encompassing social media management solution is the "listening". You are not able to read or respond to post comments or direct messages to the social pages from within Loomly. This is strictly a scheduling and reporting application. Additionally, if you are creating specialized post creations inside a social platform (ex: slideshows in Facebook), or are publishing content to a blog, there's no way to really indicated this on the calendar or note in client reports.

It takes a little while to learn, but overall it is pretty easy. The customer support option is available and helpful.

This software is very clean and convenient. It's very easy to use. If there's something that you want or need and you can't find it, their customer service is the absolute best!!!! They will answer you immediately with a real person and either tell you how to do what you needed to do, or add it to their list of new features that they'll add in.

Inconvénients

Any features that are missing, they've already addressed and are working to fix/add, so I really don't have much to complain about. It would be nice if you could preload a bank of posts for a calendar in a place other than in a calendar so when you wanted to use it/duplicate it or recycle it you could find it more quickly than having to go back to when you originally posted it or make it from scratch. They have a prompt section, so basically making a second one for user use.

Loomly saves my time and my sanity! I love that I can brainstorm, plan, get approval for, schedule, and post all of my social media straight from one place. No remembering passwords, no signing into multiple accounts... it's AMAZING!

The ONLY issue I have with Loomly is that it can't post to Instagram yet, but I know they're working on it!

I wish Instagram could auto-publish like the other platforms - BUT Loomly has been open and honest about working with Instagram to make this happen and in the meantime, they have made it super easy to publish to Instagram with a push notification that literally takes 30 seconds max.

I do love how easy Loomly is to navigate. For different social postings (FB, Insta, Pinterest, Twitter), the software walks you through requirements for each (i.e. Different max lengths for different platforms). If there's a problem, Loomly notifies you before being able to schedule your specific post.

Inconvénients

There are bugs, specifically on Instagram posts. However, fixes are in the pipeline per the company. (I've had several online convos with their customer service team, and they're also very accessible and helpful.)

Avantages

It's very intuitive and simple to use. I like being able to schedule all in one place, so it makes handling social media across several clients and my own business easy. Having results metrics all in one place is another positive.

Inconvénients

I'd like to be able to download the calendars 'ungrouped,' so I can show clients when things posted, not when the posts were created; that's not meaningful to them. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to tag individuals on LinkedIn, not just businesses. It would also be nice to be able to group calendars together. For example, for a couple of clients, I run their personal Linkedin pages and their business pages, so seeing all the results aggregated would be helpful. Also, directly posting to instagram would help.

Really easy to schedule posts. The calendar drag and drop feature also makes life easier, and you can create one post and schedule it for multiple platforms really easily

Inconvénients

We don't always use the auto-scheduling feature, instead we use quick posts to map out our coming weeks. If you don't mark a post as scheduled you get a notification email saying it hasn't gone live. Would like a feature where you can just pencil a post in with no scheduling.

Avantages

From the multiple calendar views right on through the library and optional client approval process, this is hands down, the most complete social media management tool out there. The customer service is brilliant and they are updating often. With the built in connections to other software, Loomly is my dashboard for all things social media.

Inconvénients

I would like the ability to colour code my own dashboard (or at least customise from the standard set-up), but the developers are quick to respond to my suggestions. I would also like an in-built message system for my clients. The way it is set up now is not intuitive (especially for clients who are not web savvy) and when things like the Library is updated, I don't get an automatic notification. Being able to easily communicate with clients through the app would be the cherry on top!

Loomly makes it super easy to schedule out all of our social media posts ahead of time. This frees up my time to work on my paid work. I love the Post Ideas function that helps with figuring out what to post.

Inconvénients

I don't like that I still have to manually post to Instagram; I know that they are working on that function but at the moment it's not very user friendly. I have multiple Instagram accounts logged into on my phone (work, client, personal) and if I'm not super careful my posts can get published to the wrong account.

I LOVE that it's not a spreadsheet!! I love the two different view options (calendar and list). Makes it so easy for me to see at-a-glance what my social media calendar looks like for the week. Love it.

Inconvénients

Minor quibble - wish emojis were included (I use them a lot). I wind up having to cut and paste, but compared to all the positives with Loomly, this is minute.

The ease of setup and use and ability to view posts in a month view easily were the biggest factors in selecting Loomly for our social media management. Loomly has proven to be a key tool for our social media manager, who exclaimed yesterday, months into use, "I just LOVE Loomly!" Being able to setup a post for both Instagram and Facebook with optimized customizations for each, in one screen is fantastic.

Inconvénients

I really can't think of any cons for Loomly. I suppose it can't cook us dinner... but that's really not a fair ask.

I've recommended Loomly to multiple clients who are all now using.

It isn't the cheapest option, but it is still value for money due to the time savings.

Better intergration with Instagram and being able to tag events in Facebook would be ideal.

1. The pricing is the best in class. You can't go wrong with them at their price points. Low monthly cost for being able to manage multiple accounts and users.

2. Very easy to use with a low barrier to entry in getting up and running.

3. The feature set vs. pricing is top notch. You basically get everything you need at a price typically 1/3 less then everyone else.

4. They are very responsive to support and feedback.

Inconvénients

1. Month view calendar could be a bit more functional.

2. RSS feed imports at random early morning times and would work better with a feature to automate the time these come in at.

3. White label support would be great.

4. Currently Instagram posting isn't supported.

Loomly helps our organization manage our social media pages with ease. Multiple employees can schedule posts and submit for approval, while Loomly gives us intuitive post suggestions and fills out our content calendar so everything appears at a glance. Love being able to manage our accounts with such ease and organization.

The base package is affordable and allows us to use most of Loomly's functionality, however, you are limited on the number of users you can add without increasing your subscription package significantly.

There was a minor set back with the automated Instagram publishing, but Loomly quickly resolved that issue and walked us through every step to get back to fully automated publishing.

I wish I could tag people in the post on Loomly. What I do now is schedule it through Loomly, and go back in on my phone and tag people. This may be something that's available and I just don't know how to use it?

I manage 3 brands across multiple channels of social media and creating a post for every channel life each day was totally for the birds. There had to be a time saving platform out there that would allow me to put all my eggs in one basket. I loved the fact that I could create posts for all of the platforms that I use in one location and easily organize each brand.

At first, the only thing that seemed to be a downfall for this platform was the Instagram integration, but that was resolved and now we are posting on Instagram with confidence through Loomly.

Not all of my posts are formatted for all social media platforms. It would be nice if it was easy to edit or resize images to fit Instagram - without having to recreate the image and the entire post.

I like that it will save us time posting to several sites. It is a rather easy to user interface. It has definitely made posting to multiple places easier and much faster.

Inconvénients

You have to manually push to Instagram frequently. This is time consuming. There are work around but require a sign up with other services. After making a post and scheduling it for publishing it takes you back to a screen where you have to click to reopen the calendar vs going back to the calendar view. I also think that you should be able to print your calendar out with any paid membership regardless of the tier. This should not require an upgrade.
