The Best I've Found
Phenomenal, I won't be going anywhere, they have really proved themselves to vacation property managers that they put us first. They are slowly trying to master each new feature without comprising the overall use of what makes them great.

I love how uplisting connects with AirBnB & Booking seamlessly, the integrated all in one inbox absolutely amazing as well makes it easier for my team to access everything in one area. I'm happy with the support as of now, the team is always on it and from the start [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has helped our team from the beginning, to onboarding, questions, and any difficulties we've had. I've worked with so many other PMS/Channel managers and have been hopping around with massive frustration, I'm glad I can finally end the headache of timewasting of switching every 6 months to a new PMS with one I can finally call home. Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].
Inconvénients
The onboarding with VRBO is slow but this is mostly issues with Homeaway rather than uplisting, also some third party pricing tools have to be tweaked around to be able to customized with uplisting so you don't get the full ability of some apps, also they don't have a widget for direct bookings on website (their new link payment makes up for this in some way but not if your a marketer wanting to send traffic) however, the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has mentioned that this it is something that will be coming out soon so Im looking forward to seeing that and their app in action.

Great Option for Small Nightly Rental Operators
Fantastic so far. No complaints. Easy to use and understand interface and excellent customer service team when I have questions.
Avantages
Most of the channel management tools are very similar in product scope. At their most base level, they all provide calendar synchronization, unified inboxes, and message automation. The features that sold me on Uplisting were the direct feed to the Google Rentals platform, easy to use in-system cleaning scheduling and management, and integration with other important tools like PriceLabs and Zapier.
Inconvénients
The price is the biggest con for me. With only one listing $100 / month is on the more expensive side, but I can add up to 5 properties for that price, so as I grow, it will become more economical.

Guesty for Hosts suffers from a lack of investment. Guesty's main platform receives all of their customer support and attention. There were a number of features in Guesty for Hosts that just didn't work, and from my research, hadn't been functioning for months prior to me joining. Their Vrbo integration didn't work properly either and caused me to lose out on valuable bookings in the first few weeks of going live on Vrbo. My listing never took off on that platform because of the integration issue, and I ultimately completely removed my listing from Vrbo and deactivated my account there. I will need to create an entirely new Vrbo account if I want to go back on that platform because of the damage done by Guesty's poor integration support (absolutely zero visibility on the Vrbo algorithm).Logiciel antérieur

Great system
Very good. Only letdown is since vince sold it the customer service response is slower.

Easy to use and built correctly for hospitality
Inconvénients
Only allows card payments for booking guests, with options of 1 or 2 payment structure only.
Would be great to have bank transfer option and multiple payment plan options.

Not recommended for US customers
It took too long to get help when I had issues. I felt it was more geared to European customers.
Avantages
Direct booking website. Low monthly fee. Nice looking user interface.
Inconvénients
Customer service was not available during most of the day in the United States. Response to questions usually took 24-48 hours. Poor reporting features and overall ease of use. Limited features in app. Calendar started on Monday and not Sunday.

Good operation but CS lacks organization and unhelpful help articles
CS agents are friendly and helpful, but limited availability and seem to not have centralized ticket management. Help pages are inadequate for more in-depth use. Overall good operation.
Avantages
Has most of the features I want for a low monthly subscription.
Inconvénients
Customer service and usability. The day-to-day usability is very good. But when you get into the details like setting up a direct booking site the help articles are helpful but always seem to be lacking some key info. For example if you want to change the URL of your booking site you can't get the TXT DNS file to verify the site automatically, nor can you add SSL automatically. You need to contact support for both of those. If you want to edit the site you'll need a link that you can only get from support even though it belongs on the direct booking site page.
So then let's talk about support. Tech's are helpful and friendly but ONLY available through chat. That would be fine except if you open a few chats such as if you encounter different issues at different points while you are onboarding, and the agent doesn't close it you might not be able to chat again. So you'll go to email and respond to an email of the chat. That's great, except when that agent is not working. Then your request sits on their desk for hours or days. AND to make it worse, they have no after-hours agents so if you are working on your website at 8pm EST on Tuesday and you just need that TXT file....sorry, you're out of luck until AT LEAST the next day. OK so you're more patient than I am and you wait until the next day. Only to find that your request is not answered because that agent is off-duty on Wednesday. But you couldn't have known that. BS. TLDR is you HAVE to work with the support agents to do anything of any consequence besides basic booking management BUT they aren't available all day AND your request can EASILY go unanswered because they don't properly centralize their tickets. It has serious potential but the CS aspect is a real deal-breaker. I'm only sticking around because it seems to work well in general and switching would be cumbersome. But I'm looking....

lost of money and time, Nobody cares.
Very bad, Paid to get trial, but almost nothing works, many bugs , mobile version is useless.
Avantages
The only Pros is sales man [sensitive content hidden]. After you get nothing.

- - very dangerous functionality, in calendar, it may close all your rooms if you move a guest from ine room to another. And in the company nobody cares of anything.

Great system - Terrible support
Great system, Great support people but usually waiting over a day or two to get an answer, really unacceptably bad support

Ease of use and integrations with Vacation Rental systems is great
Inconvénients
No integration with Breezeway. Really, really, really bad support. impossible and if it does not improve will be the reason myself and i suggest many others will have to look at other systems.

Good software
Good system when first started but customer support fell away after integration with AirDNA.
Avantages
Calendar optics are great.
Ease of setting up.

Cost me SO much!
Started out OK then quickly tanked. I begged for help, and got nothing
Avantages
Not only did I pay $100 a month for one property, but its malfunctioning cost me thousands more in lost bookings. Plus the hours of frustration trying to get help from their “support” team. DON’T use this.

Exactly what I was looking for...
My overall experience has been very positive and I truly feel that I am good hands with the Uplisting team.
Avantages
After nearly 10 years with one of the largest channel managers on the market and then a bumpy 6 month run with another provider over promising and under delivering, I was so relieved when I stumbled upon Uplisting by chance in a Google search. It is exactly what I was looking for - as if it were designed by property managers like myself. The customer service is outstanding and the Uplisting team is willing to listen and implement customer feature requests.
Inconvénients
If I had to find one flaw, I would say not having the ability to edit reservation line items (costs and fees) and in turn the automatically calculated owner payout totals is probably the most important issue that needs to be addressed. However, after suggesting some ideas, the team is working on making this feature available.

I switched from KIGO because the core user interface is run on outdated technology and instead of recreating a new platform KIGO has continued adding to an outdated system which caused so many errors and issues. After a long run with KIGO, it was just time for a change.I switched from Direct because ultimately it was more common to see an error page when navigating the system than an actual functioning page - although I was always happy with the implementation manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], as well as the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. Make your life easier- give uplisting a go!
We changed from using guesty which we were struggling with on the support side of things. We were not getting answers for sometimes days meaning lost bookings and upset guests... since changing to uplisting we have had such a positive experience in particular with the support. It is excellent! Having a real human get back to you on an important issue is so incredibly important and often it is [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] himself which speaks volume for how much he is invested into the software and its development. Do yourself a favour and give uplisting a try. The interface is very user friendly, it’s is continually improving and evolving and they really listen to the clients and their feedback. They have a great Facebook support group also- it is very affordable no will save you hours in so many ways- from automated messaging to bulk pricing, to identity check links etc

What a breath of fresh air- support from real humans in real time! Uplisting listen to all feedback and are excellent in the support department! This has got to be the number one factor for trying any new software.
Inconvénients
The software is constantly evolving and the developers are hands on- listening and improving features all the time.
I can really only say that the one negative is that currently you can’t view the entire month at once.. however knowing [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team I’m sure it is in the pipeline along with so many other exciting improvements.

UPLISTING is AMAZING!
Avantages
I researched dozens of property management systems in depth and UPLISTING had all the features that were important to me. They offer a small business discount if you have less than 3 properties to manage making them affordable. The customer service is A+. I have been very happy with my experience and recommend this software to others operating vacation rentals.
Inconvénients
I cannot think of a con. Other than VRBO being a pain when you use a PMS, but that is not the fault of UPLISTING.

Large BANG for the money
Overall it has been very good. Thankfully it is easy to use because Customer Service is a bit lacking.

Managing all my channels in place is beyond helpful.
Inconvénients
Customer service is lacking. Can take up to an hour to get an answer via chat. Most times the answer they give is either a link to a page I have already read or so vague is of little value.

A lot of bang for your buck!
We have had a great experience. It has served our small company well and customer service has been fantastic.
Avantages
Uplisting has been a great Vacation Rental platform for starting with 5 properties and growing to now 15. It is simple, easy to navigate, and plays nicely with other systems.
Inconvénients
It does not communicate or work well with Quickbooks. Reporting is limited.

Great Channel Manager
Overall, it does a good job of helping to keep on top of bookings etc. The response time on the chat feature is variable.

Clear screen and easy to navigate software.

More time on onboarding would have been helpful, especially tips on how to navigate common issues with Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com

Excellent Software
Avantages
The software is very easy to use on a daily basis. It integrates perfectly with all the OTA's and other software we use to manage our business. The guest communication and automated message option are perfect and a great time saver. It helps greatly streamline our communications with all guests. I also like the new features which are always being added. The Customer Service/Support are a credit to the business.
Inconvénients
There aren't any Cons. Everything works as it should and if it doesn't Customer Service/Support are always on hand to assist.

I am extremely happy with the overall experience from the moment I decided to try Uplisting the customer support has been the best I ever had.
Features offered are very relevant to me and for making my life easier.

Affordable, reliable, and improving
Overall, we've had a very positive experience with Uplisting. I would highly recommend them to people in the industry. Although there are perhaps other alternative software providers that are better integrated with other platforms, these alternative are often out of the budget of many clients. The system is also improving bi-weekly on average and the customer support is second to none.

Excellent for managing & automating properties
It cut my time managing properties down to a fraction of what it was.
Avantages
With all the templated emails, my management time across 5 properties is down to a fraction of what it use to be. The cleaners know their job, the guests have all the information at their fingertips. I am rarely ever called on
Inconvénients
It's evolving, so you need to learn the new features as they are released... naturally. I really don't have anything bad to say, this is a great team and great product.

We had to start using a separate software for our cleaners as we always had issues with our cleaners not being able to access the app on their mobile as after 14 days it would say the free trial has ended.

Working with a channel manager
Avantages
We have over 200 apartments with 8 locations. We needed something that would be easy for the whole team to be using... The UX, the functionality and the support is second to none.
Inconvénients
Not found anything that is a deal breaker.
If there are any features that we have asked about adding they are in the works or have already now been released.
