Splashtop Business Access est une solution d'accès à distance conçue pour aider les services d'assistance et les prestataires de services informatiques à résoudre les requêtes à l'aide de fonctionnalités de partage de fichiers et de mise en miroir de l'écran. Elle permet aux administrateurs de se connecter à des bureaux distants à l'aide d'applications logicielles installées ou de générer automatiquement des codes de session pour contrôler des appareils. Les administrateurs peuvent utiliser la fonctionnalité de chat pour communiquer avec les utilisateurs de bureau à distance pendant ou en dehors des heures de session. Le module d'enregistrement d'écran permet aux employés de capturer, de stocker et d'accéder aux enregistrements depuis le tableau de bord. De plus, Splashtop Business Access permet aux superviseurs de prédéfinir des rôles et de restreindre les droits d'accès à certains membres de l'équipe. Splashtop Business Access inclut une API (Application Programming Interface) qui permet d'intégrer la solution à plusieurs plateformes tierces telles que Bitdefender, Datto, Autodesk, Ninja, etc. Il peut être déployé sur site ou hébergé dans le cloud. La solution est disponible sur la base d'un abonnement annuel et l'assistance est assurée par téléphone, e-mail et chat ainsi qu'à travers des FAQ et d'autres services en ligne.

Review

C'est un gain de temps phénomènale, pour prendre la main sur les millieurs d'ordinateurs que l'on a en gestion au quotidien

Avantages

Sa facilité d'installation, sa legereté, il ne consomme que très peu de ressource.il est également très fiable

Inconvénients

il manque des fonctionnalités tel que le copier coller d'identifiant mot de passe directement par exemple.

Facile & fiable

Avantages

L'installation a été facile, la prise en main fluide et aucun bug. Le logiciel est fiable, stable sur des journées complètes en continu.

Inconvénients

Je ne parle pas anglais et parfois il n'y a pas de traduction. Cela dit, c'est assez intuitif et l'assistance ne se fait pas attendre.
Second point, durant la période d'essai je ne savais pas que j'utilisais la version la plus chère. Du coup j'ai perdu la fonctionnalité du "double écran sur le double écran" lors du paiement de la version la moins chère.

Reliable Remote Solution for Fast and Easy IT Support

Splashtop is a reliable and user-friendly remote desktop solution, perfect for IT support. Its fast connection, ease of setup, and affordability make it stand out, though minor delays can occur with unstable internet. However, we experienced some issues during the setup due to changes with their EU servers, which required us to contact support. Overall, it’s an excellent value for money and ideal for small to medium-sized businesses.

Avantages

Splashtop provides a reliable and secure remote desktop solution, especially appreciated for its fast connection and user-friendliness. The installation is easy, and it works seamlessly across different platforms, including MacOS. It’s ideal for IT support with multiple clients, as we can quickly access different devices. Additionally, the pricing is very competitive compared to other solutions.

Inconvénients

It would also be helpful if there were more integrations with other IT management tools to further streamline workflows.
Biggest disadvantage: Api access is only available for the enterprise plan

Rare Program That Actually Does What It Claims To Do

Splashtop is a rare program that actually does what it claims to do. After connecting to a remote I have never had an instance where it refused to let me control everything, from program installations to registry editing. I can't ask for more than that.

Avantages

Splashtop is 100% reliable and never hogs system resources.

Inconvénients

Minor thing but if there is an update pending you must install it before connecting to any of your remotes.

Pretty good but needs some work

Pretty good overall but often machines are not accessible from mobile even when the Streamer is running, it throws unavailability errors. If the streamer or application is not up to date often they simply do not connect to one another.

Avantages

The ability to wake up, restart, and update the agent remotely from the admin panel.

Inconvénients

Clunky to install, maintain, Interface needs an update. Different product line makes it unnecessarily confusing. SOS , Business, etc.

Power Meets Affordability: The Ultimate Remote Desktop Solution

I started using Splashtop with the Personal version and really liked it. As my responsibilities grow in the office, I upgraded to the Business version. It's a smooth transition. I have used several remote working services, and Splashtop is one of the easiest ones out there. I also love the competitive pricing for its annual rate.

Avantages

Splashtop is very reliable and the interface is super user-friendly.

Inconvénients

The thing that I like Splashtop the least is the small "Session in Progress" banner in the middle of the screen. I wish it can be minimized or be placed somewhere else so it's not obstructing the view.

This startup loves Splashtop

The sale experience was straightforward and easy while we tested the product, and eventually we committed because the product was affordable and met every single need we had.

Avantages

Affordable, and easy to use product that handles all my remote access needs.

Inconvénients

Not the flashiest dashboard, which is important to some. However, functionally the product is solid.

Extra Monitors, Reliability and Super Fair Pricing

Super positive. When my outdated SSL VPN device went EOL and I was in need of a way to inexpensively access my office resources when working remotely, I demoed Splashtop and others and Splashtop just worked! The pricing is fair, and I have been super happy thus far.

Avantages

I love the ability utilize an extra monitor when connecting remotely. My remote system has 2 monitors. My local system has 3, and using Splashtop I can take advantage of the extra monitor I have. I didn't know this was possible when I signed up, but it is the biggest perk I have found!

Inconvénients

No true cons. If I had to find an issue it is that sometimes the video quality is a little subpar. It is intermittent, and it could be a config error. It hasn't bother me enough to really spend time diving into it.

Easy Peasy

It was easy to set up my remote clients. They actually did it themselves, and there was no downtime.

Avantages

As a long time TeamViewer user, I find Splashtop pretty awesome. It does everything TV does (that I need).

Nothing yet. It's working very well for everything.

Splashtop is a lifesaver

Splashtop was easy to install, set up and integrate. It's ease of use make my life so much better and it allows me to log in from anywhere to keep the corporate books from wherever I am.

Avantages

I love that I can manage the corporate non-profit finance and admin from anywhere. It's ease of use and integrations are top-notch. I can copy from my screen and paste into the remote computer. I can screenshot the remote computer or my computer. It's just incredibly easy to use.

There is nothing I don't like. It literally fits all my needs and is super easy to use.

Great Remote Control App

Avantages

I like the interface, I find it very easy to navigate and I very much enjoy the auto-login functionality as it saves me a lot of time entering passwords. I find the whole product to be user friendly and stable.

Inconvénients

The only thing I don't like about Splashtop is the chat functionality. The chat windows is only on the remote side and it makes chatting with the end user difficult.

Well, it works...

Always worked, easy, and great if you have an endless IT budget.

Avantages

It's pretty easy to set up, has all the features you would need to be able to remote on someone's machine without hassle and do what needs be done.

Inconvénients

The cost of what this product actually does is highly inflated. Should be at least half the cost of what it is now.

Remote Control Software that is affordable and WORKS!

Splastop has been paramount in allowing me to move to another state and keep my job by working remotely. I have never had a problem with Splashtop, it is a fast, light weight program that requires Zero programing, and it works.

Avantages

I appreciate the Simple interface of Splashtop and you view the remote computer as if you are sitting in front of it. The file transfer portion works fast and effectively.

Inconvénients

The version of Splashtop I am using requires the PCs to stay on, it cannot "wake on command" at least not yet.

Best program I've used!

Wonderful experience! It's like being in front of their computer

Easy to use, easy to navigate, just easy!

Inconvénients

not being able to use it when the client's computer is offline!

Thank you for your glowing review of Splashtop. We're delighted that you find using Splashtop akin to being in front of the client's computer, providing a seamless experience. If a computer shows up as offline, you'll need to have someone physically at the computer check the following:
1. Ensure that the computer is not asleep, as network connectivity drops when the computer is asleep
2. Check to see if the Streamer at the remote computer is open and running
3. Check to see if the Streamer at the remote computer is logged in under the Status tab
4. Check to see if the Streamer is showing any error messages
