Don't believe [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], it's all a scam
The system looked great to begin with, the sales process was easy and there was lots of communication. They got way too greedy and have ruined a potentially awesome ATS/CRM by chasing quick bucks and not delivering what is promised.

I started speaking with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], as part of my process to find a new ATS and CRM 3 months ago. He promised that RecruitCRM would be able to integrate with my usual job board API's to multi-post jobs and accept candidates, eliminating the need for BroadBean or another multi-poster.
This functionality wasn't a feature when we started speaking, but I was promised numerous times that it would be available soon and delayed the implementation until this function was up and running.
I spoke to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] today, and he told me that to multipost jobs from within RecruitCRM, I would have now have to buy credits from his supplier. This wasn't part of the original conversations, but he denies that vehemently, meaning that one us is lying. And I'm pretty sure it's not me...

Recruit CRM is primarily an ATS+CRM and thus does not specialize in Commercial Job Distribution apart from the handful of free job boards we let our users auto-post jobs to.
To help our customers, We have partnered with a Job Distribution company from The Netherlands that lets you buy premium ads on over 2000+ Job Boards & media channels across the world.
Unfortunately, because the partner distributes the jobs, they do not let you bypass them and buy credits directly from multiple Job Boards while using their technology to publish jobs.
We're extremely sorry if this was not clear during your demo of Recruit CRM. This was how this feature was always planned since we have no way to directly partner with 2000 Independent Job boards :(

There are some issues/ideas, but they are open for any remark from the users, and there is a a very well established system to report/communicate these requests from the users's side, and RCRM team tries to accomodate those ones, which are the most wanted by us/users, and implement them in their next updates! This is something really fantastic, as this is a kind of "we do it together" approach

Great ATS
Avantages
The dashboard and the additional reports as well as the kanban view is what sold me! The dashboard is critical to our daily metrics and review of the candidate pipeline. We have customized it to meet criteria we believe are important to track and we share the metrics with the team daily. Another value is their customer support. It is excellent. They quickly respond and assist you with your questions and even provide quick links and short video clips to explain how to resolve a question. AND they are always willing to hop on a call. Their service is really what makes this a great product.
Inconvénients
Look forward to continued integrations with other apps to make RecruitCRM even more robust.

Amazing Customer Service
What makes them historically valued in my mind is their amazing customer service. You get the feeling that they are down the hall in your building because no matter what time day or night they make it their business to resolve your problems. In my career they would rank as the best ever in customer service. I hope I can get my company to their level.
Avantages
The product is easy to use, yet the product is backed by easy to find video's of each component which allows for ongoing Training and renewal of knowledge.

Easy to use, intuitive platform for any type of staffing/recruiting firm
I looked into 10-12 other platforms for our organization and chose Recruit CRM. I'm happy to say we're thrilled with the product and will be a customer for a long time.
Avantages
This platform is easy to use, but intuitive enough to handle everything we need - I can house clients, candidates, open jobs and my billing all in one place. It's not overly complicated and the team at Recruit CRM is constantly updating and improving the product.

I have enjoyed every aspect of the software.

Great product even better team
I love working with RecruitCRM. Very easy to use software with multiple features, a really amazing google extension addon, and a mobile app. Has all of the features, I need.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team at RecruitCRM are amazing. The features are very straightforward and easy to use. However, if you run into an issue, the team has been more than willing to go out of their way to get you an answer. Great support and now that they have a mobile app, it's a very smart play
Inconvénients
My only beef with RecruitCRM is with API integration. They offer it and it's very easy to implement. BUt you have to be on their enterprise package which increases the cost of each user across the board. A minimal concern but still a concern for our small business.

Awesome software and even better support

The software is easy to use and the APIs used save a great amount of time on daily basis. The stock reports will fulfill all the reporting needs without any customization required. The software is backed by an incredible team ready to jump in for any support and training - no questions asked.

Great journey so far!

I've been using this product from the early days and I've seen first hand how far it has come. I find it very versatile and the team in RecruitCRM are very quick to jump into a video call with me, if I ever have any issues or queries. As an agency, we have full integrated with their system and we find it very efficient and definitely saves us time on administrative tasks
Inconvénients
Great options and abilities are being added all the time, I nearly find it hard to keep up. To be fair, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team are very good at creating "How to " guides on anything new and answering any queries we have.

The best CRM for a growing company

Unlike other platforms, RecruitCRM is equally robust and versatile, allowing our team to streamline our workflow without limiting the creativity and style of individual team members. The layout is intuitive and easy to navigate, as are the administrative features on the back end to customize the ecosystem and published pages.
Inconvénients
The only pain point from my team thus far has been some of the language or labelling or core features, but that is mostly a learning curve inherent in moving to a new platform that I don't anticipate enduring.

I love how the Recruit CRM team is willing to work with us to help teach and create features that make things easier as a recruiter.

The software is amazing, and the team is excellent in terms of service. Is pretty easy to use and has amazing features that make our recruiting lives easier.
My doubts are solved with extreme efficiency and they iterate so quickly.

I like how comprehensive it is, with literally everything you need and at the same time they are put together in a way that makes it intuitive and simple to use, which results in great efficiency - lots of automation and integration (you can literally do everything from the platform itself, without using email, calendar or any other tool outside of it).

there aren't really any downsides, I've shared some ideas with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] directly in a call that he made himself available for personally and he promised to implement them, so Im looking forward to the new releases :)

Game changer!!!!
I love how organized the system is, and how little time it takes to get what we need at a moments notice. One click and you have everything you need!
Avantages
We all love the how easy it is to upload candidate files, use the pipeline, schedule interviews, etc. It takes seconds to know what is happening on each job and what stage the candidates are in. Our old systems over the years were very time consuming, and the programmers always made promises they couldn't keep, leaving us feeling taken advantage of. I'm so happy my business coach recommended you!!
Inconvénients
We are still finding it very difficult to filter candidates by; Title, and location. I really hope at some point this filter works for us.

Perfect Tool for Our Daily Business
We work faster and more thorough, candidates are easy to find and follow up, the import of these is easy as well.
Avantages
The implementation of Recruit CRM was easy and fast. We've been searching for a customizable tool for a long time! Now we can work as before, only that it's faster, easy to search and better looking. ;-)
Inconvénients
Some features are important for us but still missing:Customization of columns width within a candidate mail to client.The candidates list to clients should show the same details we are able to see. This should be an option to activate.

Recruit CRM Review
Overall the experience has been excellent. I had 4 demos for various ATS/CRM systems and Recruit CRM were the least salesy out of them all which definitely caught my attention. I came across a team that truely believed in their product and let the platform speak for itself. Considering I am a one man team and small account for these guys they have gone above and beyond to ensure I happy with the platform and always on hand to help. Another massive plus was the pricing..... no unjustified "set-up costs" or highly priced addons, the price was exactly as stated on the website.
Avantages
Main pro is the user friendliness of the system. All users are given trial access and I was able to figure out my way around without being shown the official demo from Recruit CRM which is testament to how easy the system is to use. There were two other key features that I needed from my ATS/CRM and that was integration with Gmail and my website and Recruit CRM ticked both boxes. The integration with Gmail was seemless and took less than 5 mins. My web developers were also able to integrate the jobs page with my website without any hassle.
Another massive plus is the support I have received to date. The guys at Recruit CRM are always on hand to answer my questions. They also have a host of tutorial videos which provide easy to follow instructions on how to complete various tasks on the system.

No issues to date. It would be great to see a android app in the future.

Great tool for boutique staffing firms

When we search for a new vendor the main thing we look for is a high degree of customer service. A lot of the larger companies can care less about your experience and just want your money. The leaders at RecruitCRM spend the time to understand your business needs and they go the extra mile to make sure the tool fits your process. As a huge plus, they offer free training and individual training for your recruiters should they need it.
Inconvénients
Lots of integrations and plugins that many non technical recruiters struggle with. You have to be somewhat tech savvy to have immediate success with the tool.

Why we chose Recruit CRM and output
With RCRM and Enorth being in small recruitment team our daily usage with RCRM gauges everyone's performance and manages all of the general day to day duties as a one stop shop. Myself having 20 years + recruitment experience i have to say this software has been the most enjoyable and easiest Recruitment CRM i have used in a long time!

To add a CV this is one of the most important factors - With RCRM i have to say its been the easiest by far to just drag and drop and collate all the details this is extremely useful.
to add job with our Clients is also another important factor and with RCRM this has been real easier to manage and ensure we are supplying candidates for all our jobs
This is my favourite add - we can share our jobs so simple by either a click of a button or copy and past the Link. With this candidates are able to real time apply and speeds the application process up.
Inconvénients
i generally dont have any dislikes yet and have been satisfied with the system. Any issues I do have RCRM are at a click of button to discuss and eliminate any problems.

Recruit CRM is an excellent tool
Our experience has been the best with Recruit CRM. The simplicity of the interface has made it really easy for us to build our database and manage our business. I would 100% recommend Recruit CRM to anyone looking to start their recruiting firm or who is seeking to upgrade their CRM to one specific to the recruiting industry.
Avantages
The support team at Recruit CRM has been tremendous. They really stand out in the level of their world class support in getting set up and for ongoing training. They have been helpful in helping us customize some aspects of the software and have just generally gone above and beyond. Their level of customer service does truly stand out as many of the other CRM providers did not return calls or emails and were impossible to communicate with. Recruit CRM has been the best customer experience.
Inconvénients
The only area of improvement I see for the software is if you could text candidates through the platform. Currently you can call candidates through Recruit CRM but it would be great to also be able to text candidates and clients through the platform.

Nice overview, intuitive UI and it's very customizable. But what I like MOST is the awesome customer support, they have a hands-on approach are always available to give personal advice through calls or video messages. I hope this never changes in Recruit CRM; the personal approach is what I think really sets them apart and make the subscription worth the buck.
Inconvénients
Smaller things such as an overview of all notifications. But I've addressed these ideas to customer support and they will implement these changes. It would be even better if they could update these functionalities daily; but that's probably not realistic because there are so many users and they have to prioritize. Honestly, can't complain.

Great product and customer service
Overall its been brilliant within 10 hours of using the platform you get a good grip of the platform and its usability and functions. It has sped up my ability to reach out to my network and market no end and would highly recommend for recruiters starting up on their own.

Its a very intuitive platform with strong UX/UI features compared to other solutions i looked at and demo'ed.
Inconvénients
The only con I have is the more of a specific need for how i operate in my market and not a generic platform issue. The ability to create "jobs" for candidates and not just clients.

Avantages
Very easy to learn and use with unprecedented support - they actually take to heart even suggestions for future development requirements from end-users! Pricing is moderate and setting-up the system is very smooth with excellent tailoring of the entire database to fit our specific needs.
Inconvénients
The front page is a bit 'dull' and might need a more 'sexy' dashboard in the future.

With an easy implementation, so many self-directed features, and the monthly subscription, we couldn't be happier with the cost/value balance.

A software that meets all my needs as a headhunter
Avantages
I have been looking for a software that was both the customer CRM part and a recruitment tool for a long time.
RCRM answers these two issues. It is also very free, we can easily customize it to have the information we need for our own business.
the design of the site is very good, easy to understand and read.
Finally, I have never had such a relevant customer service! they are very responsive, and always find a solution to our questions! it's particularly pleasant!!!

there are regularly new features that meet my needs!

Simply the best ATS/CRM Available
Avantages
RecruitCRM is one of the easiest and most customizable ATS/CRMs I have ever used. I've worked in the staffing/recruting industry for over 20 years and have used more systems than I can remember. As a small business owner I needed something configurable to my process, easy to use and train on, and of course affordable. RecruitCRM met all those requirements and more. On top of an incredible software platform, their customer service is hands down THE BEST.
Inconvénients
Had I written this review a few month ago, I may have had "cons" to comment about but the team at RecruitCRM are so responsive to product enhancement requests that they've already released new versions of the software addressing the concerns I raised.

Higky effective
amazing onboarding, in a few minutes I was able (alone!) to work on our recruitment funnel. Clearly all the features are designed to serve a staffing agency.

Avantages
UX, UI, cusomer experience, agility, speed, staff. Our rep and his team are always available for us.

The best ATS which I ever used
Great so far. Helping us automate many of the recruitment activities.

Chrome extension, candidate workflow, reporting, CRM features, and support.

Nothing critical at this moment. We have been able to setup properly everything.

Best ATS has to offer
It has been a seemless transition from my previous ATS to Recruit CRM. I have never had better Customer service!
Avantages
Very easy to use and everything ties in nicely from parsing the candidate to billing your client:)
Inconvénients
They are a smaller company, so they are slowly working out the glitches which are very few. However, any issue that you have gets resolved really quickly.

Less time on Admin, more time billing!
I really like it. I looked at Microsoft Dynamics and go-to big brands like Bulhorn but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team and his quality of service stood out to me. Recruit CRM offers everything and comes complete with a fantastic APP which makes calling candidates easy at a click of a button.
Avantages
Easy to use, colourful and user friendly. Really fantastic google chrome tool and ATS making everything fluid and GDPR compliant.
Inconvénients
Still learning to use the software and so far happy. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team are always there to help me and there are unlimited webinars available to ensure you are making full use of the software.
