When we send emails to candidates from i-Smart, they aren’t receiving them. So, we have to resend the emails using Outlook. I’ve used the bulk mailing feature in i-Smart once or twice, but it feels time-consuming.

I like how easy the software is to use and how intuitive it is. It was easy to learn because everything was where it "felt" like it should be. The software support is also very helpful and responsive when you run into challenges.

I tried to integrate a Twilio account and found the process very challenging, so much so that I moved on without integrating at this point.

iSmart has almost all the functionality you need for effective recruitment process. Their support is fantastic, always there for you! iSmart team listens to their client needs and regularly does soft functionality upgrades - in my opinion this is thir greatest advantage.

It is very useful, that you can customise processes to your needs, for example, you can create your own client pipeline statuses and set, how candidates are moving through the pipeline. Sync with gmail is really usefull if you use g-suit for business.

There are not many flaws for this software. If you have legit idea, what is missing, team will discuss it and offer a solution.
