Avantages

We've been using Survicate for just over 3 months, and have been overly impressed with the entire platform.
It's straightforward to set up and sync/integrate with any CRM. I love the ease of being able to send ad-hoc surveys out at different touchpoints of our Customer Journey. The dashboard is straightforward to navigate, and the reporting tool is ace.

Inconvénients

I haven't come across anything that I've not been happy with or found a workaround for.

Avantages

The ease of use and capacity for customization. The support team is very responsive. We also appreciated that there were no limits to the number of surveys we could create, only the total responses, which allowed us to use the platform for several projects.

Inconvénients

Not much to dislike, to be honest. We had 0 pain points with Survicate once it was up and running and integrated into our systems.

Avantages

Survicate is really easy to use and the customer service is fantastic! Easy to build surveys, control integrations, and share with other teammates. Love the analytics and AI template creation features.

Inconvénients

Would love more features for native image hosting and the ability to embed prototypes with standard design tools like Figma (iframe or embedded links). You can still embed images but it requires your own image hosting solution and embedded HTML tags, so it just takes more time and isn't very flexible.

Integration with ActiveCampaign and the template library. The usage of the tool is very easy.

Inconvénients

We are currently on a legacy pricing plan, which restricts our access to many features. Survicate requires us to upgrade to access these features, effectively doubling our current costs. I believe this situation should be handled differently, considering we are legacy clients. While some incremental changes may be reasonable, it feels unfair to compel us to upgrade in this manner.

Additionally, we are experiencing issues with duplicate survey responses, which are also being captured by the chatbot. Cleaning up these duplicates is currently a manual process, and I feel there should be better solutions within the tool. It would be helpful to add a sorting filter that brings all duplicate survey responses together, rather than requiring us to go through all answers to identify them. Improvements are needed in this area, such as the ability to remove or exclude duplicate responses and a better system for identifying chatbot inputs.

Avantages

The survicate platform is really easy to use and provides us with customer feedback in an easy to digest format. The AI insight tools in particular have been incredibly helpful for us as a business allowing us to quickly analyse large volumes of customer feedback and pinpoint any issues with our customer experience that require action.

Inconvénients

I don't have any specific cons and the platform is regularly adding new features which I appreciate. We did have a minor billing issue once but this was resolved promptly by the service team.

Avantages

It was fairly easy to setup for us and integrates well with our website, as well as our other infrastructure (pushing survey results to e.g. Slack or Big Query). It offers us good customization and the ability for marketing or non-technical product people to leverage it. The Survicate AI functionality is also very useful to do product research if you have collected a lot of feedback and want to go through it fast.

Inconvénients

We did not see an ability to use emails and in-app surveys together while not over-surveying individual users (for example reach out to all users which did not answer an in-app survey via email).

Survicate is an easy tool to use that suits different research needs in product development!

Survicate is more limited and question options, quota design and analysis dashboard than similar vendors

Survicate effectively solves our survey automation needs. We required a solution that could seamlessly integrate with our ESP and offer in-app survey capabilities, and Survicate delivers perfectly. When a feature I suggested goes live, they notify me directly – a thoughtful touch that shows they truly listen to customer feedback.

Honestly, Survicate meets all our needs, so there isn’t anything I’d critique.

We can determine client behavior, trends, and other relevant factors with the help of the program Survicate. This is accomplished via survey tools that are built into websites. The program helps me manage quick surveys and gather customer feedback regarding their website, services, and products.

Inconvénients

Although we have the option to create our own tags through the survey links, I wish it was a little more user-friendly. Perhaps adding a dynamic component would allow us to keep the same survey copy while having it respond differently to diverse audiences.

Survicate makes it really easy for us to get feedback on the fly without new deployments on mobile (we use React Native). Its been invaluable at getting fast feedback

We face occasional problems with newer technologies such as React Native, and Zapier but once we raised them to Survicate they did resolve them :)

If I need to send a survey to a specific group of users (let's say 1000 specific user IDs), I can't enter a bulk of IDs into Survicate. I need to copy and paste each individual ID which is impossible and time consuming. Please solve this issue.

Easy to set up surveys and analyse them (with helpful visuals) and helpful and responsive user support & customer success teams.

Some of the options for building surveys could be a bit more sophisticated with logic & branching, but generally does the job for 99% of my needs!

We use Survicate to run surveys from Hubspot. It was easy to setup and came in at a much lower price point that competitive products we looked at.

Literally nothing, on the professional plan you pretty much get access to everything you need at a great price. Setup and management is easy even allowing our marketing team to manage it.
