The best resource for specific needs
This tool has been useful for various tasks such as electronic signatures, providing detailed analysis, and offering exceptional customer service. Moreover, it has not only facilitated my work but also enhanced the efficiency of the entire sales team.
Avantages
DealHub can be customized to fit a wide variety of use cases and specific needs. I like it because it makes it easy to work with and automate document signatures through its tool, and it also has configurations for sales processes.
Inconvénients
The only thing I don't like about DealHub is that its interface can be a bit heavy. However, with a bit of patience, it becomes efficient to work with.

Dealhub has reduced 80% of deal errors for a SAAS business
Dealhub as a company has been great. The whole team has gone out of their way to help us. The product has reduced errors at the back end by about 80%. The approval workflows have given visibility to management about discounting practice and it has allowed us to automate this process.
One of the big learnings is that if you are looking at changing your ERP and getting a CPQ, do the CPQ first, then change ERP. We did things the other way around and the ERP conditioned far too much of our CPQ implementation. We are managing subscriptions, this was the most painful thing to have to map into the CPQ, and a large part of the pain was with how we needed to work within the constraints of our ERP.
Avantages
the guided selling process was key for our team. Previous process was wide open and too many errors would happen, meaning that fixing them was tedious and time consuming. We use HubSpot and the integration is quite good.
Inconvénients
It is quite blank slate. The platform requires everything to be built from scratch. Luckily we had a great implementation team to help us build.
Some of the logic takes getting used to, and the "table builder" for Dealroom and PDFs is not easy to modify because there is no GUI, it is column widths and trial and error.

We couldn't guide the quoting process. Both tools provide a very open way of quoting and required the sales team to know the pitfalls and to operate honestly. Honesty wasn't a problem, but remembering to do everything right is hard and they would often forget a step and it would cause issues on the back end.Pourquoi passer à DealHub
Subskribe looked really good, but at the time we looked it wasn't quite mature. In the next year or two I would expect it to be. Dealhub (and Subskribe) were the only products that had a modern user interface, could handle complex approval workflows (we needed line item level approvals as well as overall deal level approvals) and could handle multi-currency. Another important factor was working directly with the software company that built the product, not through a partner. We excluded the others because they didn't feel modern (Mobileforce) or have the functionality we required (eg. Cacheflow didn't have line item approval workflows, but they might have since updated this). DealHub 2.0 - features and support
Very positive. Best CPQ tool I've used and great company to partner with.
Avantages
DealHub lets you get as complicated as you need all while maintaining an easy to use framework. The company is also ultra-responsive. Support tickets are answered faster than any other vendor I've worked with.
Inconvénients
There are limited formula options. Thus, some rules require nested logic to achieve. Documentation and training are not extensive, but again - the support team is great.

Honest Review
Preparation of proposals and contracts were really made easier through Dealhub. Maintaining and troubleshooting the backend is really challenging though.

Provides a quick way of preparing proposals and contracts. The dealroom is also very visually appealing and accessible.
Inconvénients
Dealhub's backend is very multifaceted that's why detecting errors and troubleshooting can be very tricky. Also, errors often appear here and there.

Needs improvement, but getting there!
Pretty good! I like how responsive the DealHub Support team is! We're still working through the growing pains but I think we're on the right track :)

- DealHub ensures everyone has the most up-to-date version of a proposal at any given time
- No longer have to rely on manual processes like email
- DealHub Support is very responsive!

- DealHub seems to struggle with collaboration. We have an open issue of proposals disappearing if more than one person updates them.
- Would love to be able to access old versions of a proposal - sometimes I forget what changes I made and would like to reference back.
- Would love an ability to attach documents to the draft proposal

CPQ made easy!
Overall, it has been a great experience which was expertly guided by [sensitive content hidden]. His knowledge, guidance and patience is truly appreciated. The overarching goal for phase 1 was to improve the user experience of creating quotes. The feedback from users since going live has been positive on this, which builds confidence and trust within the user base that future developments will be good.
Avantages
The ability to configure it to your needs without requiring any coding skills. It is very logical and has been able to handle our complexity.
Inconvénients
Making bulk changes to product assignment and/or pricing rules can be a bit tricky.

CPQ Alternative that works for us!
Overall, we have appreciated this product and its teams behind it. We have a wonderful CSM and the support team is very helpful when needed. However, the biggest win is being able to work with a system that is a less complicated and pricey version for CPQ.
Avantages
Very configurable to specific needs. We are a use case that is a bit outside of traditional subscriptions and have been able to use this product for our use case.
Inconvénients
There was a bit of a learning curve at first and the syntax was something to get used to. Since that learning curve, we are able to mostly administer it ourselves with the occasional tickets for clarification.
There have been a few slight instances where at the end of the month we have experienced service issues on Dealhub's end.

Flexible platform to create forms, good to integrate third party apps
One of the best tool to crate forms for business. Very intuitive and easy to collect and manage data with other tools.
Avantages
Very easy to use and highly customizable, you can connect with a variety of tools such as paypal, drive or hubspot. And it can have affordable pricing.
Inconvénients
If you only use the free plan it can be very limited in alot of features. As for technical support, it was not so fast.

Avantages
Easy to learn with their new Essential Admin Certification course, easy to connect with support on any first-time builder issues that come up. Support is quick to respond and adamite about resolving your issue

DealHub - a product and team that simply delivers
We needed a unified proposal process that synced data to our CRM system, which then helped kick off an automated order-to-cash process to NetSuite. All of this starts with DealHub.
Avantages
The team across the board is fantastic. From the initial sales process to onboarding, to continued support, everyone at DealHub has been a pleasure to work with. They are by far my favorite tool and company we work with.
Inconvénients
It can sometimes be fairly technical to set up behind the scenes.

Great team and customer support - they are proactive at getting you the help you need to get yourself up and running - and most importantly you can self maintenance.
Avantages
Easy flexible tool that allows us to build our business into a CPQ tool with minimal difficulty. There hasn't been a situation where i wasn't able to build what was required into the tool. New improvements coming every month making things better and faster.
Inconvénients
Account Management does require a bit more investment in preparation and configuring the back end if you use external tools for finance

Game changer for our sales team
I have nothing but good things to say about DealHub and would recommend it to any organization who is considering purchasing a CPQ.
Avantages
The ease of use of the product. DealHub's guided selling makes it so that any rep can come into our organization on day 1 and be able to spin up an accurate quote in seconds.
Inconvénients
The implementation is a heavy lift. By comparison, it is easier and quicker than other tools in the industry... but it is no small task.

My experience with DealHub
I found it quite easy to navigate and handle certain situations. You may need customer service to assist in some areas. Other than that, I have no issues.

I am satisfied with the app. very useful to our sales reps. we can pull data from our saleforce-like assets for renewal and any info about our sold products that is useful for users and they don't need to leave delahub to search for serial numbers anymore.

Time for deployment takes longer than planned and the admin learning curve is considerable.
