Predictive Dialer by Innitel est une solution cloud de traitement des appels qui s'adresse aux call centers de tailles variées. La solution s'intègre à des outils de génération de leads tels que des pages de renvoi, des applications CRM (Customer Relationship Management), des sites affiliés et des listes de contacts. La solution propose un numéroteur logiciel intégré, éliminant ainsi le besoin d'achat auprès d'un fournisseur tiers. Le tableau de bord en temps réel de cette solution permet aux responsables de vérifier le nombre d'agents en communication, la durée des appels, le nombre d'appels convertis avec succès et les appels en attente. La fonctionnalité de reporting et d'analyse d'Innitel Predictive Dialer fournit aux call centers des informations sur leurs performances. Good Value for Money

Squaretalk has improved our ability to manage sales calls and customer support. It’s made our team more efficient, and the automation tools have saved us a lot of time. The platform’s affordability has also helped us stay within budget while getting the features we need.

Avantages

The platform offers great value for the price. We get a lot of functionality without having to pay a premium. The call management features are particularly useful for our sales team.

Inconvénients

I haven’t encountered any major problems so far.

Customizable and Dependable Cloud Telephony

Our previous on-premise system couldn't handle surges in call volumes reliably, leading to frequent downtime issues. By contrast, Squaretalk's cloud-based reliability even during 150+ daily calls is impressive, with minimal latency or drops.

Avantages

I really value how customizable Squaretalk's reporting and workflows are without needing technical resources.

Inconvénients

While the self-service portal covers basics, expanding those capabilities further would maximize convenience.

Overall a positive experience with Squaretalk

I would definitely recommend SquareTalk, one of the few platforms where everything is transparent and working

Avantages

First of all I would like to appreciate our Account Manager [sensitive content hidden] , whenever we need help, advice or something, she helps us as much as she can, when something is wrong she writes us back as soon as she can, absolutely top notch AM

I would also like to appreciate the chat support which is directly on the platform which has made our work easier and faster many times when there was a issue

Horrible, not working, and not even refunding or replying to refund requests

Avantages

The way its being massively oversold by a highly qualified sales person. It's a cool dude, but once the sale is made and nothing is working, it's not possible to contact this guy.

Inconvénients

It never worked. The guys couldn't like this [SENSITIVE CONTENT] to our internet or something. Support was worthless, again not helping at all. After 2 weeks of wasting a lot of time on this, I decided to just give up an not waste energy on this bs anymore. Again, the team was very very unprofessional, not refunding the pilot money, though I've never been able to use it. Wasted my time, my resources, and this is the type of service you can expect from these fellows.

Squaretalk Optimized Our Problem-solving Process

I manage a retraining center that offers online and in-person courses. Our customer support needs have doubled in the last year, with constant requests for assistance with enrollment, financial aid applications, payment processing, and technical problems with the online platform. Squaretalk provides reliable call management, IVR for after-hours and holidays, queue callbacks, and call transfers, which allow us to handle larger call volumes and resolve issues faster.

The Click-to-Call CRM integration and the advanced call-handling features help us personalize our services and improve retention.

Amazing Support, Amazing People, Amazing Services and their VOIP doesn't drop

it's the best, we used twilio, we used a lot of other systems but we are not changing this one

I really enjoy the system interface it's simple straight to the point and their support wow they are supporting us any time we had a question or an issue they were there and resolved it.

Inconvénients

i have 0 complaints so far, the only con is the don't support on Sundays. besides that. no complaints.

My Review of Squaretalk

As an e-commerce business, we have seasonal spikes and irregular demand on our call center, typically for real-time updates about order status or delivery. We needed software that could add or remove agents without lengthy contract negotiations or extensive system reconfiguration. With Squaretalk’s platform, we have full control over our account and can scale up and down with one click.

Avantages

We have more autonomy and self-service options than our previous providers, which enables us to make swift changes and optimizations. The support response time is short, even on the weekends, and our account manager is very responsive.

Easy to assimilate and work - reports need more time to be more effective

A good system integrated into your crm

Avantages

The system is easy to use, it is simple and practical. From the pms with a single click I can call my clients without having to use dialing.
It has many other functions, which I don't really use, but it will certainly work for other businesses.
The support is really excellent, the communication is fast and effective.

Inconvénients

So far I have no criticism of the system; except for two brief moments when the system failed to convert the call. Specific cases, without a doubt.

Predictive Dialer Amazing Product by Innitel

My company has been clients of Innitel for more than 2 years, one of the reason for applying for their services was because of the Dialer. We use it every day with 4 brands and 5 offices works perfectly every day like a well oiled machine. The Dialer has solved for us many problems and has saved for us alot of money and of course manpower. Any callcenter that makes calls to clients daily must get the Innitel Predictive Dialer .

Very handy and useful

Can't see how I worked without it before, very productive has all the UI requiered for any user to easily access, calls alot of clients at the same time, and gives you fast and quick results,
it's very important for any call center to have this kind of assistance.
This program can make everyone's work easier, and also is very good at marketing purposes.
works on all of our systems with awesome intergration.

EASY TO USE SOFT

Very simple and easy to use.
No problems as i used to have with other providers. Work very well, even with bad internet connection. The cost is good.

Excellent Dialer system,works great, easy to set up and configure.

At the end as a call center manager, i am looking for a solution that i can rely on, that works with no bugs, that the support team behind it is responsive and take my business very seriously.

Innitel's Atomic dialer and the team behind it, are definitely meeting those requirements.
The price is fair, the quality is excellent, and i even got them to integrate the Dialer system to my Sugar CRM at no extra fee, and that's really nice.

A good tool to improve outbound productivity

The team is very friendly and professional, we had a few issues at the set up which were quickly escalated and resolved, all and all the service is stable and easy to set up, the cost is reasonable and the results are impressive.
