Inconvénients

Love being able to pull reports, however they export the data but the report would need to be heavily updated before using. Would love the ability to select what data gets exported.

Avantages

It allows for flexible evaluation models which helps create more well rounded feedback. The evaluations are 100% customizable but the system comes with dozens of prebuilt options that can be tweaked as needed.
The support team is fantastic and responsive.

Inconvénients

Minor UI issues - why does it automatically alphabetize my evaluation questions? I build them in a specific order/flow, then it sorts them alphabetically and then I have to go back in a rearrange everything.
I would like to see some ability to input financial data as a marker on an evaluation.
I do not see using the Goals functionality too much at this time, since the scales and measurements are not necessarily what I am looking for.

Avantages

It is nice to have reminders of when you want employees to be evaluated. It's a central point to evaluate, send, discuss, and receive signatures from the employee.

Inconvénients

Set up is difficult. With change in the organization and it not being kept up with, I have to delete every evaluator from each employee and re assign every evaluator to an employee. This is HOURS of work. I ought to be able to great groups of employees and assign them that way. If it's possible, I'd like to know how.

Performance wise it is good handler. For employee performance management it has good modules.

I'm able to configure my evaluation templates exactly the way I want, and can customize the system to send them out the way I want to. This software is very flexible, and allows you leeway to tailor it to your needs. We use these evaluations for joint commission certification, and I like the way the final evaluation is presented. I can easily create multiple templates for any job description I may have a need for.

Inconvénients

When I started with the system, it has so many features it's a little overwhelming. Luckily, my support person, [sensitive content hidden], was always available to help me, and over time taught me how to make the system do exactly what I want it to do. I can't stress enough how important customer support is for software like this, and [sensitive content hidden] has provided that expertise for me every single time I needed his help.

With AssessTEAM we are able to get our annual evaluations completed quickly and efficiently. Also we are able to schedule followups when needed so they don't get forgotten.

Inconvénients

At first it seemed a bit overwhelming because there are so many things to choose from, but after you get familiar with it, it is easy to use.

Easy to use and great customer service. The system is pretty simple and definitely gets the job done.

System can be a little clunky in certain regards.

The level of customization for reviews and goal setting.

The UX design and the multiple steps required to setup a simple review. It has taken me more time than anticipated to customize the platform for my company and I've run into multiple roadblocks that I had to solve along the way.

Avantages

While the system is a bit clunky and lacks some flexibility I am used to, we have had excellent support from [sensitive content hidden]. He has been instrumental is our desire to continue leveraging the tool going forward.

Inconvénients

Self review process is not-intuitive. We had to work around it but I can't specify right now. My admin is more familiar with those hurdles we encountered.

I only use AssessTEAM once a year. [sensitive content hidden] has been my contact each year I have a question. He is readily available and helps me setup the evaluations before I send them out. I'm very happy with the customer service.

People at my firm want the evaluations a certain way. I have to export the evaluations and manipulate the file to get them the way the Partners like. I wish there were more viewable/printable options of reports.

I especially like the fact that they are accessible. I can schedule a call with my sales director to walk me through any questions I have about the platform and they are very responsive by email as well. I also like that I feel they are well suited for smaller companies. Some of the other competitors had extremely high costs with large minimum subscriptions which are cost prohibitive to smaller companies who want a good product.

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet, but will be happy to provide recommendations for improvement once we have rolled out and completed our first review.

Certainly the availability and the agility of the team. I work in Portugal and i never had a problem to get an answer to my queries on time, or to book a meeting, which always happened on the same day.

* This product gives room for organisation to customize to their preffered options and template
* Its was user freindly and easy to navigate
* I love that it gives evaluators the option to express other concerns in free text
* Employees loved that is was anonymous which made them more comfortable to express themselves

Inconvénients

For some evaluators in my organization, while the evaluation interface was engaging as it should, for a few, the page appeared different and mumbled, I believe they would have had a better experience.

That it can be customised, even when it lacks a few features the customisation level is pretty remarkable.
