The best survey tool :)

My experience has been positive in terms of easy use, survey customization . However, occasional issues with audience targeting, lack of notifications for erros, and the manual process for uploading user lists can be frustating. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a valuable tool for gathering user feedback.

Avantages

Its ease to use, allows you to quicly create targeted surveys, helping to gather valuable feedback direcly from users. Its really simple to use and to launch. So it really help me , since recruite users to gather quantiative and qualitative feedbacks. It has multiple formats. And analyzins results its really easy, with clear dashboards and easy exports.

Inconvénients

Sometimes , survicate has issues with audience targeting, where surveys in wrong language start appearing on pages that shouldnt have them. Additionally, im currently experiencing a lack of responses to surveys, and im not sure why. It doesnt seem to be related to user behavior - it feels like something within the tool itself. This means Ill need to open support ticket, which is frustating.
It would be helpful if the tool could automatically detect issues or notify users when something goes wrong. More comprehensive dashboards and integrations with tools like maze would also be a great addition. Another pain point is uploading specific users lists - currently, it has to be done one by one, which is extremely time - consuming. There should be an option to upload entire lists to create targeted segmentes more efficiently.

Survicate checked all of our boxes

We had a wonderful experience with Survicate from start to finish. We really enjoyed the customization and ability to record partial responses. Being able to gather this kind of data and make it easy and fun for clients to provide feedback had a huge impact on our user experience and product journeys and roadmap plans. We were able to easily connect data to our Salesforce account as well as download reports directly from the website. There were also improvements and new features added regularly and the new insights feature is a wonderful addition to the platform. I truly have nothing negative things to say about the Survicate program and our experience.

Avantages

The ease of use and capacity for customization. The support team is very responsive. We also appreciated that there were no limits to the number of surveys we could create, only the total responses, which allowed us to use the platform for several projects.

Inconvénients

Not much to dislike, to be honest. We had 0 pain points with Survicate once it was up and running and integrated into our systems.

Easy to use survey tool & attentive support team

Avantages

Survicate is really easy to use and the customer service is fantastic! Easy to build surveys, control integrations, and share with other teammates. Love the analytics and AI template creation features.

Inconvénients

Would love more features for native image hosting and the ability to embed prototypes with standard design tools like Figma (iframe or embedded links). You can still embed images but it requires your own image hosting solution and embedded HTML tags, so it just takes more time and isn't very flexible.

A great users feed-back tool

I use Survicate for every product we develop. By running campaigns to assess user satisfaction. It's very easy to use.

Avantages

It's easy to create a survey, and the interaction from the user is great: the survey appears in the context of use. The dashboard and the templates library are great too.

Inconvénients

I'd like more flexibility in the questions. For example, I wanted to ask users to rate their level of technology skills on a 5-point scale and I had to hijack a CSAT for that. Also, it would be interesting to be able to push a message or a link, for example to do some fake door testing.

Perfect tool for getting quick feedback from your customers

We started to use survicate to collect some user experience with our app and for the moment we are very satisfied with all the spectre of the features that survicate can offer us.

Avantages

Good documented mobile SDK (and Web), ease of use and integration, great web interface for managing surveys, flexibility of creating surveys (so many options), integrations and automations with intercom (that actually was a game changer to forward the survey responses from unsatisfied users directly to the support through intercom), great and quick support (no bots!)

Inconvénients

For now didn't found any reasonable problems, the SDK is under active development.

Good customer service

Great! The customer service was top notch, I asked a question and had it answered with step by step guidance immediately. That is so helpful

Avantages

The ease of creating surveys, I have one that I can duplicate and change when necessary.

Inconvénients

We started so long ago, but the prices have gone up for various packages and that can get frustrating not getting some details.

Awesome product

My team uses Survicate to display mobile surveys and get user feedback, specially when running A/B tests to compare user perception on different variants. We really like how easy it is to design surveys and analyze user responses.

Avantages

Response analysis is very intuitive and the interface is very friendly. The feature to export all responses into a csv also helps a lot to build custom visualizations to segregate users and understand better their feedback.

Inconvénients

Not exactly a negative point, but I miss the possibility of integrating Survicate with other campaign tools, such as Braze. We already have a big tracking structure on other tools, so it was easier to create campaigns on Braze and use those campaigns to trigger the Survicate surveys - which works really well, by the way.

Intuitive and sleek

Avantages

Very intuitive to use, possible to create good looking in-product surveys (compared to other providers)

Inconvénients

We had some stuff which needed tech effort where it would've been cool to solve it directly in Survicate (e.g. triggering survey on a specific schedule)

In order to generate intelligent lead profiles, Survicate gives firms the ability to create surveys that may precisely target the correct people.

Avantages

We can determine client behavior, trends, and other relevant factors with the help of the program Survicate. This is accomplished via survey tools that are built into websites. The program helps me manage quick surveys and gather customer feedback regarding their website, services, and products.

Inconvénients

Although we have the option to create our own tags through the survey links, I wish it was a little more user-friendly. Perhaps adding a dynamic component would allow us to keep the same survey copy while having it respond differently to diverse audiences.

Easily integrated tool for connecting surveys with our marketing services

Avantages

Survicate has provided us with a quick and easy integration for implementing entry and exit surveys during our user registration process. This allows us to connect our own marketing tools with specific user responses, enabling us to analyze sign-ups and drop-offs on our platform and gain valuable insights to improve user retention and satisfaction.

With Survicate, we can also create advertising banners in very little time, specifying the target audience we want to reach.

Inconvénients

For our business needs, it would be useful to manage multiple languages within a single survey, without having to duplicate surveys.

We would also find it helpful to have more options for button navigation to create different branching paths within the survey flow.

Great experience with Survicate and it's customer support team

My overall experience with Survicate has been great this far. The product itself is really easy to use, customer support is always helpful.

Avantages

Survicate has a great customer support - they are really nice, friendly, helpful and fast. Another thing is that Survicate improves a lot each day. The implementation of AI insights features are a great supplement to the product itself.

Inconvénients

There are still some improvements needed that I believe will be there in the future (for example recruiting random respondents straight from the Survicate panel).

Very good experience with Survicate

Overall the customer support with [sensitive content hidden] is very good, quick and he is very reliable.
The took is easy to use, just needs a few features to take it to the next level.

Avantages

The tool is very intuitive and flexible.

Inconvénients

Not being able to download the reports as one full PDF report. I have to download one question at a time.

Easy setup, almost excellent

Survicate was very easy to set up and create a survey. Running the survey and viewing the results was also a pleasant experience. There are a few missing features that would elevate Survicate to be a truly excellent product.

Avantages

As an iOS developer the iOS documentation for setting up in app surveys was very clear and made running the first survey really easy.

Inconvénients

There are two features I feel are missing that would make the experience even better. The first is for iOS in app surveys a way to detect that a user is about to be a given a survey and have the ability to not show it in that moment if they user is doing something else more important. The second being a way to make free text questions mandatory.

A solid survey maker

Overall the experience is pretty solid. I created numerous surveys and never had a problem with the responses. The way the responses are analyzed is also easy to understand.

Avantages

I like that it's pretty easy to create and change a survey that looks good both on desktop and mobile

Inconvénients

Sometimes is not that easy to understand how to implement the survey on a page.

Fine Survey Tool

Its a good tool for surveys. We use it exclusively for sending NPS surveys and it works well. Best part is that it integrates with mailchimp seamlessly, we dont need to do any external linkage.

Avantages

great UI and user friendly system. Powerful NPS tool.

Inconvénients

expensive, it doesnt have any plans for infrequent users like me.

Survicate review

Avantages

Easy to set up a survey and easy to share it with respondents with several options. The support is also great.

Inconvénients

Hard to adjust the look of the survey if you do not want to use the standard template. For instance, text color and adding images to the survey.

Great product , great price point

Really great, plenty of support with setup and unlike competitors doesn't charge a fortune for CRM integration.

Avantages

We use Survicate to run surveys from Hubspot. It was easy to setup and came in at a much lower price point that competitive products we looked at.

Inconvénients

Literally nothing, on the professional plan you pretty much get access to everything you need at a great price. Setup and management is easy even allowing our marketing team to manage it.

Great app for a great price

I was looking for an affordable on-site survey tool and Survivate was far and away the cheapest will offering the same feature set as the old players in the game. Their interface is easy to use, and the widget design is very nice. I use it to ask users if anything is stopping them from buying something, and then giving them different responses depending on their answer.

- Cheap (compared to competitors)
- Sexy widget
- Super configurable
- Responsive support team

Inconvénients

- Backend is slow at times

Cool way to improve conversion rates

Survicate is a great tool to direct your potential customers straight to the right answers / solutions within your product. It can improve your onboarding process as well as initial conversion rates from visitors to registered users.

Avantages

Easy to use, well designed, great customer service.

Inconvénients

I wish there would be more integrations, although I know they are currently working on this.
